This store is massive. I visited here today and was blown away. I’m guessing the only thing that you can’t buy here is groceries. I fell in love with their bed and beddings. The workers are very nice and helpful too. I’ll certainly visit again soon.

Sad to sears doing so little business. This is a great store. Staff was very helpful. I came in to get a tool replaced. Staff showed me where to find the replacement tool. After that I needed parts for a older craftsman mower. Staff helped me find all the part and they were all the correct part that fit when I got home. Many store just sell u parts and you make 3 or 4 trips before it is correct part. They did great job

The selection of items were pretty good, a bit pricey at times, but overall I liked the things I purchased. Its unfortunate that this location had to close, as many others stores in the mall are also closing for good!

I went to get my car serviced 4/10 and Gustavo was so professional and courteous I came back to to get my second car service. I was very impressed. I have done business at this location before and the service that I received was so poor, but I found out the manager was no longer there and so I came back. Gustavo is definitely an asset to sears. Dear you have a gem.

Not only have their stores stopped carrying as large a selection, there is virtually no help there. I wandered the home and garden area for 20 minutes without seeing anyone, not even another customer. I guess the days of being able to find anything here are gone.

Very well-stocked Sears. Good selection of Lands End as well as various Sears brands of clothing, like Toughskins and Roebucks, for the whole family. Nearly every Craftsman tool and piece of Equipment you can imagine. Nice variety and good sales on appliances and mattresses. Sales associate we spoke to was very nice.

Closing store, not much to expect. Discounts everywhere but the store has already been left in disarray. If youre a bargain hunter, go for it. If you need specific stuff, Boscov and Macys are better bets.

Very sad seeing such a retail giant powerhouse withering on the vine. Cant believe that there wont be a Sears anywhere near the greater New Haven area. I feel very bad for the employees and suppliers. Sears board of directors should have fired the ceo years ago. All he did was cut advertising and close stores.

I called practically every department and not even one person picked up. Wow must be a very busy store for no one to pick up. Lucky gets 1 star

Went for a job interview that was set up last night only to be informed once I got there the position was filled last night certainly not a company I would want to work for

Went to the location with my mother on Saturday she was looking to purchase a dryer. We were approached by Joe, a heavy set salesman. He first tried to talk her out of her first choice by constantly mentioning that it was a clearance item and she would receive the actual floor model (she didnt care - there were no dents or scratches). We then moved on to the next dryer since he wasnt interested in selling us her original choice. I did not like his tone whatsoever, he was very condescending and kept trying to add items that she was not interested in. I encouraged my mom to walk out and we went to Home Depot in Stratford. They had the same dryer for $40 less, delivery was free, removal of the old dryer was $10 less than Sears and the additional items were less expensive as well. We will probably shop at Sears in the future but we will NEVER do business with JOE.

Sears is closing in Milford,CT. Guess sales have been going on since Oct. Clothing and jewelry are 70% off. The fixtures are being sold. So hurry in to pickup what you can.

Warning !! Sears Auto Milford should not exist. They are the worst by all standards. I met Gustavo, had a great conversation, appreciated him for his good reviews and handed over my car for alignment. Gustavo ensured that he will himself take care of my car. First of all i had appointment on Friday which they requested me to move to Monday because their machine was broken. I went on Monday as per my scheduled appointment and was kept waiting for 1.15 hours. I got bored and i went on for a walk into the nearby mall. I returned after a while and 2.5 hours had already elapsed. I saw my car outside and thought the work was done. But i was shocked, Gustavo had run away home - my car was left unattended and was not even worked upon. I raised my concern with the other guy in the store and he called the mechanic and asked to balance my front two tyres. This idiot had no idea what Gustavo wrote on the job card and i had already mentioned that i have done the balancing and i need the alignment. After a while the mechanic came back and said that they cant identify whats wrong with my car and asked me to take to dealership. Waste of 3 hours.

I am going to miss this store. It was a staple to my generation and my parents.

Worst store ever!! They forgot to remove the security tags 3 times! Today I reminded them before I left the store and STILL had a tag when I got home. I had to run immediately back to the store, since my son needed the coat for a field trip the next day. I called the manager, and he hung up on me! Never shopping there again. I hope Lands End chooses a new retailer to work with.

Had an ok expirence at the sears store. Their products are slightly overpriced and my experience with the sears auto center was absolutely terrible. The mechanics made a bunch of sloppy mistakes. To several different customers. I feel that alot of different products there are over priced for what they are worth. The only reason why I had gone back to the store was due to the extreme sales going on because the store is going to close January 6th.

Its very sad that Sears is closing its door in milford! Waterford and Meriden are also closing Kmart in milford closed Sears in enfield and waterbury closed! however Milfords sears is closing due to the company filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy and will close 142 stores Sears auto center in waterbury and enfield are still open! Sears and sears auto center closed in west hartford! Sad to see it go!

Do NOT buy appliances or a bed from here. The current delivery crew that they are using will cancel, reschedule, show up unannounced, not set up items, more like refuse to set up items, and will just leave them in living room. Customer service will transfer you to delivery department and delivery department will transfer you back to customer service.

I heard from an employee the store is going to be liquidated very soon. Employees are still very helpful and friendly.

Bought an over the counter microwave. Easy ordering process. Then I needed help with installation. That was basically a disaster. First the person at the store gives me a number to contact the installers. The number is wrong. I call back and she says I just returned after 3 months, thats the number on the system. Ill call you back with the right number. Poof. No call back. Not like I was expecting one. Tried the store for the next 4 days. No one ever picks up the phone. Finally get the manager on the line, who transfers me to the agent in the floor. He puts me on a 15 min hold. I have no more patience left. The microwave is getting returned.

Was buying an oven. Was told I was a penny off for free delivery. Salesman then showed me a product review and said ignore the 1 star ones. I walked out and got an oven that was $200 dollars more but because of the price of Sears fees it was only $30 dollars more.
