Went in looking for a new washer staff was very knowledgeable about the products. They where generally focused on my needs and recommended what would work best for me, not just trying to sell the most expensive product. I definitely recommend Sears of Milford for all your appliance and outdoor needs.
Very poor customer service. I dropped a mower off for warranty work. After 2 months they called and charged me for parts the thing didnt even need. No one called prior to the work being performed to authorize it. I expressed to the individual with whom I dropped the mower off that I had removed the blade prior to bringing it in. They then charged me 20 something dollars for a blade. When they called they told me that they had put one on, and I reiterated that I had told the person I dropped it off with that I have a blade at home for it so I didnt need one. I asked if they could remove the blade as I did not want nor need one for it, and was told too bad its already on it. I paid 43 dollars, over half of which was for a blade I have at home. This is why most of the Sears are going out of business.
Was able to complete the warranty purchase of our replacement stove quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant sales person.
Easy purchase...friendly service. Disappointed with NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. Appliance was delivered. Service center was called back to report appliance was not working. It was removed...and delivery was rescheduled for a WEEK later. Meanwhile no refrigerator. Totally unacceptable.

$550 for a warranty is outrageous. Stand behind your products. Best Buy has the same warranty on refrigerators for 300 bucks less.
Tried to purchase an Weedwacker from this store. The employee at the register lied to me and told me that Sears no longer has the Shop You Way Rewards program. After showing her a paper with proof of the reward points, she reluctantly looked up the account and correctly redeemed my points. I will not be shopping at this location again.
