Great experience so far. Damiens was a great help and didnt try to push anything in the slightest. The store is very nicely laid out, good selection. After they got our kitchen rooms measurements we went in for a consultation and it was relatively easy for Damien to just switch different cabinets in and out on the computer. We also could view it sort of live and in 3D, much like a game. If you want to go even deeper theres even a VR area to view your kitchen in virtual reality. Gonna be a few weeks to see it all done in reality, till then well call it a 5/5 👍

My overall experience was good. I am very happy with my kitchen. The Wren showroom and designers are great and very professional. Lance, Connor, Dave and Stephan are awesome! The counter install time line was slightly longer than expected but in the end all looks great. So much so I recommended my neighbor and she is happy too!

Wish I could say “it was an incredible experience” but it definitely has left a bad taste; to start off you have to be very diligent when doing the planning and very proactively involved (the designers are not necessarily professional designers) although they might have the best intentions they might miss little BIG things that you may have to pay later.When delivery arrives PLEASE do check every box before signing anything (it might sound extreme, but it’s the only way your project goes smoothly).They are NOT perfect and flawless as the claim; items arrived CRUSHED,DIRTY or STAIN and ASSEMBLED THE WRONG WAY COMPLETELY OR EVEN MISSING.You end up with extra cabinets,doors or panels than you don’t need and you’re stock with them because they don’t take them back.Then your ordeal with Customer Service begins, asking for pictures sending the wrong replacements 1 or 2 times and doubting your word; claiming than their upper level it’s in LONDON!!!!and it might not respond quickly.It has been almost 4 months since we started our project and we still missing things and issues had to be corrected by our contractor.Wish I could just cancel everything,a bit late though.we’re out of our kitchen for 2 weeks or now.

We went to Wren Hayes branch to get a quote for our new kitchen. Mr Godfred helped us to design the kitchen and we have decided to pay our deposit as we found Wren better for value and the service we received was amazing which we didnt get it in any other competitors. When we saw our kitchen first time in VR it was an amazing experience. Then in November we have ordered the kitchen and we received it with in 3 weeks. When we got my kitchen my hob was broken so we have reported to customer service and received it back with in a week. Overall Im so happy with Wren.Keep up the good work and we will recommend Wren

Wren Kitchens is such a disappointment, quality is worse than the cheapest kitchen you can get and customer support is awful and basically non existent. We have sent the same images - see attached (plus some more and videos) to Wren about a month ago, we followed up weekly via phone and we were always told (each time we called) that they will have someone call and schedule a quality inspection and fix the issues. Nobody called, nothing was done! A piece of advice, save yourself the aggravation and work with your local kitchen companies. Wren is just a pretty flashy marketing machine that sells overpriced and inferior quality products as well as installation services.

We came in Wren impromptu cause we needed replace just 5 cabinets. All the other places like Home Depot, other shop the cabinets were too pricey and that didn’t even include install. We met Lance and he showed us genuine interest in setting up our 5 cabinets. The entire experience soup to nuts was great with Wren. We love our new cabinets ! We may even consider doing the whole kitchen reno down the road. Strongly recommend Wren.

Buyer beware, your kitchen won’t look like what they’re trying to sell you. Their installers are learning as they go. I have had 6-8 different installers show up and have had to explain to some of them that they’re making mistakes. Ordered our kitchen in May(ordered their “top of the line cabinets”), set installation for June. Still a pile of boxes sitting in my dining room waiting for them to finish our kitchen. Haven’t heard from them in weeks regarding a date when they’ll be back. Have already talked several people out of using their services and all of them have gone with other cabinet companies.Their kitchens are already finished, even though they began renovations months after us. It’s embarrassing when people say to us “wow, your kitchen STILL isn’t done?”. Certainly won’t be using them for our basement kitchen or our rental properties.

Wren Kitchens is an a la cart company which doesn’t mention this anywhere nor in the fine print. Be aware- they don’t do anything themselves other than peddle their showroom and big name appliances. They do not do kitchen installation - you can use their suggested cabinet installers or you can find someone on your own. The installer cannot move or install your new appliances. They are incredibly UNHELPFUL in the way of helping you FIND someone to assemble your new appliances. As an example, I bought a new Jennair fridge- it’s outer door requires someone to put them together and install. NO ONE does such a thing or has heard of such a thing. My husband and I have placed numerous calls to Wren customer service line- no one calls back- I’ve called over and over again. And forget the assistance of the “designer”. I’ll refer to mine as “L” located in Milford, CT. She did nothing but say over and over how gorgeous the finished product was going to be. My husband and I pointed to a set up and said “We want that”. L did nothing but send us rubbish plans multiple times- wrong window measurements, missed appointments, wrong balance due whereby I had to rip up a check because L couldn’t do the math- always “that darn computer”. Alas, I’ve said enough. I wish I had supported small/local. I know Better.

We are delighted with our Wren kitchen. Our designer, Ash, did a great job or translating our ideas into a practical design that met our needs. Our builder did the installation and remarked how easy it was compared to other kitchens he has installed, and that the carcass quality was very high. Wren supplied the kitchen on the date promised, with no missing or damaged parts besides a couple of minor scratches to one door. We were happy with the price we paid as we benefitted from the half-price units offer, and paid around £70 less for the new dishwasher than I could find the same model for anywhere else. We have just enjoyed a lockdown Christmas in our lovely new kitchen, and look forward to many happy years of use from it.Please note: this review relates to Wren Kitchens in the UK, and not in the USA as Google reviews appears to show it.

I have mixed feelings with Wren. On one hand the staff is fantastic. Our salesperson was top notch, always there to answer a call or email, and worked with us every step of the way. Their customer service was amazing and Ive never had such quick responses to issues.The problem is their installation subcontracting. The people that were sent to our home were not knowledgeable, did not care about their work, rushed, and damaged cabinets. Its the reason I know their customer service is so good, we had to constantly call them for help.if they fix the issues with the installation, this is a 5 Star company.

I was impressed with the Milford Connecticut showroom but its a bit of a mirage, because their new factory is just that, its new! they are inexperienced hacks churning out many defective products especially all of our cupboard doors and frames.Whats worse is that their installation fees are high but their installation quality is low. My family and my neighbors family ( bought in Newington CT ) paid a pretty penny for kitchens that we could have gotten for less money (although in a less impressive showroom) and had more respectful and skilled installers put our kitchen into our homes.In the end, we worked real hard (and long) with a UK company trying to make a quick buck in the US and we paid too much for too little.And from I have come to learn, the negative reviews on here are only tip of the iceberg.Shop around. Dont get sucked in by the slick commercials and hype. Get your deposit returned if you left one!

We had a fantastic experience with our designer Jen Frost in the Milford showroom. She completely understood our family needs and helped us visualize our complete kitchen renovation, explaining the full process, working up several different layouts and never complaining about our questions and change requests.The remodel was completed early July and everything went seamless. The delivery of all the components and our appliances was on a Tuesday and the 3rd party installer (Manny) arrived on Wednesday at 7am and did our complete kitchen build in 2 days. His workmanship quality was superb, giving lots of attention to the small details and nice clean joints between sections, and he highlighted small damaged areas on some cabinet doors and panels to me so I could contact Wren and get replacement parts. Wren didnt question the damage and delivered the replacement doors and panels just 2 working days later! and then sent another installer to fit them, who were equally as good.Our cabinet quality is great, I see no peeling sections or areas of damage - the doors feel sturdy and the drawers move well.The countertop measure took place just 3 days after our cabinets were installed, and the installers (Surfaces) came 12 days later with our quartz surface that was installed perfectly and exactly as we expected.My experience has been superb. I took care of the existing kitchen demolition, electrical, plumbing and flooring myself, and Wren did the cabinets and countertop install. It all worked out great. Id post pictures, but were not finished with backsplash tile yet so its not totally ready.I loved the way they took responsibility for the measure of our existing kitchen to make sure everything would fit, had great visualization tools to help us see our kitchen before we started, and also that they left nothing to chance - the kit of all the parts they shipped to our house had a lot of pieces and they were all used, which tells me they knew exactly what they were doing.(The only small thing I was not ready for was the amount of cardboard and wood offcuts I would have to dispose of. We paid for the install, and it did say the customer is responsible for disposal of the packaging - but there was a lot! Really not a big deal for me, just my time to get rid of it all.)

An excellent service from start to finish. We had a great kitchen designer who listened to what we asked for. If we had questions they were responded to really quickly. Any queries that couldnt be answered were passed up the chain and I felt reassured and valued by Wren throughout the process. Great showroom and range of products (although I would have liked a better range of handles and worktops!!) Time was never an issues - thank you.

They are quick to do the plans and they make sure they get that deposit. I received my delivery in April. I was missing a corner cabinet, some molding and handles. Then they send the missing items plus other items not requested. Waited about 2 weeks maybe longer because we had to call Customer Service to see when the work was going to be completed. The cabinets are cheap formica. They have a lot of scratches and they are already peeling. The cabinets are small. Then after the cabinets were in place we had to call again to have the counters put on. That was about another 2 weeks. This whole time I have no water in the kitchen because the plumbing cant be connected until counters are done. My livingroom and spare bedroom are a mess with extra junk that they send and cant be used. We send pictures of the issues we are having and we are sent parts. We have more wrong than right. It is now June and the kitchen is still not done. I was better off going to Lowes or Home Depot ordering my cabinets and putting them up myself. So now we are stuck with a lousy kitchen and a large expense. They have a lifetime warranty because what they sell is garbage. So now I will have to deal with them for the lifetime of these cabinets. Dont let the showroom fool you.

I had a new kitchen fitted at the end of October, from the initial meeting to discuss what I wanted I was supported all the way, the designer took me through the stages, showed me what was on offer and helped me select the right kitchen. The installer was brilliant, he came to check measurements before the installation was due to start, it took 5 days to install my new kitchen, the work done was second to none. All those involved in this journey of mine, were supportive, professional, they were covid perfect, took my needs into consideration at all time, I would and have recommended Wren Kitchens to family and friends

What can I say, from the minute we had our design appointment in the Chester branch to the completion Wren provided a stress free experience which has left me with a kitchen I love. The installer I was allocated was amazing, he took total control of our renovation and left use with a perfect kitchen fitted to the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble. I could not be happier with my new kitchen. The initial contact and design was carried out over the internet during a 2 hour session. They took the time to find out what I wanted and incorporated everything I wanted into the design, whilst providing suggestions on improving upon the ideas I had in mind. It was all very efficient and the sales designer was very helpful and friendly without being pushy!The fitters were extremely efficient (completing the removal of the old kitchen and installation of the new one within a week). Everything was completely tidy when they left and it looks better than I expected! They did a great job!

Wren Kitchens provided us with a professional friendly service right from day one. From first visiting the showroom to the kitchen being fitted months later, the process was easy. The showroom kitchen designers were extremely professional and despite COVID made our visit comfortable. When small issues arose Wren were on hand to sort it out immediately. The app was also extremely useful to track the progress of the kitchen journey. The Wren kitchen fitters were professional and proactive making sure that everything was fitted to perfection and that any issues were resolved immediately, in my experience they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend using Wren Kitchens.

This was by far the WORST experience ever !!! The quality of product is TERRIBLE we already have a side panel that the material is peeling off and we haven’t even had this kitchen for a year ! It’s an absolute rip off company ! They will take your money and leave you dry without follow up or anything !!! We have been reaching out for months already to get our lazy Susan installed the correct way and still NOTHING, NO RESPONSE ! Highly disappointed with these people !! Actually a friend of mine placed a deposit with them not to long ago and I told her to get her money and NOT go with this company !!! That’s exactly what she did was get her deposit back !!! When they designed my kitchen the pic shows the crown molding to the ceiling and when it was installed it’s no where near my ceiling. Then customer service rep NICOLE ( which is terrible ) had the nerve to tell me that’s how it will be and I would have to pay more to raise it to the ceiling !!! This is all a mess !!! Think hard before coming here !!! Such a disappointment !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The cabinets came and they were ALL damaged. Every single one. Some were broken in half and other were missing pieces. They have no service department that comes out. You have to do this over the phone and it takes FOREVER. Horrible!

I am in the process of working with Wren to remodel my kitchen. So far it has gone extremely well. I worked with Elizabeth on the design for a couple of hours and also scheduled the professional measurement to make sure everything is right. They were extremely professional and helpful with answering all of the questions and I think the VR of your plans are one of the coolest features. You can actually walk through your design, open cabinets, appliances and more. I cant wait to finalize everything and have my kitchen complete.

Absolutely delighted with our kitchen from Wren. Their sales staff do have a hard sell technique but its also easy when they are selling top quality product.The one thing everyone warned me about was to ensure the inner carcus and back board of the kitchen units were solid and with wren they were. Nothing flimsy and all top quality.I had issues with 2 items which wren dispatched replacements free of charge within a couple of days despite the delays with the pandemic.

We thought this would be a good deal but so far it has been a bit frustrating. Their colors and “levels” are SO unnecessary and just a way to charge more for nonsense. Sales person was ok not always the most responsive and completely MIA after we ordered. We spent WAY too many hours in the store basically designing every single little detail for a very basic kitchen. A lot of things were snuck into our order that I didn’t ask for. Their “compliance” process and having to come back and remeasure (we didn’t move any walls) is incredibly annoying and kept delaying everything because every little change needed to be reviewed by someone in the UK - wth??? Kitchen arrived but the template took an additional 2 weeks to arrive (even though our sales person said we wouldn’t even get one). Got the kitchen installed and the fall out was one broken handle, 2 missing panels, the fridge panels only come in one size and don’t accommodate a standard depth fridge, the lazy susan thing is not as cool as it looks in the store and will probably break soon, the sides of the cabinets are the wrong color (they’re grey I ordered white cabinets) and the cherry on top is that the foot kick is held in place by a visible cheap piece of plastic 🙄 and on top of all this magic we have to wait 2 weeks for the counter guy to come and measure and then another 2-3 weeks to get the counter. Would have probably made more sense to spend a little more and go somewhere else.Editing this post to say that the people who delivered our counter tops dropped the counter on my brand new floor and I have a gash on my top step and they did nothing to fix it so that’s awesome

No issues whatsoever....the designer Shima was brilliant and handled all my constant changes ( I can be indecisive) she designed my kitchen exactly how i wanted it virtually as we were in the start of lock down. I got sent pictures and different images to choose from. All my appliances were price matched too so that ensures I got the best deal. Everyone compliments my kitchen and after getting designs and quotes from 5 other places, Im glad u stuck with Wren.

I had a new kitchen from Wren Kitchens. It is a really good quality kitchen. I am very pleased with it and the service I received.

We decided to go with Wren when we needed a new kitchen because we had heard some good things about them. We were extremely happy with the customer service, attention to detail, price and quality of our kitchen from Wren and would highly recommend to anyone!

If you are into European styling, it isnt too bad. Probably ok for a lower budget, rental, remodel. A little basic for our tastes.

Overall the experience was good. There were a few uneven points that mostly worked out fine.The biggest pros:1. The cabinets are sturdy and all went together well.2. The multi-direction adjustments on the doors make it easy to line them up.3. The adjustable legs on the cabinets made install and lining everything up easy throughout the process.4. The financing (at 0%) was great because it freed up resources for the rest of the project.5. The in-store team at Wren is super nice and the process there is new and different. The customer service team was responsive to any issues.The biggest cons (or suggestions):1. Once you receive any ordered items, they won’t take it back. Whether you need it or not, whether it’s unopened or not.2. The crown molding is super plain. We ordered a fancier crown molding and had our contractor use that instead. Our Wren cabinets look so much better without their own crown molding.3. The light rails are way too thick. We bought them, but ended up cutting them in half because they’re way thicker than they need to be for today’s thin LED undercabinet lights.4. Use your own installer. It’s easy to work with Wren cabinets, and our contractor was able to make many customizations and work with non-Wren materials like crown molding.5 The countertop options at Wren are mostly not compelling. Some of the options they offer, like the butcher block, look great. We ended up using a thicker natural stone countertop that we got from a separate place.

Amazing service because they were dealing with a very eccentric old lady who couldn’t make up her mind and despite changing the colour of the kitchen units and unit positions we finally came to an agreement about the design of my dream kitchen.

Aly, my designer, has been very helpful and patient with me and all of my indecisiveness. The showroom in Milford is beautiful and I cannot wait for January when my installation begins!

Although we did not end up buying from here there are a number of reasonable priced options and the salespeople are not overly pushy.The only downfall is you cannot buy a separate countertop only. Must buy cabinets with wren to get a countertop too. However if you buy one set of cabinets you can get a countertop for a separate area (i.e. an island or breakfast nook). Which doesnt make sense to me...

Very happy with my Wrens kitchen . Design, dDelivery and aftersales support was 1st class . Only had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed quickly and without fuss. I would absolutely recommend wrens and would use them again in the future

Nice showroom but the alot of the cabinets are European style, something along the lines of IKEA, but nicer.

I was looking for a new kitchen for a while and I found that at wren I got the kitchen Ive always wanted and at a great price the staff was friendly and helpful the kitchen arrived on time and was very organized with a kitchen plan and the boxes was numbered to show where everything went in its place and the end result was worth every penny great quality Im so happy with my kitchen its just amazing how a new kitchen can transform your old kitchen highly recommend wren
