I needed to get impressions made of my ears to get custom in ear monitors made. I was able to get an appointment very quickly here. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The Dr was very knowledgeable and friendly. He most certainly has experience making these impressions and knew exactly what I needed. I would most certainly go back here again for all of my hearing needs.

I called with a concern of ringing in my ears. They were able to see me quickly. More importantly the staff took the time to discuss my results and explain what I have been experiencing. I will definitely return with any questions I may have regarding hearing.

I went in for ear impressions to have headphones made. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. They made me feel at ease in a situation that made me a little apprehensive. We were laughing and visiting the whole time.

They were super helpful and accommodating when I called about my teen who seemed to be having some trouble hearing at school. When we came in for a hearing assessment, they were not just professional but genuinely interested in helping us find solutions. I felt at ease the entire time, and considering how it feels to have a child who might having hearing loss issues, that was priceless.

I have driven trucks most of my adult life. In 2015 I could not pass my DOT Physical due to hearing loss. I told my doctor that I could hear just fine. He recommended I go see Dr. Morgan for a hearing test (which I had never had since school) I was skeptical to say the least. I told Dr. Morgan I could hear fine. He suggested lets test anyway. I was diagnosed with Moderate hearing loss. I still told him i did not need hearing aids. He convinced me to just give them a try and see if they would help. He said You may not notice a great change at first but give them time As soon as I put them on WOW I never realized how bad I did need them!!! Dr. Morgan and his staff are the best! Darilyn is very helpful always! Thank you all!

I had been contemplating hearing aids for quite awhile. Went into the store and was greeted wonderfully by the receptionist who answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get me in with Morgan. He was unavailable that day as he was at another office, but she called him and was able to get me in with him on Monday morning. Immediately he was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. I cant tell you all how much I appreciate it. I am 3 days in to my pair of Amaze 17 and they are fantastic. I hear everything now. I am in sales and it is vital for me to hear well. These allow just that. They clear, discreet, and sound like I dont even have them in. Morgan was amazing and worked with me perfectly.I highly recommend Beltone and Morgan to anyone. Dont even think about another place. They went above and beyond where no other company would.

So glad we found this place because the last place we went to charged us for the hearing exam and charged my mom for the wax removal and acted like we needed the most expensive hearing aids. Doctor Morgan and the lady doctor were so awesome to my mama. I wish Id taken her here years ago but she is stubborn as hell and was worried about price but we found a good payment plan like 50 a month I think it is . Shout out!!!

I was in the Midland office last week and learned a lot about hearing aids. They are basically computers now. Bluetooth and invisible. Great atmosphere and the lady at the front desk (Darilyn) is the nicest lady ever! Highly recommend Beltone!
