Great Costumer service and Price! I highly recommend. They have been taking care of my parents cars and now are taking care of mines as well. Since they speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, my parents always felt if they were home and ended up making Santos part of our family.

Driver didnt even bother looking both ways when entering two lanes of traffic. I wouldnt want to be the owner of the vehicle he was towing since he had no regard for traffic.

We met the most amazing and professional gentleman tonight who took the time to be exceptionally kind to my kids-explaining everything about loading our car up. Love meeting people like him, and you guys should be proud he works for you.

Absolutely horrible I live in an apartment complex pay $1725 a month for rent and last Monday night the night before the holiday some tool decided he had the right to tow my car from my parking spot for parking a little over some insignificant white line because the car next to me was too close to me I had to pay $150 to drop the car it only had the chain hooked up to it and he told me I was going to be towed because I was trespassing hahaha I was parked a little over a white line not a yellow line you retard. They have not heard the last of me I am a single mother of four i take care of my disabled father who lives with us and is a veteran and this tool wanted to be tow him on independence day and he is a predator hes rude I cannot believe how these people conduct business its disgraceful

Great battery replacement service. Arrived on time, was extremely efficient and courteous.

Our vehicle was stuck in a tough spot. The 1st company called, Arts Towing arrived and realized that they needed a different truck. They left and we soon discovered from AAA that Arts declined service. AAA then called Santos Garage. Mike P arrived and accepted the challenge of getting our stuck vehicle on to his truck. He easily loaded our car without causing any further damage. Where Arts failed. Santos saved the day! Thanks Mike P for your help and for the ride home.

These people were an absolute life saver, so professional and helpful. We had an accident on 2 degree night. All other tow companies wouldnt tow our car because it was too cold and too busy. Santos came from Milford to Framingham to help us. The dispatcher was helpful and the driver was on things and efficient.

I would recommend SANTOS GARAGE to everyone I know because they are very professional and have excellent service and experience.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. These guys are thieves, took my truck multiple times for the same problem. The first time using them and they charged me $5,000.00 and i asked for a warranty. Not even a week later my truck was having the same problem once again I went to them and they said they were going to check my truck and fix the problem. After seeing that my truck continued with the problem, I decided to get it checked out else where. Come to find out that everything they said was going to changed was never changed at all. The mechanic I took my truck to even made a video and took pictures to show me that the injectors to my truck we’re st the original injector and apparently all santos garage did was clean them and put them back in. They took my money as if everything they did was with new parts.

Their towing service came to my rescue and pulled my BMW out of flooded st today, and brought me and my car to the dealership for service. Really appreciate it!

I had to call in for a battery charge twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times Santos Garage came and they arrived within 1 hour and were very professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend them.

The only reason his even getting 1 star is because i have to tap on 1 star to leave a comment . Watch out for these guys, they r not honest, they will rip u off when they see the opportunity .
