Bless there hearts, it was a new employee working this day, he had no clue on taking payments. I had to come back the next day, he took the payment all was well. No uniform or anything,I recognized him from the day before things are changing.

I WAS A CRICKET CUSTOMER! SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE IN HOPE OF MORE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND PERSONAL.I WAS WRONG! HAVE HAD SERVICE LESS THAN 7 DAYS. WAS CONCERN BECAUSE SAKE PERSON CLAIM SHE HAD PHONE USE COUNTER BECAUSE ANOTHER PERSON DIDNTHAVE ALL INFO TO PURCHASE. WHEN I TOOK PHONE BACK WITHIN 6 DAYS THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE. THAN THEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO MNGER WHO SALESPERSON CALLED. WHEN I STARTED TELLING PERSON ON PHONE I WASNT PAYING THE $50.00. THE SALESPERSON QUICKLY STARTED SAYING IT WAS $25.00. THAT TOLD ME THE SALESPERSON WAS TRYING TOP MAKE $25.00. THEN THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WOULDNT GIVE ME THE PERSON OVER HIM TELEPHONE NUMBER.IF I HAD TOP DO OVER AGAIN IT WOULDNT BE WITH BOOST MOBILE.

Worst experience ever switched to Boost 6 months ago and have done nothing but experience bad service and they dont tell you if you break a phone replacing it isnt as simple as picking up a new phone and switching the sim card to a new one. No they locked my sim card to my line and when asked if i could purchase a new one i was told no i had to find somewhere that doesnt have 5g sim cards buy that and then come in and pay to have that one activated . I just wasted $100 to get a phine line working with no help not sympathy from their employess. Also i never got 4g i was promised and half the time didnt have service.
Came in to get a new sim. They didnt ask me one question on my phone number or to activate my phone. They ended up giving me the wrong sim card and wasnt able to activate my line
Ok, so there is a specific chick that works here, her name is Shannyn, she is amazing, she is understanding, she knows her stuff, and she is very helpful, she was even able to give me a price total price including tax before anything was actually rang up, she made my visit to this particular boost store very memorable, she made us laugh so hard we cried, she is the type of person that one day will become manager, she not only welcomed us when we entered the store but also she was interacting with my kids as well, and that is a big plus with me because most places we go everyone tried to ignore my kids, not SHANNYN she interacted with them and even allowed them to play a game on her PERSONAL IPHONE, she is the best, i am glad that boost mobile has found her and placed her at this store, this is exactly how customer service should be.....
Employee was new. Needed additional training. Very slow. Only kept boost less than a month. Free lg phones were cool but cant be on phone and web at same time. Very limited coverage.
Staff is not trained properly i spent over 2 and a half hours in the store and left without my second line activated and paid for it and they told me to leave the store and called the police all because i said he should have been trained better and i wasnt leaving without my line activated. I will be calling coporate and BBB

Horrible. I’m not from here! I set outside of the store for a little over an hour no one came there was a will be back shortly sign of the door! When I pulled up it was 5:50pm on Thursday. The store is open until 8pm. I never even went in the store, I sat outside of the store, even tried to call the store and the line was busy! Unexceptable
Cell phone service was bad in my area, had to switch companies. The staff is wonderful thoughtful and kind.
