Tried to buy 3 different flavors of redbulls. Was told it was only good for regular flavor and wanted to charge $2 more that advertised. Train your employees! This is the only store you have to try and argue to pay price thats on the door! I left without buying anything.

This visit was the first time that I have been unimpressed by an OnCue. All but one of the slushie flavors were not ready, and I believe that all of the soda flavors had no carbonation. Alot of the snacks and drinks needed to be restocked and some of the counters were dirty. Definitely was not the best experience today!

Today is the first time that Ive felt that an OnCue employee has gone above and beyond. The guy working workstation id 3 at 09:49 on 10/24/20 was very cordial, asked to scan my card again during a 2 part purchase and sounded genuine in his greeting. I would have awarded 5 stars but the lone female working today had her mask down under her chin, which normally drops my ratings to 1 star. Thats how awesome this guy was. Keep up the amazing work.

Horrible staff. I tried to buy lottery tickets at this location 30 mins ago (I am 19) and the lady behind the counter rudely and loudly in front of everyone in the store and told me that she couldnt sell to me and that I needed be 21. Then she asked me to leave the store. Thats when I tried to tell her that you only have to be 18 to buy lottery tickets and she said that I was wrong and I was trying to buy something illegal ( making me seem like the bad person in front of the crowd of people behind me) I would have to say this is quite possible the worst experience I have ever had at ounce.

Oncue is a decent store.

Employees arent wearing masks, not sanitizing hands between handling items or cash, just all around not attempting to protect their customers.This place has to be the poorest managed oncue Ive seen. Running out of protein drinks constantly, they went for 2 weeks with no sweet tea. Pump 3 is constantly having printer issuesAnd employees are more interested in talking behind the counter while customers wait... or talking about how they want to quarantine with what woman.This place is worthless on the weekends. One person on the registers, no tea made and if i could give negative stars i would.

This convenience store redefines them as a genre. Very clean, and always smelling decent. Extra clean bathrooms. Always stocked on cups, and candy that Im after. When other stores like 7-Eleven herd you in and out like cattle, its nice to have a more roomy and spacious store to shop.

The employees was so nice and waited on me very fast. I really like that.

This staff is always nice at this location. This location is always clean. They always have a great selection of items to pick from. There is never a long wait and the store is very clean. I would go to this one regardless there is not a drive thru available at this location.

Love this place. They have hot food and it has always been excellent. Try the breakfast wrap. And you get a free 16 oz coffee when you get a hot sandwich or burrito at least I did yesterday and today. The staff is always friendly.

They are not stopping anyone from coming in without a mask.

Walk in to a line and a lady named Sasha is staring at her phone instead of helping anyone. Giggles and asked her co-worker to look at her phone. Shows it to him then asked how she can help me.She looks away and put out here hand. Never looked at me. I waited and when she finally looked at me I asked for a can of dip.She gave me the wrong can. I realized this after taking about 10 steps out the door and opening my can.Walked back in and she made up a store policy that states she cant do anything about it. But offered I buy a new can. Asked for the manager. She gave me a smirk and pointed at herself while saying its me.What a worthless employee. I really enjoyed the arbitrary store policy of once you walk out the store they cant correct their problem.

Very convenient, If someone would ask where should. I get gas id say on cue. Very clean. I say this a lot but it is the fanciest gas station ive ever seen!

Employee was extremely rude. Charged full price for an empty cup that every other oncue charges 30 cents for. Would go to any other oncue to skip this one.

My boyfriend and i came to this once, and the attendant named Sasha was real rude and standoffish towards us. This happened around 8:05 pm. Would not recommend this store to anyone .

The woman working in the mornings is incredibly rude and lacking when it comes to common curtesy or customer service. When asking for help to another employee she was intruding and making very hateful faces as if I were the worst person to ever walk through the door. I was very patient, understanding, and doing my best to keep calm and yet she was very sarcastic and hateful still when she spoke with me. So much so that the employee standing next to her was laughing and mocking the things that were said. It was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation and I am very disgusted that someone like that even has a position in customer service. If you do not like people then get a job where you dont work with people. Its really very simple. Most definitely not the way to get people to want to come back into the establishment. She made me feel very embarrassed and unwelcome.

The staff are very friendly and attentive to their customers. They have 100% gas, 10% ethenol gas, and diesel. The store has severl drink options, grill items (hot dogs and fried foods), frozen yogurt, several varieties of coffee, and a whole host of other snack foods and packages drinks. The bathrooms at this chain of gas stations are the cleanest in the Oklahoma City Metro. I would rate this location a solid 5 stars,

This is a great quick shop. You can get your drinks and your munchies and fill up with gas and be on your way in just a few minutes.

Shity mfs dont ever but smokes fr on here and if you must CHECK to make sure they ar e what you asked for.. they give u the wrong ones and refuse to replace them
