I was very skeptical about using Eyemart but it really has been a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE... Very professional service with an extremely short turnaround time from visit to using my new glasses. Price was fantastic. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Everytime I come into Eyemart its a good experience. This time was even better. My 6 y/o daughter received her first pair of glasses yesterday and Evelyn made the experience wonderful. The process took awhile because I was filling a prescription for 2 pairs and getting my daughter 2 pairs. As Evelyn was taking care of us and other customers came in she politely excused herself and greeting the others. She also checked in with them as she finished up with us. Good customer service is hard to come by in Midland. Thanks.

Love, love, LOVE this place. We’ve been going here for about three years now and everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can’t beat their prices/promo deals and the one year warranty that comes with all frames. I made the mistake of going to an eyeglass store in the mall called VisionWorks the last time my daughter got a new prescription. I felt like I was at a used car dealership with all their sales pitches and over pricing. Come to find out they get a commission off of sales (as it states on the receipt.) Eyemart Express will take good care of you and is definitely the best place to go if you have little ones wearing glasses in my opinion. Once again, can’t beat their warranty on frames and the one or two hour turn around for them to make you a pair when your child is in desperate need after breaking their current pair. This place cannot be beat! No hidden fees or weird gimmicks here. Thank you to everyone at Eyemart for always being outstanding!

The experience wasnt horrible while choosing glasses for my 2 kids. We got the glasses the same night which impressed me and I was happy. But the next morning my son noticed a small scratch on the lens. It was nothing that he had done given he didnt even wear them home and wear them that night. It was late and he doesnt need them but only for school work and reading. I took them back the very next day to ask about it and the lady said it would be a charge or use the Warranty. I explained it wasnt anything he had done and she said well they inspect them so sorry. So I just warn anyone with children or yourself, FULLY inspect the glasses before you leave because its tough luck if you go back in a second later.

I’m not normally a person to rate a place poorly, but the employee who attended me seemed to have an attitude. Wish her manager would’ve attended me instead. I understand we all have our days, but when we come to work, we should leave our problems aside and attend customers as best as possible.

Went in just now and the girl was so rude...... told us an hour wait...... No appointment.... 1st come first serve.... its 106* outside..... we are suppose to wait out in car for an hour with 2 children! I will never come back here!!

I ordered glasses. When I went to pick them up they were the wrong ones. The employee up front insinuated that we gave them permission to switch out the frames for other ones with the tone of her voice even after she heard me talk to my wife and we didn’t do that. Next she shows me a paper to throw it my face that they ordered the other frames. How is this still not your fault me getting the wrong ones? I go easy on them and take them home to give the glasses a shot. They fall off my head as they are to big and don’t grip my head at all. I call in instead of go in because I’m avoiding the employees and the same employee answers. She immediately tells me the “boss” ordered the different ones because the other ones were taking to long to come in. I let her know that I just want to pick out other glasses and she tells me to come when the “boss” is there. She’s just there to relay information that’s all. I ask for the bosses hours tomorrow and she said she comes in at 9AM. Realizing my morning is busy ask her what time she is there until and the girl just doesn’t want to answer the question and answers again with what time she comes in. I have to be firm to get an answer and she still doesn’t answer it and tells me they close at 7PM. All this was said with a condescending tone of voice from the employee. What an unprofessional employee. I want to avoid this business more as it seems every experience is negative. They are probably loosing a lot of customers and when asked why numbers are lower there probably blaming it on the corona virus. If I was managing that place I’d immediately turn the staff and get people who have the skills for the position.Update. My wife got a VM from the manager after we left this review giving the store and employee a performance review. The manager without asking us one question or ever talking to us left us a VM giving me a performance review as a customer. How unprofessional. I’m telling you there is a lack of skill set for the position with these employees.

Recently went to Eyemart Express and was pleasantly surprised ! My wait time was very short, I had courteous staff and expert help with picking out my frames. Because I wear Tri-focals I needed help with certain types of frames and lenses. They were very patient and knowledgeable about my needs. They also took my insurance which was fantastic ! . It was easy and I went away very pleased .

I made the appointment and got in the next afternoon. It took an hour from getting there, doing the eye exam, ordering glasses and leaving. The glasses were ready in 15 minutes. They took my insurance, I got an extra pair free and they were so wonderful with my 5 year old! Highly recommend everything about them! Thank you so much!

Parking can be a tad tricky but well worth going inside. The staff was so friendly and helpful beyond my families expectation. They answered all my questions before I could even ask them. That included looking up my insurance first and then worked with me and my familys budget. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything we didnt want or need. Definitely will be our Eyemart for a lifetime. Its worth us driving almost an hour out of our way to visit!!

The glasses are great and reasonably priced. The only thing I suggest is better customer service. When I picked up my glasses the lady didnt try to adjust them or anything. She seemed to be uninterested in helping me. My glasses are a little loose, but Ill find a place to tighten them. Over all though, the glasses are great.

This place is unbelievably professional.

When I discovered my daughter had to get glasses for the first time, I needed them fast. We were traveling soon and didnt have a week to wait until they came in. I called the location in Midland and they took EXCELLENT care of us! Plus, the back-to-school special, top notch warranty, and pair ready in less than hour made it a no-brainer to get them there. The only improvement I wish they could make is to start carrying the premium lenses (like transitions and light refraction) in the store instead of having to order them and wait up to 2 weeks. Overall, highly satisfied!!!I also wish I had the name of the lady who took care of my daughter. She was incredibly patient with us, even when I had to handle a slight disagreement with my daughter over which pair she was getting. Thank you again!

I have never in my entire life dealt with such incompetence. Initial visit was okay, from that point on a nightmare. I have held for over an hour twice am now on hold again after getting disconnected! Never get calls returned! Awful, awful, awful.

They did a great job on my coke bottle prescription, making the lens as thin as possible with no extra time due to the possible warping. The prices were reasonable compared to vision health specialties, which were charging an arm and a leg. I will definitely go back for my eyeglass needs.

I got nothing but good results from all of the employees at eyemart express. They were very patient with me and I greatly appreciate all of the help. I highly recommend everyone to go there. Vision works at the mall wanted to charge me about $50 more for the same pair of glasses that I got at eyemart express. They also said it will take 10 days for me to get my glasses while Eyemart express took only one day. So I got a cheaper price and quicker results! I will definitely be back next year!!

Very disappointed in the service. My husband went in to pick up his glasses the ladies were both interested in putting bags in the trash cans. They didnt set with him to get them adjusted. He would tell them they didnt feel like they fit right and she seemed so annoyed with him. Now we are home and the glasses are sliding off his face. He wanted to buy a second pair put we wont be purchasing them from Eyemart express

Dr. Urias was amazing! He was kind and he explained everything very well. His staff was friendly and weren’t uptight. Eyemart was cheap but had quality eyewear. They were friendly and helped me choose what was right for me without rushing me. My glasses were ready within an hour! which was amazing because I’d been wearing contacts for a week since my previous pair broke(raybans from another place). Overall great and quick experience!

Everyone at Eyemart Express were so professional pick out my frames they had my lenses two hours later had my glasses best prices in town and I am from Big Spring, TX I than everyone.

They never could get my glasses adjusted properly. I took them to the Odessa store and they were able to adjust them, but they also discovered that all 3 pairs needed to be remade because the lenses were cut too small.

Extremely unsatisfied with the service of the eye clinic. Went in for contacts and left with blurry vision because they insisted my eyes just werent adjusted even though I said several times that my vision was worse with the contacts than it was without. The next day I called and told them I was getting headaches and I couldnt focus on anything so they asked me to come back in. I waited in the office for over an hour just for them to give me the exact same rx. I took an eye exam with them in and did just as bad with them as I did without, but they still insisted it was me and not the contacts. I called them back a couple of hours later and told them that I couldnt focus on anything near or far away and my near vision had never been an issue before and they still insisted I was wrong. They were rude and they refused to refund my money even though the lenses they gave me obviously werent right. Eventually they just hung up on me. Will never take my business there again and I recommend you avoid it at all cost unless you want to pay for 2 eye exams.

My son was treated with kindness the entire process. Dr. Aaron Urias is a Therapeutic Optometrist with excellent skills and he treated my family with smiles and kindness. In the eyemart the employees are just as kind and all smiles. My son had his two pair of glasses within a few days not weeks. They have their own lab located in the eyemart which makes their services quick. My son has been wearing his glasses for an entire day and no complaints so far we have accurate prescription. Thank you Dr. Aaron Urias and Eyemart Express.
