Efficient, clean, (even cleaned behind my dryer), let me know when arriving, priced right. I previously used another vendor who broke my lint trap (and cost quite a bit to replace) shoving a hose down the lint filter space. This tech said they don’t do that and instead, pulled the dryer away from the wall and actually cleaned the vent hose (as well as cleaning from the outside vent). They know what they are doing - the other company I used did not. Glad to have a good vendor.

This was the first time I needed to have the vent cleaned. The service tech notified when he was on his way. He was extremely professional, cleaned out the roof vent which had some construction debris, replaced the connection from the dryer to the wall. This is the second time that I had Delaware Dryer Vents come out to clean my dryer vents. They are efficient and really do a great job of cleaning the vents. Before them, I had my vents cleaned twice and it appeared that nothing much was in the vents. When Delaware Dryer comes out, you know your vents are being cleaned because of the amount of lint that comes out when they clean. I do clean my dryer filters every time I use my dryer and I am amazed at the amount of lint that still is in the vents. The first time they came out, they did change the pipe in the back of my dryer to make it easier for them to clean - as I recall, they did not charge for this. The second time, since the pipe was already installed they just had to clean the vents. I highly recommend them.

Our tech Cyle installed a magnetic vent and straight pipe to vent our dryer. The original was the flex pipe and it would stretch and collect way too much lint - fire hazard. Nicely done. So happy.

DE Dryer Vent came out quickly and took care of our crumbling plastic vent covers. I feel confident their solution will do the trip. Thank you! Very nice technicians came out to our house. It improved the outside look as well and make sure no birds nest in them.

The existing foil dryer vent ducts where replaced by a solid metal duct with flexible metal fittings to connect the duct to the dryer and to the outside vent. The job was finished in about 1.5 hours. The installer personnel were pleasant to deal with, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up behind the dryer. I am quite satisfied with the results of their work.

Working with Delaware Dryer Vents was very easy, and their service was thorough and professional. Once I scheduled our service date, they sent helpful confirmations and reminders. The cleaner showed up on time and went about his work neatly and efficiently. Included with the service was replacement of the flexible tubing that connects the dryer to the vent opening in the wall. Very professional from the go. They came to clean the dryer vent in a house we recently purchased. Unfortunately they couldn’t do the job because the vent material inside the wall was the old white plastic material that would be destroyed by their equipment. Having seen this in these houses they explained what they would have to do worse case but until they cut a few holes they couldn’t know for sure. They sent me an estimate and we scheduled the service. We were scheduled for an 8 hour job and once again from the very beginning very professional. They explained again what the plan was and they started in an outside storage area by cutting a access hole. They discovered that it wasn’t going to be the worse case and began working. Instead of being an 8 hour job it turned into a 4 hour job which resulted in half the estimated cost.If you want a professional dryer vent cleaning company who are honest this is the company. I’m a customer for life.

My dryer was blocked.
