Brought my daughter in to get glasses With an exam I had done elsewhere. The interaction with my young daughter (6) was incredible! They took the time to help her try on glasses. All the girls working came over and interacted with her! She felt so special!! Not only did they make her feel like she was the most important person in there they also had her glasses ready within 30 minutes! When we left she said she felt like a star! I would highly recommend this location the patience they have is Phenomenal! They also had a great selection of kids frames

I called, to ask about my Medicare insurance. Was told to bring in my policy number. Was made an appointment. Drove to make my appointment in a timely manner. Was greeted with an.... you must wear a mask while here. And an Im sorry we do not take Medicare insurance. This place sucked.

This was my first time coming into the store in Midland, I have to say that I did not expect much coming in but was pleased that the quality of service had exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted upon entry, the store was clean and easy on the eyes (pun intended). I was helped by Victoria and she was very knowledgeable of her products. She had so much patience as we navigated through glasses together and was so informative and helpful in my decision making process. The products are inexpensive and of good quality, I will definitely be returning. I have a teenager and a few friends in need of exams and could use with some of their glasses or contacts so I will be referring them to this store! Great job!

This was my second visit and they were quick, friendly & convenient. They have great prices on glasses and were able to schedule a last minute exam for contacts for my teenager. This was my first time visiting Stanton Optical in Midland, as I have gone to the one in Odessa for quite some time. The first thing I noticed about the store is how clean and organized it is and I really like the way it is set up here at the store. I appreciated being greeted first thing, by a young lady at the time I did not know is the branch manager, Victoria.She was very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and she greeted every person that walked through the doir. But maintained communication with me at the same time. That’s not customer service you normally can encounter. I was impressed!She took her time finding a frame for me, and also gave me a price breakdown of what my next appointment will average. I will definitely be back and continue my business at this location- highly recommended!

All of these girls are magnificent & young 🙂 they received my husband and me with a smile and a whole lot of patience. Our appointment was for an hour later and they helped us. They are very efficient, helpful & informative. And last but not least, some prescription had to be sent out to do. But our prescription, they said that they can do our glasses on the premises ASAP by the end of the day or as soon as tomorrow. They are the BEST. Oh and there equipment is state of the art. LOVE ❤️ these girls 5⭐s

Glasses are inexpensive and good quality 👍👍.The workers are nice and help out with getting the job done. I had to do a small fix on my glasses 🤓 because they didn’t sit well on me and had to be corrected… they could have spoke to me and asked if I could see well ( i had the glasses for a week til I realized man my eyes aren’t adapting to these glasses … it isn’t me haha) … but I’m a hard critic… get your glasses from this place, save some money, and get back to seeing normal again

I used to purchase my glasses from my regular Optometrist, but with prices between $600 and $700 for one pair of glasses, it was time to make a change. I have purchased 3 pair of glasses and two pair of prescription sunglasses for less than the cost of one pair from my Optometrist shop. The glasses allow me to see clearly and the customer service is top-notch. I will be purchasing all my glasses from Stanton Optical in the future.Update: I received a text message telling me that the glasses that I ordered (my fifth pair), were ready. I traveled across town to pick them up, only to learn that a company wide glitch had sent out the text messages in error.I did not receive a message telling me to ignore the text. I guess I will have to call the store to verify whether any future messages are valid.

I had a great experience at stanton optical. you felt the cleanliness when you walk in. I was greeted as soon as i walk through the doors. the employees were both with other people but made sure i felt acknowledged and welcomed. I had an my exam done somewhere else so i just needed glasses the selection was great and prices very reasonable lowest in the area actually. I did wait about 20 minutes for one of the girls to finish up but it was worth the wait! they were friendly and knowledgeable seemed that both girls were managers as soon as one was done she helped me and the other manager came to apologize for the wait when she was done as well and stayed with the other girl during my interaction! i will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Victoria Torres-General Manager was excellent in her customer services. She explained me about how stigmatism works and which contact lenses and glasses will best work for me. I have never had such experience with other previous optical places. I am so grateful and thankful to her and happy to be part of this store and their services.

Well the price was fine, and staff with polite! However the few days I was told they would be done in turned into 2 weeks. On top of it they put the wrong script in my glasses!!!! So the frame that were mine were now worthless because they broke my lenses getting them out. So instead of replacing them with something like mine they had me pick a pair of frames out of a drawer of discontinued and damaged frames. WOW!! To finish off this unbelievable experience the new lenses, with the subpower frames arent correct!! I have no way of getting this fixed, I had to get on a plane for a new job of which I have no glasses to see to do it correctly!So to sum it up lost a 300. pair of frames, the the fee they charged me and now Ill have to buy a new pair in Houston no to mention lost of time!!! So do you feel lucky?

I went in to get some glasses and I was greeted by everybody working. Doing the exam was a nice and easy process that didn’t take long, and after that they helped me look for the right frames. I would definitely recommend this place. Great experience overall.

I took my 19 yr old son up to get glasses today we were in and out in less than an hour with 2 pairs of glasses for under 300.... Amazing customer service .... Will be going back for my own exam and glasses soon ...... Very much recommend this place

Horrible experience. No communication. Ordered glasses on March 31. They came in about 17 days later. Store didnt call me, I had to call store. This was a rush order. When I received the glasses the focal point wasnt correct and they had to redo the lenses. Another rush order. Now it is May 10, five and a half weeks later, OVER A MONTH, and I still do not have my glasses nor do I know if they got the lenses correct this time. Never would recommend this company to even an enemy.Well, they told me to call an 877 number and they would make it right. THEY DID NOTHING. Told me they are sorry and tried to blame it on COVID 19. Delays in shipping etc. Total distortion of fact. UPS has been delivering my packages with no issues. Get over it Stanton.

Professional and courteous even with the most difficult customers.Beyond that, they answer they always phone in a friendly manner, they are professional and effective in store and on the phone and really work to help you with what you need. Awful! There is no in house doctor and it’s doctors via screen. I have a high astigmatism and already know that it takes a couple adjustments for my contacts to be right. I called to get a follow up on my trials and did a recheck instead of a follow up. When I asked the virtual dr a question if I was going to get a follow up with my contacts, she hung up.I couldn’t believe she hung up on a client and neither could the staff that worked there.Follow up: I called the number provided and it led me to their answering service which the gentleman did not help me out. He directed me back to the store. The lady at the store led me to believe I could get my visit and contacts reinstated and that was not true. Do not go to Stanton optical if you have serious vision problems. They do not have good customer service skills. The ladies at the office were great but the optometrist and answering service was awful.

This was a horrible experience. Be aware they do virtual eye exams. My first prescription was wrong. I got rechecked and it was wrong again. My contacts were blurry. The whole process took a month because I had to wait for the contacts to arrive. Just for them to be wrong twice. I asked for a refund and they said no it’s against their policy. I paid for a “service” that wasn’t done right. Now I have to pay somewhere else. Their customer service is bad too. When the lady was taking pictures/checking my eyes before the eye exam she was on her phone the whole time.

Customer Service is the worst ! They can careless about your personal I formation being exposed to other clients (Break HIPPA) without a doubt, never will visit this store anymore, watch out people !!

I ordered 2 pairs and the first pair took almost 2 weeks and my other pair had shipping delays. which is the pair I got the computer film I need for migraines, keeps getting pushed back with shipping delays. The worst optical experience I’ve ever had in Midland facility is so unprofessional and poorly run I don’t know how their doors stay open it is a scam the minute you walk through the door as a new customer there’s no optometrist on site everything is done via zoom from another country it takes forever to get your glasses or contacts in when you question it their answers are very rude sure and poor I highly advise Everyone to stay away seek your appointment somewhere else

Worst experience ever I do not recommend. Worst service from every girl that works there had an attitude. Messed up on my prescription and had to rechecked my eyes and when I asked for in person doctor to actually check my eyes because I have asmatigsam and I have problems with my eyes....they said they dont do that... that I would have to go somewhere else where they actually have someone in person. My first prescription was all wrong and try to give me bifocals to me it seemed it was because I could not see out of them at all and one of the girls was trying to make me wear them out of the store even when I told her I couldnt see out of them. Than she called I guess manager and rechecked me. Had to re ordered my prescription with glasses and contacts. The second time my prescription came in the contacts brand was all wrong and the same thing happened one of the girls was trying to give me a brand that I didnt want even when i told there was only one brand i was able to use because of my asmatigsam. So they had to take them back and reorder everything took a whole month to come in. But they sure charge the full amount. Now that I fanilly got them now im effy about using them my .I eyes not djusting. The only reason i went to them cus of the discounts and promotion they always have i wasnt able to get in with my original doctor because he is pricey but he is great. But like they say you pay what you get. Ever again i will go back. And plus there packaging is awfull didnt even give me a case for my glasses and when the girl gave me my glasses just threw them on the the table in a paper bag. I heard when my glasses banged on the table. Now im gona have to pay double the money to get check with my original doctor so dont come to this place not worth it. I never but reviews but it frustrated me that yo pay and you get bad service and plus when it comes to prescription you dont mess with that its our health your dealing with
