Just left the store. Tanya was amazing. She helped me set up a few devices and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. She was kind respectful and honest which made for a great decision on what plans to get. Which upgrades were the best for my situation. She also answered my brothers questions and stayed a lot late to make sure we were taken care of!!!
I didn’t catch their names, but there were 2 ladies who made my experience really smooth and quick, and I loved that!! They were also super friendly!

Greeted st the door as we walked in. Only one other customer there and a second salesperson was helping him. So we were helped immediately and very well taken care of. I was shown. A viriety of phones at different price ranges and I picked the one I wanted. Sales lady got my phone set it up....which is way more helpful then Odessa location as t the last time I bought phone there they refused to help set it up even after I asked. Overall excellent service. I only wish other locations understood they get paid by the customers and act approiately
Eddie was awesome!!! After 3 attempts to switch services and running into issues on this visit Eddie made sure I got taken care of and left with new devices and service. His “help” kind of lacked customer service skill and was openly watching her manager training videos but couldn’t be bothered to help him with customers. Eddie was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with today.

Sales people will tell you completely incorrect specs on a new model of phone from a well known brand. If they cant even get that right how Im supposed to believe you wont mess up the rest.

Head my warning. I came in to get a new phone, explaining everything in detail about what i wanted to do. The sales representative Stephanie looked up my phone number and told me to be able to get a new phone, I was going to have to pay off the amount owed on my current phone. (312$) I trusted her, agreed and tried to continue the sale. Her computers kept shutting off and she wasn’t able to complete the sale. She ended up telling me I was going to have to go to a different store.I get to the corporate store and they tell me that my phone has been paid off since last year and that I in fact would get 250$ back if I turned my phone back in to them)I told them about what I was told at the previous store, they do some more research and tell me they have no idea how she could’ve possibly come up with that. They also tell me that the retailers are known to create unnecessary charges and up prices.
Great service. Im new to Midland and Texas and I needed help. All of the employees were happy to assist me. I wasnt there to buy anything and they knew it, but they still took the time to take care of me. That really tells me something about the store and its people. Highly recommend....
Way too many people in that location and no one with a mask except the salesman. Way too risky for me. Why is the main Verizon location closed?

The worst store in town! I’ve been to other Verizon stores in town and they’re not only more professional, but won’t lie to you. I got nothing but attitude from the manger after they made the mistake. Poorly ran for sure and the sales person was half retarded to start off with.

Signed up in July for 2 new phones (On a Buy One Get One Deal) and some higher end phone packages (Paying over $300 a month for 2 phones and a hot spot with 15GB). After the first month, I noticed I was being billed for both phones at full price. Talking to an employee of this Verizon Retailer, I was informed the charges would be reversed after 3 months and that Id get a refund for the amounts paid on the 2nd free phone.Fast Forward to the beginning of November and Im still being charges full price for the phones. After speaking with a Verizon Customer Service member over the phone, I was told that I didnt qualify for the deal and that Im required to pay the full amount for both. His suggestion was to take it up with the store I set my account up with.The following day (Monday, November 3rd) I went in and discussed the issues with the new manager, she took my phone number and said that the Regional Manager would call me by the following Friday with a solution. 2 Weeks went by without contact from anyone at the store or from their Management department. I called them once again and spoke with the same manager and got the same old song and dance; My manager is going to call you. Well its currently the 26th of November and I still havent been called.My advice is avoid this location at all costs. It looks like Im going to be out $1500 because Im cancelling all services with them as theyre unwilling to provide any help beyond empty promises.Oh and Verizon coverage isnt any better than AT&T in this area. I get a blistering 0.3 Mbits per second download speeds while Im at home (I live about 4 miles away from this store).Looks like AT&T will be getting my money from hereon out.
The worstthe manager is a complete ass! when I first walk in he waits 5min before he acknowledges my friend and I. then he walks up looking at his phone claims hes having system issues... 5min later he leaves..not to mention the store was full of customers....

That was a place I never want to go back to. I lost a lot of money there do to some workers not doing there job, and a manager that wouldnt help her employee. I should have been told this is a line, and they should have used my phone number I have. It was a joke on me. But this store has made me go to a different phone service. Im done with Verizon.

This is a SUB-VERIZON store and they charge an extra $20 just to service you. &+ you have to still pay the $30 activation fee. Not good business.
