All of these pawn shops suck in Oklahoma you are better off selling online items is the way of the future not a ghetto pawn place to rip you off. I will no longer support any rip off pawn shops. Buy online sell online betters deals without the greedy pawn monster thanks.

We have made several purchases from this pawn shop. I can always count on friendly service and decent prices. I appreciate the fact the owner is continuing to honor the mask mandate. It shows he has compassion for the store patrons and his employees health.

Terrible customer service. Was treated like a thief my first time there. Was denied the opportunity to sell my laptop due to low charge. Went home to charge and returned to be told “I need a charger” absolutely terrible and I’m extremely offended. If you are black or any minority, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESSUPDATE: lying on google reviews in response to a review is just ridiculous and pitiful. Get some help lol seriously. As for customers, don’t waste your time here.

Very helpful with information and you cant help but think pawn shops can have very interesting things but even more so are the people who work them who have to deal with low lifes that come in off the streets. I dont have to say the to guys that work it most the time really know how to keep there cool when the crappiest customer are not so nice Or impatient. .

So I stopped in today looking for a leaf blower. Employees were standing outside smoking. Walked inside when I got out of my truck. As I walked in the door they asked if I had a mask. Told them I am extremely claustrophobic and have been vaccinated in the nicest way possible. Guy in the store tells we dont care owners rules. Told him I am a vet and why I am extremely claustrophobic. Again he said dont care owners rules. By this time I am upset told him there is no longer a mandatory mask mandate in midwest city. Guy calls own walks in back comes back out says I can help you outside. Told him what I was looking for said he didnt have any leaf blowers when I was staring at 2. As I was leaving the parking lot 2 young ladies were walking up I was in the middle of telling them that they had a mask rule when the same guy runs out the door yelling ones again at me and reaching for something in his pocket the hole time.

Drove by this store several times before actually stopping in. I’m so glad I did, I was able to grab a few Dewalt cordless tools I was lacking and was able to get them at a great price. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in to see what they have, the staff is very friendly.

We like going to look for video games. There is almost always something one of us will play and its almost always cheaper than gamestop and the like.I cant really speak to any pricing on the selling side of it, but our transactions and transactions weve witnessed while in store have always been pleasant.

I recently visited and tried to pawn or sale a Nintendo switch with quite a few other accessories and was offered only 150, well the good thing about this visit is the blonde haired gentleman came outside and offered me the 200 I wanted in the first place he said to just meet him outside the store later today and he would give me what I wanted. So I give it 4 stars due to that cuz I was technically offered what I wanted from the worker himself.

I hate to give negative reviews or point out a certain individual. In this case I feel as if it is needed. I have been extremely disappointed with the service of the floor manager. Three of my last five visits with the( manager on duty ) have been less than satisfying. Did not greet me with any acknowledgment . Instead had more attention to a cell phone. Took enough time to look up and tell me that hes not interested in what Im selling. Before even looking any of my articles up on two separate occasions.Concerned customerJesse Edge

Be careful what you buy here. There is no refund polocy. Bought a ps 4 here( that an emplyee let go of)during the pandemic. It Worked in the store w the controller that came w it. Controller didnt completely work so bought a new controller now my son has a ps 4 he cant even play and Im out about 250. He did get about 4 days use out of it.Awesome customer service Big K.Lesson learned the hard way.

Not sure how this pawn shop is still in business to be honest. Would not recommend. Brought in a very nice and expensive telescope as well as a few other items and they offered peanuts. My ex also brought in a $1000 computer she wanted to sell and they offered her about $200. Ridiculous. Dont really like their location either. Kept looking over my shoulder to make sure I wasnt about to get mugged.Go somewhere else for your pawn shop needs.

BEWARE! DISHONEST! Thats what these people are. The kid working lied and told me that my diamond was fake. They have this little song and dance that they do when caught lying about the stone where he tells his coworker that the tester is broken and they need a new one. I was offered $75 for a half karat diamond white gold ring. I left insulted and with a new gouge in my ring where he tested to check that it was real gold. Yes Sir, it is real. Not everybody is as dishonest as you.

Pawned my gun went today to pick it up 1st off the employees do not know how to handle a gun theyre grabbing it by the barrel with their hands I noticed there was surface rust all over it so when they stored it after touching and they did not wipe it down then when he brought it out to me he drops it on the ground very unprofessional extremely dirty and run down place I suggest not doing business with them

Just a negative experience, friendly when first walking in. Then the how can I help you. So yes Ill take you up on that offer, can we change the channel on the monitor so I could see the right side LCD area. No batteries in the remote, and the response was no AAAs. Oh well. No 3 dollar batteries, so no 100 dollar monitor being sold or bought. Understand the hiccup, but attitude because I am checking a item out before purchasing and the reluctance to help.Yes i said Ill be back, I even thought about buying big k batteries. But no thanks, found the same monitor at a different store, 20 bucks more, but Id rather pay extra to be treated like a customer.

I bring my laptop in to pawn ever so often, its an older version and they give me 40 every time .. no complaints so far

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Went looking at TVs and the chick walked off talking all kinds of crap because I didnt have a specific brand I was looking for nor willing to pay 239 for a TV that brand new is 236 at walmart without dents and scratches. I will never go back its no wonder I was the only customer and the pawn shop just down the street was packed. Had I not had my children with me I would have had to tell them about themselves
