Looking for a body shop is always a hard task, but J & M were absolutely amazing. They took care of the car and helped with insurance saying, not to worry if the work was over the amount; they would talk to our agency. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and our car looks BEAUTIFUL. They even detailed it after. It’s so nice to have a local body shop that is reliable and kind.

I brought my car to J&M after an accident. You would never know that my car had any damage to it after these repairs. The paint matches absolutely perfectly and they cleaned my car inside and out before I came to pick it up. The care and compassion they put into my car but me as a customer. As a female, Ive endured several mechanics and car dealers who speak to my husband more than me when dealing with my car. That was never the case here! I had such a wonderful experience with this family owned body shop. They restored my fathers 66 Mustang and did an amazing job. I was able to see the progress during each step and the crew made sure that I was aware of anything they noticed during the process so I can decide what to fix or leave be. Every visit was great and the team was very friendly and helpful. Now I have a wonderful reminder of my father that I can cherish and pass down to my children. This car means a lot to me and I cant thank JM enough for the care and quality of work they have done.

I am not one to sit and write reviews about an institution unless the experience is way over the top or down right awful. This place was AWESOME!!!. I’ve wrecked a few cars and this was a first time experience. This auto body shop might be one of the best car repair, detail, customer service acquainted company’s I have ever had the privilege to deal with, in the 26 years I’ve owned a car. Joe in the front is phenomenal!! I can’t emphasize it enough. You know when someone, just gets it? Well Joe gets its. He can see what ur thinking before you can open ur mouth.Do you know when you’re a loss for words and you don’t know where to turn when you’re in a crummy situation like wrecking your car? This place made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt dealing with a company in my life. Everything they promised was granted and some. I picked my car up in pristine, May I repeat, pristine condition. My car was detailed inside and out, polished, and most importantly repaired to the best quality that could be given. I end it there. Hands-down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. And I am a critic when I spend $$. So be surprised that I’m even writing this. This place is A plus. Believe the reviews, Joe and J&M are the real-deal, the so hard to find honest auto body shop that does amazing work. Quoted a price that at another place sounded far too high, Joes estimate was thousands less, yet he used OEM parts and resultant flawless repair. When I left the car with his team he said he treats his customers cars like his own, and he really does: He could easily have upcharged for inexpensive Toyota factory parts, but doesnt play that game. Literally gave me back my car in better, cleaner shape than before the accident.You might think Im part of the family given my review; Im not, just a satisfied customer who wants others to experience the same great service and pricing, and for Joe and team to be rewarded for their honest and hard great work with lots of business. Even if you arent near Milford, well worth the drive.

Amazing exeperience. Joe is a lifesaver. He did such a great job on the bumper of my Volvo S 60. The price was excellent and my car was returned to me so quickly! He was also able to repair the damage without putting on a new bumper! My bumper looks brand new! Joe even coordinated a rental car for me from Hertz down the road. I will be going here for all of my car care needs in the future. I would highly recommend J & M Auto Body.

Unfortunately my new bmw crashed and was damaged, the agency charged me too much, they recommended this workshop and since I arrived they treated me in the best way and they told me that without any problem they left it as new and without the need to spend a lot of money . I am so glad I went here - the other reviews were spot on. I had minor door damage to my 2012 GMC Acadia. Not being to a body shop in years and having to pay for this repair out of pocket I was at a loss. So I found J & M based on the great reviews. I met Joe who is a class act and he gave me an estimate and idea of how long it would take (three days). So I picked a day and dropped off the car. I took an Uber ride from the shop to work after dropping off my car and the Uber driver knew Joe and said they do amazing work there - he even guaranteed I would be happy! Well, he was right! The charge was reasonable and the work (more importantly) is excellent. Like Joe had stated it took less than three days to complete. I couldnt be happier. I would recommend highly if you need body repairs to your car or truck.
