If I could provide zero stars I would. We started service on July 20, 2021. The service NEVER worked as advertised, dropped constantly, and was not connected properly. After getting the runaround by numerous people, I was finally able to speak to a live person on August 27, 2021. I was told our service would be disconnected. We returned all equipment. I was told by the rep that we were within the 60 day money back guarantee, and would receive a refund. On September 1, 2021 they not only didnt refund me, but in fact charged my credit card again. I filed a claim with my credit card for both charges and issued a stop payment. Now, two months later, Suddenlink has sent me a collections notice for $88. After spending over an hour on the phone, the rep I just spoke with told me that even though he was in the billing department, I would have to speak to the cancellation team. I already did that, back on August 27 and look where it got me. If this cant be resolved, I will have to seek legal counsel as to how to proceed. I am not willing to pay for service that never worked, nor am I willing to be sent to collections for such poor handling of this whole situation by Suddenlink.
Worse experience ever! Moved into our new home Sep 30th, suddenlink was suppose to come out and they never showed up. The next earliest appointment was a week later and the technician did not show up again, we called and rescheduled and the earliest was another week later and the technician did not show up again for the 3rd time. It is now Oct 21 and still have no service… We do not know what else to do or who to contact because their costumer service is TERRIBLE!!! Unfortunately Suddenlink is the only service offered at the moment in our neighborhood. If you are able to get a different provider please do!
Recently moved to midland and transferred my service. Was told I could just call after setting up boxes and they could activate it. Tried that, no luck, no problem. Set an appointment for a technician, earliest availability 6 days away on a Saturday, okay no big deal. Problem was the technician never even showed up. No call, no reschedule, just ghosted after waiting patiently all week. Called next day to reschedule again but earliest date was the NEXT Friday 12 days away. Unacceptable. At this point, I’d rather cancel and pay the outrageous cancellation fee than wait a total of 3 weeks for a one hour service call.
This is our second time with Suddenlink, we got a new home and the only internet service available in our neighborhood is Suddenlink, that’s the only reason we are getting it again. We set an appointment to get everything installed and when the technician came he forgot the tool he needed to do it, we had to reschedule and the next appointment they gave us was 5 days later… if you have more options, please choose something else.
Wish I could give zero stars!! Unless you have no other option, I would advise not doing business with SUDDENLINK! Their local representation is very poor, they are only interested in sales, not in customer support. We recently canceled our service due to our move out of town. Upon cancellation of the account they gave me no information about how to return their equipment. I tried returning it to their old business location at Midkiff and I-20, but that office has been closed. I then tried returning the equipment to the store at the mall and was told that they do not accept equipment returns. In the hectic chaos of packing up our home of 28 years, the equipment accidentally got packed up with everything else and took a while to locate. Trying to call SUDDENLINK to receive advice on returning the equipment was an absolute nightmare, their automated system makes no allowances for talking to a human being once you’ve disconnected your service. After numerous attempts to get through their automated system, I finally tricked it into putting me through to a human (all it wanted to do was put me through to an automated line to pay for the equipment). Was advised to FedEx the equipment and call back with the tracking number, which I did on Sept 15th. On the second day after shipping they charged my credit card $830 for two crapped out old receivers. I immediately got through their automated call system that day (Surprise! They had my $$) - it took 30 minutes on the phone with an agent for her to “fill out a refund form” and advise me it would take a week to process. The equipment was delivered by FedEx to their Georgetown, TX location on Sept 17th at 3:53pm. Today, Sept 29th, 12 days later, I called Suddenlink to find out why the $830 had not yet been credited back. The agent informed me that their system did not indicate receipt of the equipment and once entered, it would take 5 to 7 days to be refunded. Not good enough, they’ve had ample time to update our account! If not refunded by Oct 6, the charge will be disputed, the BBB will be contacted, as well as the Attorney General.

Tried to cancel my service with them but they insisted I stay if they paid off my current balance plus 6 months free. What a joke. They still pulled from my account the balance and stated they never saw on my account the deal. I should’ve canceled to begin with. Stay away from the company. ATT has been a breeze.
Internet is intermittent, call customer service stay on hold for 30-45 minutes. Not sure why I’m paying $100 a month for this junk.
Internet cuts out at least 8 to 12 times a day you can never get a hold of anyone to come check it out. And if you do they don’t do anything about it they just make up excuses that it’s a temporary outage. Yes for 2 years it’s been a temporary outage every day smh.

SAVE THE HEADACHE MEDICINE DONT SWITCH.. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER the only time I got even decent service was when I was trying to cancel. They supposedly have all of these US based callcenters but you can’t ever get an American. Even without that the outsourcing team they use is completely incompetent they never know what to do or how to help. I was refused a supervisor on numerous occasions, and even worse was given the address to go to my local store which was closed. I was billed for things I never received and even though the amazing technician who installed was great his notes about not being able to complete certain components of my install were clear and he even showed me. But I was still billed for the extra installment charges. Despite the fact that the agent even read the note in the system. The QA department clearly does not hold their team leads or agents accountable for bad customer service. Or false promises I never even got my gift card I was promised at sign up. I have canceled my service after 3 months and will not ever make the mistake of using them again. I’ve even chosen the competition at a 20 dollar increase just to not have the headaches. BECAUSE as if bad customer service wasn’t enough I constantly had buffering issues low speed test ratings and ridiculous waits for techs to service. At one point a tech was to come out between 1and 5 and never called me until 10:00 AT NIGHT!!! Save yourself the time of switching and stay where you’re at.
When my mom had this service, which she had no choice about, the customer tech services were wonderful. Then she moved to an area Suddenlink doesnt service and its all been downhill from there. Every step of ending the service, which she did not have a choice about, has been so challenging that I would rather have no service at all than to ever have to go through anything like this again.
Ive been with Suddenlink about a year now in since day one Ive been having the same issue about my Wi-Fi going in and out about 30 times a day for the entire year and they keep sending out a tech that the tech cant fix the problem and theyll send a specialist to specialist cant fix the problem then theyll send the outside guy to do a survey they cant fix the problem and that caused me to cancel their services
The one star is overly generous & only so a review can be left!!What a horrible company!! Always has been!!Third time this month internet is out!! Over 7 days of outage in this time. Waited all day on a Saturday for an appointment I confirmed the day before & that day for technician that never showed. Previous tech gave me his number & told me to call him if it have a problem. Called as he said, never answered phone & his voicemail was full, why do I believe it is intentionally not cleared out... Called when it was getting late & tech hadnt arrived & the thoughtful customer first attitude of the company would only allow my phone number to reach a recording that my appt was confirmed then HUNG UP on me!! When I reached someone the next day I was told that the technicians for the type of service scheduled dont work Saturdays and their availability is very limited, but theyd keep my appt open. Miraculously a day before my appointment the internet had started working somehow, Im still waiting for that technician (If they exist) to show up!Now, 8-18-2021, the internet is down AGAIN & its at least 2 days before a technician appt is available!!The techs on the phone call offer an earliest appt that is strangely always 7 days out, then tell me that for me theyre going to get my service expedited to a day or two out, how stupid they must think we customers are to not see through their BS?!PLEASE GRANDE, come to our neighborhood!!
So I had Suddenlink for 5 years at my last address, terrible customer support, customer service, and reliability. It literally failed 10-15% of the time I lived at my address. If my company was like Suddenlink, we would be out of business in 3 months. This company is a disgrace to corporate culture and has contributed to the degradation of our society. In an era where people need to start stepping up, they don’t. Literally every single employee I have ever dealt with there passes the buck to the next one, and you never get anyone to take your problem and see it through to the end.Now I move into my new house, and they give me the runaround on getting connected again. 3 no-call, no show appointments. No straight answer from the phone support or in the Midland mall people. Just…hmmm…I dunno!?
If you can get service with ANYONE else - do. I’ve had them for a while now and recently moved. One, WiFi is always in and out throughout the day in my area (middle of town). Yesterday, My technician never showed up after waiting all day for him even past my scheduled appointment. I called 5 times to check on status and not once was I told he wasn’t coming. After 7, I called and got hung up on. I had to wait over a week for install and now have to wait another week because “there is nothing they can do”. Worst customer service. Period.
Would be zero stars if that was an optionI have been with Suddenlink for 5/6 years. Didnt have many issues as others describe. Until June 8th 2021, which has now caused me to cancel my services entirely. My cable/internet line was never buried, when mowers mowed the alley the line was cut, it took until June 20th to correct because the first appointment wasnt the correct tech. Being told multiple times someone would be out to bury the newly replaced line, no one showed, one person did call to inform me they werent the correct tech to do the job and will set me up with the correct one, again, it never happened. So now the line has been cut yet again by mowers. Guess who has an appointment for their line to be buried?! You guessed it, me! NO I need a new line AGAIN and THEN bury it. Suddenlink obviously doesnt listen and sent the wrong tech idek how many times now, cancelled appointments and rescheduled to the point I am just DONE. Customer service needs to LISTEN, stop sending the wrong people to fix jobs only to be told they have to send the right people!!!
Scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out between 8am-11am (took the day off of work for this). Nobody showed up even after they moved my appointment to all day. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and I think they just need to shut down.

Suddenlink is hands down the worst all-around internet service provider in Midland. We were customers for one year, and in that time, we went through two modems, half a dozen service calls, and cumulative weeks without internet service due to random and unexplained outages. This is unacceptable for those of us who work from a home office. When we finally cancelled, we were charged a full months fee because we canceled the day after the new billing cycle started. Additionally, any customer service you get on the phone is farmed out overseas to a call center; you cannot speak with anyone locally. Find another ISP!

The worst costumer service. I went to make a payment and they charged $800 when I told them I wanted to make a payment of $100. When I went and told them about their mistake, the manager told me it was my fault and said “I don’t wanna argue with, so bye” and left me there talking by myself.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My father passed away a few months ago and theyve shut off the internet even though weve paid it for the past 4 months. I have spent the past two days trying to resolve this issue instead of doing what I came back in town for. Trying to settle my dads affairs. They have made an already difficult time even more miserable. I just need the internet turned back in that Ive been paying them for and they send me from this person to that person. I hate this company and I cant wait to be done with them. I wish I wasnt having to deal with them and could just clean out my parents house and grieve.
Im willing to put aside occasional service interruptions and technical issues if customer service is good. We had occasional service interruptions here and there over a two-year span, but nothing upset us until it came time for us to move and terminate our service with Suddenlink.First, they cut off our service several days early, even though we had confirmation of service through a later date. Then when we called Suddenlink, the rep said that because we had given ANY cutoff date, they would cut off service at any time. He said Theres nothing I can do about it. Then after awkward silence, he asked Hows your day going? I felt like he was trolling us.We called a second time and got a different rep. She was much friendlier and promised to get our service turned back on temporarily. Great. Problem is the service never actually came back on. Then after we had moved out, we got notice that a tech was coming to check on our technical issues and that we would be charged if no one was there to receive them. Well, weve moved out and I will burst a blood vessel if they try to charge me for their error.
Bad experience. Called in multiple times and each time was told they would send someone out in two days. When I would call back in two days to find out why service person didnt show I was told there was no ticket. Service man finally came out, he is contracted, said I needed another service person to do a different service and that I needed a part. Could not get me the part day of service, Thursday, I would have to wait till Monday. Monday came and still no part, he wasnt allowed to order it, if the service person cant order part, who can? Very frustrating experience.
Suddenlink is horrible. Their equipment is outdated in need of upgrading .they act as if is a burden to fix any thing. They know that they are the only company that I can get internet access from

I tried to return a defective TIVOt to them at the mall and they refused. Tried to get a return label off website wouldnt let me. Had hard time communicating SD employees at mall so lowered my mask and young female screamed at me. I asked to speak to Mgr. they refused and ordered me to leave the store. So far SD has refused to take charges for TIVO off my bill. Terrible service.
Worst customer service ever!!! We are only with Suddenlink because we have no other choice. We’ve been at our new place for 3 weeks without internet. We called and called just trying to speak with someone who would listen to what we needed and not get disconnected multiple times. We finally had a guy come out here our first day moving in and he told us that we needed a new line direct buried but he didn’t have the tools to do it. He put a work order in for it. He told us it would take 3-4 days. Finally, today (3 weeks & 2 reschedules on their end later) another guy came out here and told us the EXACT SAME THING!!! “I need to bury it but I don’t have the tools to do it right now. I’ll put a work order in.” So it can take them another 3 weeks to get someone here?! NO!!! We need someone out here ASAP to run a line, not above ground, but to bury it! Why is that so hard? Why did your guy come out here without the tools he needs to do the job?

There are many reasons for my rating. If I could give no stars I would. You asked if there was something specific well here you go:2 years ago I moved to Midland and contacted Suddenlink for service. Scheduled install and no one ever came on the date they provided me, this happened 3 times, it took me wasting 3 days waiting for your technician before I ever received service. Fast forward to April 28th I moved homes, called to have my service moved was given an install date of April 30th between 8am and 11am. Waited no one arrived. After numerous calls to Suddenlink a technician finally arrived at 2:00 p.m. parked in my neighbors yard and ruined part of their grass Left my home with no cable services trash and extra cables in every room that he was in. When I asked him why he was leaving and I had no service he showed me a text message that said youve been there long enough submitted ticket and move on. At this point I was pretty aggravated, so I called Suddenlink and told them to cancel my service of course you cant just cancel easily they have to send you to the retention department. Retention promised me there would be a technician Monday May 3rd to install my services and make sure that everything was working. Well here we are at 5:47 p.m. after wasting a whole day sitting here waiting for him and no one ever arrived. I called Suddenlink again said I was done I wanted my services canceled and was told I would have to wait till tomorrow because I need to speak to the retention department and theyre closed for the day. How is any of this acceptable? When its time to pay my bill can I wait till I feel like it to pay it? I would never recommend Suddenlink to anyone unfortunately I recommended them to my mother who had moved here about 2 months ago and it took her 2 days sitting and waiting before a technician arrived. horrible horrible service unprofessional and disgusting I cant wait to see what grande has to offer.
The company is garbage. There is always an issue with the service, either its an outage in the area or a technical problem on their end. Not only is the service trash, but if you call you are never able to speak with a human, only an automated service and if you go into the store, the representatives are unable to provide any help. I gave 1 star because there is no negative star rating available.

They made me get phone service that I didnt need just to get internet service they knew I was having problems with my internet and charged me for the full month of service any wayI am no longer with them they told me my bill would be $55 then charged me $85 not happy at all with the service!!!UpdateFinally .....got my service turned back on they turned it off then told me that because it was turned off they coul not give me a credit since it had been off since the last rain right before that it hadnt worked since February they said because no one noted in the account that I had called they couldnt give me any credit even though Ive been with them since January . 4 different technicians have had to come out and actually I have only been able to use the service one month total even though Ive had it since January they only credited me for the last few days that I didnt have service this time . This is the second time they have cut my service off then the next day told me they could not credit the account until after the technicians have come out then after they come out they say they cant credit the account because it was turned off oh, but they are making sure they get their money whether I have service or not and they are not concerned at all about losing customers please look for other options before wasting time and money on this company
My daughter has moved (from Midland, TX) and left me her equipment to return for her. I cannot find out where I need to return it to. And I can not get anyone to answer when I call any of the numerous numbers that I try. I just want to return equipment. Why is it so hard?
I had a little trouble setting up the internet, they didnt come to the first appointment. However, when I called to find out what happened they were very responsive, set up my service the very next day and gave me a discount. I have had the service for almost a year and no issues. The price is good and I have not paid more than what they say it would be. I wish I could take the service back home to El Paso with me.

Got one of the SWEETEST reps. Name is Mike Anderson, he knows how to handle someone who’s mad. He never gets rude, he understands inconveniences and makes sure stuff gets done about it. Very nice, best rep ever

Terrible customer service, the absolute worst. It takes a long time to get through, and there is a good chance you will get disconnected. Rep verified my phone number and when my wife got disconnected they did not call back. Hopefully, Grande will move into my area and I can switch. They have me as a customer only because I cannot get another service. If I could give no stars I would, but it is not an option. Clearly, customer service is not a concern beyond saying it, actions speak louder than words.
Not a helpful company at all. Trying to assist my elderly parents with their internet and television options. So much run around and shady business operations. After MANY years my folks have made the change to A.T.&T. / Direct TV.
We lived in Andrews Texas and we have moved need our service disconnected and I have tried four times since November 13 2020 they said they will take care of thing s and all they do is bill me for another month how is this good business I call and response from retention is ok we see and we will retro back to November 13 and your bill will reflect adjustments to and this is not true. I have lost my patience

So far only a customer for less than a month and this ISP has already gone down at least 5-6 times thankfully not very long but the constant server disconnects are very frustrating and annoying when you are in the middle of work or watching a streaming movie, etc.
Very unsatisfied with Suddenlink!!! We scheduled our first appointment for internet services on 7/23/20 for 2pm-5pm, took off early from work and the installation technician never showed. Mind you, we had already paid the fee for installation. On 7/29/20 we rescheduled another appointment for 7/31/20 for 5pm-8pm. At 7pm we got a notification that our technician was on the way. We thought “Great!” BUT an hour passed by so we called customer service and were told that the representative spoke with the technician and he said he was on the way. We asked the rep to give our number to the technician that way we could speak with him directly, in case he was having trouble finding our place. NOTHING after another hour. Once again, we called customer service and while we were inputting our information the automated system said “...your appointment for AUGUST 3RD AT 2pm-5pm HAS BEEN CONFIRMED” What do you mean August 3rd???? We spoke to another rep on the phone very confused, asking why our appointment was changed without our knowledge and permission but was only told to trust in him that someone would show up this time. How can we trust a company who has lied and kept us out of the loop this whole time??? We were not compensated for any of our troubles either. We weren’t looking for any compensation, just to be understood on our frustrations and updated on any changes.
I tried to get new service with Suddenlink. They took my $230 but the tech never came to install. He said he came and no one was home. Nope my husband was home all day and no one showed. I called the following morning set up a reschedule yet again tech didn’t show up. I called multiple times yesterday to make sure a tech would be out and they all told me yes. Called this morning there was no record of any appointment set ups. So yet again they set me up for 8-11 this morning. Again no record and no show up. After multiple people hanging up on me I was finally able to cancel a service that was never set up. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.
From my sister:I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been trying to get a credit on my mom’s account sent to my dad. My mom passed away. I added myself to the account and they still refuse to release the money to me or in her name. They sent me to an office that is currently closed and it only home to the work trucks to take the death certificate. I am very frustrated with this company and have spent a many wasted hours on hold and on the phone with them. I have encountered rudeness, but I was blessed with 2 compassionate people who still were not able to provide any real help.

I just want to turn in equipment so I dont get charge 140 dollars. But the suddenlink midkiff is closed temporarily I have no clue why. Probably a business scheme to scam us hardworking Americans out of money. The one at mall does not accept equipment. And when trying to print out my sticker ot dosent work. And the customer support guy told me to go to fed ex with you name and account number and they will take care of it for free. But when I did that the fedex said no we do not pay 80 bucks.

I have been a customer for 16 years. This is the worst I have ever seen the service. My internet cuts out about 5 times every 15 minutes. Makes it really hard to do online school for my grandson. But, my Bill goes up every month while the service gets worse., Since Altice merged, it is worse than ever. And no one cares. You cannot get anyone on the phone because there is no option for customer service. I guess because they have NO customer service. The recordings just take you in circles with no human to talk to. You cannot talk to anyone about tech support. They reboot the modem and it never fixes the problem. They say it is working correctly, but I have never seen any internet work properly that cuts out for a few seconds every few minutes. it is the only option for internet where I live,. update__- we have 2 offices here. one is closed and the other only does mobile.So I cannot get my modem/router changed out at the one open. I finally managed to get Tech support and they told me to take it in and exchange it. They have no clue what is even going on in their own company. My mother is getting billed $425 for equipment that she cannot return because the nearest office is 100 miles away that will accept it. They said they wont come pick it up, she has to bring it in and she is 87 years old. What a joke this company is.UPDATE:::: I called and spoke to a guy in retention who said he could offer me a new package for 15 less and 800 speed. I had a tech come out and bring a new modem/router to handle the high speeds and then my speed dropped from 400 to 200-300. I called tech support and she told me he took my 400 speed off and added it back at no charge so it reduced my bill, but the internet still cuts out every few minutes. SO BASICALLY I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TOO!!!!!!!!!!! I am about ready to cancel and go with a wireless internet company. I hate suddenlink and their POS service. I can honestly say I have never had a worse internet provider than Suddenlink. Not only is the connection going out all the time but they accidentally unplugged my apartment’s service instead of the apartment that moved out. For three days while working from home I was repeatedly told there was an outage in my area and just wait for it to end but it was just their technician. I then moved out of my old apartment and switched services to my new apartment. They forgot to tell me for a month they left my old service on. If you can choose any other provider do it.

Customer service is almost nonexistent my remote will barely work new batteries or anything helps! I have had 2 strokes and take 5 shots of insulin a day! My only option is to pay $60.00 for technician to bring to my home or go to nearest office during the covid virus in Midland Texas!!!

I canceled my service a month ago and apparently it never got canceled by suddenlink and they was taking no st out of my account without my permission. When i called i talked to seven people got hung up on 4 times in the end they told me my account was on automatic payments and it was my fault. FYI I never pay bills with automatic payments. The worst experience ever.
I want to take over an account from another persons name to my name all I did was get the run-around now on the internet and the phone taken out and just have a cable and take off all the movie channels they said they couldnt do that and they charged me $300 well I told them Im going to AT&T Im getting gifts the TV and internet for $100 a month and when I leave here and made a move back to New York where Im from going to cost me $100 for the break the contract a lot better than a Suddenlink Suddenlink is bad you cant even get anybody to help you this really all around the girl in that store in the mall could care less units that theyre doing a freaking now

The worst cable/internet provider ever,,they have no office here so you have to call,, you have to wait for about 50 minutes to over an hour for the next available person,, from some other country who can do nothing to help with your issues that you are having with their product. Took over three weeks to get service,, they charged me for the second appointment,, even though I didnt have service,, to put my service on that took five appointments,, of which three were no call / no shows. Will be glad when AT&T turn on their service here in pavilion. I have internet only with now and paying a lot of money for it while my neighbor has tv& internet for less than what Im paying,, worst cable company I have had so far!!! I will never recommend Suddenlink services.

Horrible customer service and even worse lack of service with installation
Not really even Suddenlink anymore--its actually owned by Altice now. They will sign you up with no problem, but thats the last help youll get from them. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Almost impossible to get them on the phone, and when you do, they make promises and dont follow through. They also talked me into Altice mobile for my cell phone, and theyre even worse at customer service. They dont even have a phone number and the chat hardly ever works. I thought ATT had the worst customer service ever, but Suddenlink/Altice proved me wrong. Dont waste your time with this joke of a company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Some of the phone staff is rude and uninterested in helping at all. We have been waiting for a refund we are owed for two weeks with nothing. They charged us a full months bill for the month after we disconnected and now they owe us another refund. The internet, tv and phone service is really good for the money and their techs are pretty good but they are getting to where they want to charge you or threaten you with charges if a tech has to come out for something that is their problem.
My internet was connected on the 2nd and I noticed that the guy didn’t put the wire underground. The wire was hanging out of the box that’s on the side of my house. The wire that was connecting our internet is as thin as thread. (I knew that was going to be pulled out easily.) I called suddenlink to complain about it and the girl asked me if I wanted them to put the wire underground. I said yes and she said they had to make an appointment just to have them put it underground. A few days later we had a really bad storm and somehow the wire was pulled out of the box(so no more internet). I called suddenlink again and scheduled another appointment for the 9th to get my internet connected again( they made both appointments for the same day) and no one showed up. I called to complain and I was on the phone over an hour before someone answered. Some time went by and the tech finally called and said that he could not fix my internet bc he was not trained in fiber optic wire. I called suddenlink AGAIN and I couldn’t get through and when I called about the 2nd appointment the recording basically said they were closed. I’m already paid for the activation and month and still no internet. 😡 How can I get through to get my money back? Plus my area is new so right now they’re the only internet service provider out here. Ugh 😩
Would definitely NOT recommend this absolute joke of a company.Been paying for Cable for 8 months I’ve never used even once.Called 5 times and they still have yet to deliver my remote.And the way their automated system is it’s aggravating asl to navigate through.Only reason i stay w them is bc that’s the only provider where I live I’ll be SO RELIEVED when we finally cancel our service! 😻I HATE this company.-1/10 I would NOT recommend

They are terrible. They only want money. Suddenlink operators tell you to exchange your equipment in this store, and this store says that they will in no way help you.
Horrible service I lose connection frequently and my security system stop working, I can’t connect my kids laptops to do their school work, they aré charging me more then what I was initially told it was going to be supposedly because that include taxes but how in the world the taxes for TV and Internet is going to get up to $20.00 plus at month, a lot of months have passed and I haven’t get a physical bill so I pay my bill using my phone number but I can’t see my bill or have an account number to access my account online and to finish it up customer service is terrible so if you do’t want to go through all these just look for a different provider

I been waiting for over a week to fix my internet connection but the technician only park in the drive way and he leaves with out fixing the problem, he did that for 5 days straight and am still getting charge for no service, don’t not get this service

Should be full service. Store is no good if you cant fix simple things like cable remote with five people not doing a thing.
Been a customer for 5 years. Internet is out...again. It goes out for 1-2 days like once a month. So frustrating...but here I am, without any other choice in my neighborhood.

Sometimes I do not know what I am even paying for. Service is always in and out.Also, please fix your automated system, every single time it asks me if I want to save my payment info and EVERY SINGLE TIME I call to pay it has me still enter it.
