My son was in need of a new mattress. After looking online and finding the mattress that we felt would be the best choice I called the local store here in Midland, TX. A gentleman named Steven answered and got us fixed up in just a matter of a few minutes. He did make a point to ask if there were any other products we needed (pillows, protective coverings, etc) but I declined simply because we weren’t in need of any of those things at this time. I worked in retail for many, many years and I know the standard drill of building the sale. However, I am truly appreciative of the fact that he didn’t push or pressure me into buying more than we set out to purchase today. We do have other similar and related purchases that will need to be made in the not-too-distant future and, because of Steven’s professionalism and friendly and knowledgeable attitude, which went hand-in-hand with product availability that suited what we needed, we will most certainly be back. Hopefully next time we will get the pleasure of meeting the gentleman that helped us over the phone today. Thanks so much, Steven! Keep up the good work!

Enjoy shopping at the local store, but thought it odd that the first sales clerk to greet us was not able to work with us on our purchase. Then, once we went to the bedding department to buy what we were wanting, we were not even greeted by anyone until asking for assistance. West Texas is the friendliest places in Texas, but the team, at this location, needs some teaching and work on their salesmanship. And the company needs to make some adjustments to their policies on who can sell what merchandise and who cannot..
