I went in needing help with my phone because it had been acting funny and was dropping calls. I was helped out by Valerie and she took time to find a solution and my phone was fixed!! She was very nice and very patient, answered all my questions as well!! She was great! Will definitely be returning back to this location!

Verizon in Del City tried to rip me off because I wouldnt upgrade my NEW phone for a newer phone that would of cost me $150 then and there but because I wouldnt, because I just received a new phone 1 week earlier, the ✌️VERIZON REP✌️ wanted $35 to help me reinstall my smartwatch on my new phone. Said he just wanted to rip me off because I didnt upgrade, told him I was going to complain to VERIZON and walked out. 4 blocks west of this store was another Verizon outlet Midwest City store and the representative there could not do enough for this long time costumer. Verizon is in my opinion one of the best if not the best phone service ever. To bad theres a few bad, in this case a bad thief, out there that doesnt care about there customers and only pocket company money. Im sure this money was going to the Verizon company. Especially when he wanted cash only. SMH

No where on the sign or when you speak to a representative within, are you made aware that this IS NOT a corporate store, which makes a huge difference in how things are presented and sold. Now, this may not be a big deal to some, perhaps most, but, coming from the customer care call center representative side, having taken calls from very upset Verizon and Sprint customers for years, and having experienced my own let down through this authorized retailer recently, I highly recommend you always, always, always, visit a corporate store whenever possible. The main reason is, there is wiggle room when theres been an interaction that went awry, or you were told something that wasnt true, sold an item with certain guarantees that you later found out werent on the up and up, etc., and these situations are a lot more manageable and we can usually obtain a resolution, verses, transactions being done through a non corporate store. How many of you have been told, when you call in to complain to a customer service agent, to go back to the retail store and hash things out with them because we hold no authority over them and then tell you that if youd gone to a corporate store instead, theres options? Exactly! Now you know 😏

Switching providers and purchasing new cell phones has never been so easy! Devin was the most knowledgeable cell carrier associate weve ever worked with. He explained in detail and answered every question we had. He stayed well after the store closing time to ensure all our data was transferred to our new devices and set up a follow on appointment to assist us further. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!!

Nobody that works there is likely to get in a hurry for sure. Combined with Verizons already poor customer service, the only thing that they are concerned with is selling you something else or otherwise finding something to charge you for.

Devin is the best sales rep Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in a phone store. He is professional, friendly, informative and transparent. He stayed as long as my husband and I needed help transferring our data and showed us how to use our new devices. If you are looking to change services, upgrade your phone or plan, or are just wanting to learn about your device, dont go anywhere else!

We were very happy with the staff at this location. James spent almost an hour with us. He offered suggestions on how to save money on our bill, informed us of current specials, apprised us of upgrades available, and most importantly, solved my problem for international calling. He was extremely gracious and accommodating. The new facility sparkles.

Driving thru Midwest city astonished to see a new Verizon location. Perfect! Made a stop in to check it out. The atmosphere is amazing. It so clean and organized and had exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered our phones on the 18th. They told us the phones would be in on the 23rd. It is now the 27th and they still arent in. Might be rethinking the whole switching providers thing. Not a good way to start a new relationship.Everyday Ive been told that our phones will be in tomorrow. What is the point in pre ordering a phone a week ahead of time just to be jerked around??!

This was my first time buying a smartphone of my very own, and the employee Kristian Kellum did a phenomenal job !! I went in oblivious to what phone I wanted but assumed it would be an iPhone, considering the assumption of a better camera quality and phone quality, but she pointed me in a better direction with the LG v40 !! It was a great choice ! I have had it for a few hours and I absolutely love it !! She made my visit so personal and made me feel like I was trying out a phone. She helped me get a good deal, let me in on all of the offers and sold me a phone, not just for the profit, but because she could vouch for its authenticity. Her customer service was superb and the best I have ever had. I definitely recommend her and her store. Everything you could want in a saleswoman. There was also another employee, James Lee, who also did a fantastic job. He helped me find, not just one fashionable case, but 2 that were extremely durable and fashion friendly !! He also has mad skills when it comes to retrieving content from one phone to the other. These two employees definitely made my first purchase of a smartphone a breeze and I am so thankful that they made it so great !!

My wife and went in to look at new phones. Before the salesman would even show us the phone he said he had to log in to my account because he was afraid we might run out with the phone. I just wanted to look at a phone, but I lost track of how many he said he was afraid we would we might run out the store with the phone.After all that the phone we went see was just sitting on anther salesman desk.10 minutes never got to touch the phone and left the store feeling like criminals for just want to see a phone.Will never be back.

We were completely ignored walking in the door, when only a few customers were in the store. I originally wondered if the employees had even noticed we were there until finally one came up to us about what we needed while browsing. They didnt have the phone we needed, which was okay, but the guy had zero clue where other stores were or how we could get it and claimed there was nothing he could do to help. Really dont recommend this store at all.
