Ann is doing quite too well for a new sales rep. Has good knowledge of products which she explains with some added humour 😉 I felt at ease throughout my stay.

The staff worked with me for several hours to fix the issue with setting up my new phone, and were very patient and helpful.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with this wonderful young lady. My wife and I had many questions and we were made to feel extremely honored to be there. Just finished a LONG, and SUCCESSFUL experience at the Verizon Store. I appreciate Shannons patience and persistence working through a switch from a different carrier to Verizon. Also, sense we were in the store for a while, I noticed Melissa the store manager, showing strong leadership and communication skills when guiding staff through some of the processes.

It seemed to look professional. Unfortunately they werent able to help us with what we were needing help with. But the lady was very attentive and helped with everything she could help with.

Cailin was patient and super sweet with our toddler. Cell phone stores can be very boring for a 3 year old. She gave my daughter some post it notes, and my little girl started drawing her holding Cailins hand and drew her some flowers. She was actually sad to leave her new friend at the end. Great, amazing, excellent customer service Cailin! The manager was also always near by. I was more than satisfied with our experience. Cailin did a great job helping me switch my service on my existing phone from another provider. No pressure to buy a new phone. Only 100% great customer service and exactly what I came in for. Thank you for making it so easy.

This store is absolutely phenomenal!! Melissa the manager was truly an amazing leader and has a very great team! Haley, Isabel, Ron and Jacqueline, were all very helpful, i was the only customer in the store and they all helped me set up my devices, and install the humX in my vehicle. He didn’t even care I was looking at flip phones instead of the newest smartphone. He helped me find the perfect match where the screen and numbers were big enough for my grandpa to see ! Awesome customer service! I know theyve had some bad employees at this location before, but the current store manager and staff are outstanding. I had a major mix up on my account that was of my own making. They were very polite and worked with me for 4 days trying to get it straight. They never gave up until it was right.

Dont believe anything they say in person or over the phone. I have no idea if the information given to my wife and I was a lie or if they just dont know Verizon policy.I bought a jet pack that had been returned from someone else. Despite speaking with the district manager and the sales personnel several times and being told, the problem was corrected I now have a mark on my credit rating. When I call Verizon they consistently say its the cancellation fee for the very jet pack Im still using!If I could give them negative stars I would.

Services offered and phones were good however the sales associate took way too long and didnt even set up our phones because no time was left after waiting almost 3 hours. We knew what we wanted so it should have been faster.

Ive gone into this store three times now. Every time, the customer service is outstanding. I found this little Verizon after the two other Verizon stores in town refused to take the time to activate a SIM chip for me.

Amazing experience!! Would reccomend this to any and everybody who needs service with their cell phone. Everybody was smiling and greeted me at the door. I actually felt like a valued customer. They answered every question with a detailed answer. Very professional workplace, I left there knowing more about my plan and phone than I did entering the store. I would have to say the only bad thing I experienced was a woman with a really bad attitude. I believe she was a customer. They were doing all they could for her but she just didnt appreciate it. But on my part, great service would visit any every time I have a question about my service!!!

I think he was very friendly however did not have in stock what i needed and he did not offer to help call to get phone setup with same number which would make it easier for an older person who doesnt know much about it to switch to this company.

Worst service Ive ever had. EVeryone seems as if they are all stoned and never worked with a phone before or know how to explain service. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They messed up my bill and I had to wait several hours before anything was resolved. Very very poor service and the people they hire do not look professional.

The store manager was on the phone talking to her husband while she made me wait an hour for her attentionShe was racistShe was not helpfulThey did a scam to me, gave me a phone that was having scratches and spots, when i told them inmediately after receiving the phone that it was used they told me to come in 3 or 4 days and when i came back she wanted to charge me half of the price of the device to switch it.That iphone 4s they are giving away for $100 doesnt work because it wont let you download the latest version of the operating system so the apps on the app store wont work at all (because all of them are updated for the latest operating system which this device wont support)Never ever go to this store.Also she was having the SSN card she scan from customers on top of her desk where everyone could see it (remember this is supposed to be a confidential document)
