Today was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Even though the store was very busy, AJ was so helpful connecting me with the knowledgeable and friendly Jimmy. They made the purchase of my laptop and iPad easy. Not only did they provide me all the items I needed, they also made sure I had the things I did not think of. Jimmy went the extra mile to provide quality customer service helping me with my rebate. Even though everyone was very busy, they never rushed and educated me on each item I was interested in purchasing so I know I got the right items. I would highly recommend PC Richards in Milford, CT

I’ve been shopping here for 10 years because the staff in this store are very knowledgeable and would go out of their way to get the service that I need. Both Manny and Justin were great at explaining the difference between all the washer and dryers available. Somehow I left with a mattress also! It’s an A+ but that’s what I expected from this store!

I recently bought a 10k BTU AC from this store. Curbside pick up was great! The unit went on sale a few days later at Best Buy and with a simple call to this store & them verifying the price they immediately refunded the difference to my card. It literally couldnt have been any easier. Talk about hassle free!

The amount of people were pretty safe. Wasnt overwhelming . But not empty either. Shopping for a grill on memorial Day wasnt my best idea but I did it anyway. Person who helped me was very nice. Pretty knowledgeable also. Obviously not enough staff but there never is on a day when its extremely busy. Did not have my grill that I was looking for and it was the cheapest one they had. Other than that it was pretty good experience. Price on the grill was pretty competitive although I did end up getting it for a cheaper price at Lowes.

PC Richard is great! They are the only place to buy appliances as their service is key. Highly recommend buying the extended warranty. Just replaced a wall oven after ten years and received full credit since the could not fix the microwave turntable. Sales rep Justin at their Milford store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our exchange process.
