TL:DR — you won’t get hustled.My Nissan Leaf sales rep (Guy Bedau) kept me informed every step of my car ordering process. He kept my expectations realistic but also explained that his role was not to just sell but to create a long lasting relationship. I felt very comfortable talking and trusting Guy with my car needs. I have had too many bad car buying experiences that I wanted to just buy online but I am happy to have found Guy.I look forward to buying from him as long as he is willing to stay in the industry. As for the dealership itself, it was a no pressure environment. I’m not sure if it is because the dealerships had more leverage during Covid but the other dealerships I still felt like I was taken advantage of.I know Guy and the dealership’s team at Nissan Milford are rare but I’ll tell everyone to go with them.

I purchased a 2019 Sentra here and every time I bring it in for oil changes they are super friendly and quick. Maybe I’ve just been lucky but the service manager is usually the person I always talk to and I really appreciate him not talking down to me even when I admit I don’t know things about the car. I’m happy with the services they provide and their rates!
Jan and the team at Milford Nissan, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had never purchased a Nissan before, so had some hesitation, but they were able to answer all of my questions and put me in a great car with all the bells and whistles! Financing through the office was straight forward and without any issue, which was nice From the test drive to the pick up, Jan was available to get back to my texts and was able to accommodate my schedule. Before I left the lot, he showed me how to use all of the new gadgets and technology rather than just sending me on my way with no help. Was looking for a new Frontier. 5k over sticker? Limited edition? NO. Only one within 25 miles? NO. know times are hard, but other Nissan dealers are selling at MSRP. Do they really think that if things ever return to normal that people will comeback? Will be purchasing at another dealership.Update. Amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I needed my car serviced and they looked at everything for me and Mike let me know in FULL DETAIL which things needed immediate attention, which things needed attention in the future and which things were fine. He was also very transparent about what the pricing of each thing was going to be. I feel very secure bringing my car here and the staff make me feel taken care of and listened to.

I have never written a review, but my experience with Milford Nissan warrants it. I called about a Certified Used Sentra that was advertised on their own website to confirm that it was still available. I was told it was, and I asked if it had navigation as indicated on the website. They said they would confirm and would call me back. Not hearing back I called again and was told the car did not have navigation, and they again confirmed it was still available. I arrived at the showroom about 1 hour later and was told the car had been sold about 3-4 days ago. But they had a similar model available although it was $3,000 more. If that isnt classic bait & switch I dont know what is. I would never do business with Milford Nissan after this.
Chris was great, he scheduled my minor repair to be done within 4 days of me contacting him. He went over and above what was expected, and my vehicle looks great! I’m so happy and would highly recommend Chris and Milford Nissan Collision Center.

Purchased my first car with this dealership. Overall good car buying experience. Straightforward information and knowledgeable, pleasant staff. Only issue was with getting my new insurance to go through but that was due to the insurance company not having their act together. Once that was taken care of I was able to happily drive away in my new (to me) 2019 RAV4. Glad I was able to find this car here.

I had a great experience to start. Picked a up a 3 year old Nissan Certified LEAF on Tuesday evening.Jan was great!!! Sadly this morning a warning light came on and it won’t drive. At all. Fully charged. The dealership said have it towed back, which I did immediately. we’ve called multiple times today and only been able to leave messages. Having had the car for less than 4 days, put only a few miles on it and feeling ghosted by the dealership is a real bummer. I’m looking forward to a positive resolution so I can give the 5 star review I was planning on.
Most of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Jan, was absolutely incredible— I felt heard and understood, and I really felt as though he was genuinely invested in trying to make my purchase happen despite my financial speed bumps. The financial manager James was also a pleasure— again he took my situation seriously and never once made me feel ashamed of my inability to put a lot of money down or when I requested a lower monthly payment that would fit within my budget. The dealership was extremely clean and appeared organized. Though I had my heart set on a couple different vehicles that were not available at Milford Nissan, I am thrilled with my decision to purchase a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, and am immensely grateful for Jan and James whom completely exceeded my expectations.

Had a leak in my sun roof! Took car in minimum of $150 for diagnostic check! I knew it was just clogged drain tubes and it took 15 minutes to clean out but still got charged $150. A disgrace to charge a 72 year old woman that much because I did buy the car there! Maybe will be the last car 🚙 I buy from this dealership! Time for a change of cars and dealerships too! Just one persons opinion! Thanks for listening! ☹️

Bought a beautiful used truck from George. There was a minor issue a few weeks after I took the truck. Milford Nissan took care of it within a few days it was fixed. Very fair dealer they do business the right way.

The Service Dept/David Franco was VERY helpful in getting my car issue diagnosed and parts ordered. When the work was started the next day it was discovered that the part was not needed and just a reconnection in a wire that was lose fixed the problem. A $2100+ bill was brought down to $333 for a tire and servicing. Will definitely take my Infiniti back there as needed.
Took longer than promised for service. Was told 90 mins. At the 2 hour mark car had yet to be taken despite knowing I was waiting for car. Told service time took 4 hours. Have to return once new radio from Nissan is in. Everyone was professional and virtuous, but should have communicated time better.

Getting ready to drive back to FL and needed an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle health check on very short notice. From the first phone call the people and service were top notch. Price was reasonable. And I was in and out in 30-45 minutes.
I had a great first experience with this dealership’s service department. I had called only two hours prior to my appointment to find out if I could be taken for an oil change and tire rotation, and my Service advisor David told me to come on down and was even willing to honor coupons from a sister dealership location! No problem at all he said! David took the time to answer all of my detailed questions about my vehicle that I had, and wanted me to feel confident in my trusting them with the details provided he received from the service report that he even brought out my service technician, Jim, to explain all of findings of the multi-point inspection report and what his observations were about my multi-point inspection. I was delivered a “clean bill of health” on my Rogue within 45 minutes of a service I was told would take about an hour, and I felt that cost, the wait-time, and finished service were all done to complete satisfaction. David and Jim were great!My only critique about my first experience:the design of the service area makes no sense and was VERY confusing as to how to access this department for both the vehicle and the customer upon arrival. The signage and the layout outside make it seem like it’s a drive -up where someone will come out and greet you-this isn’t the case. You have to park and get out of your vehicle and go in the side door of the garage which isn’t marked to clearly. So that was a little confusing. (Just my opinion though). I will be back. 👍

The moment I started the car, the dealer said I should have taken the car out! and he did not stop giving me directions on how to take the car out from the parking lot; stop now, turn the wheel, back up, thats too much.. I have never seen such a bad attitude from a salesperson. And yes I am a woman. Stereotypes anyone? Find them at Milfor Nissan...Of course I am not buying anything from them..I wonder if they treat his daughter the same way at some place else...a little empathy would gain my business.(not to mention I drive for the last 18 years, in 6 different countries with no accident record including Istanbul for 5 years and MassHole for the last 11 years. And he didnt even know how to switch gears in Nissan Leaf...)

The car that I was interested in was waiting for me when I arrived and I received a thorough overview of the vehicle. The buying process was easy and smooth and they even stayed late to get me into my new car that day! I traveled quite a distance to shop at Milford Nissan and I’m glad that I did.

I would definitely recommend the service dept.While there, I inquired about purchasing a vehicle and felt that the sales team was not very motivated to make a sale. I have leased 1, and purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership without any issue in the past and had 2 more vehicles I wished to purchase in the near future. I will look elsewhere now.
I visited Milford Nissan because of a particular Rogue SL they had just gotten added to their inventory. I called Jim there, and he set up an appointment time, I arrived S scheduled and I honestly was surprised at how many customers, or potential customers were there. I was given the keys to the vehicle, and was told “no hurry, see what you think”. The Rogue was in great condition inside and out, and was told that another detailing of the vehicle would take place before any customer buys it, or drives it off the list. The two Jims, sales, and finance were very helpful and both had extensive experience in what best suits the customer, with no pressure put on people to buy. That is entirely left up to the customers, which is the way it should. I did buy the Rogue I was interested in, and would recommend Milford Nissan to friends and family when interested in a new or certified vehicle.

Received above and beyond service from both Jan and Eric. Jan greeted us from outside the store and he was just absolute professional in terms of handling business with us. Jan guided and navigated us with detailed information of the car we were purchasing. Later, Eric helped us with paperwork and he was able to assist us through online platform. Eric took his time and ensured we went through each line item correctly so that both parties are on the same page. I called to schedule an oil change and a tire rotation. Murdock answered the phone promptly and suggested I come right down. Murdock was able to provide the services I requested in a timely manner and had me in and out. He is always very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
Chris was very professional and easygoing the entire process. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and even coordinated the rental once i gave him the reservation number. It took 5 days to get the car back, which is way faster than what these services usually take in my experience. Would definitely recommend this place and Chris is everything you would expect and more in customer service.

Milford Nissan is a truly top notch dealership. I have been looking for a 2021 Titan for a few weeks now. I tried several dealers that were much closer to my house but no one kept their word and that’s a major issue for me. Enter Milford Nissan and their internet salesman Dan Jordan he was not only responsive but a true professional in every way. I stopped by for my appointment and met with Jim Farrell and he also was unreal a true stand up guy who’s been selling cars for 47 years. He had a print out of every conversation Dan and I had and they kept their word unlike other dealers who tried every scum bag move to get me in the door and switch the deal. Then I met a manager named Tony, great guy who complimented my trade in not tell me every issue there is with it. If my trade I was perfect I would keep it, Tony just seemed like I’ve known him 20 years. Onto Jim Wood in finance, another true professional with an easy going humble approach. If I could give Milford 10 stars I would they are that good. I am pleasantly surprised that dealerships like this still exist and people hold honesty as an important aspect of their approach. No scumbag salesman in cheap suits and fake watches here just a bunch of honest car guys who really want your business. I honestly thought those dealers were extinct.

I was under the impression that it will take at least 1-2 hrs but it was done in 45 mins, quick and good knowledgeable mechanics, they know what they doing... not like others who does try an error to fix your car... Decent place, kinda bummed that they didnt run my car though a car wash like the other Nissan dealerships Ive been to. Nice waiting room with snacks and drinks. Nice staff and got my car in the next day. Online schedule/appointments needs to be updated but overall decent place.
An overall great experience! Chris printed out a detailed estimate the same day I stopped in for a quote. Bumper and grille were replaced in a couple days along with an interior detail and exterior car wash. Last minute I asked if he could replace a headlight while the front was off and he had two extra (new ones) in the shop that he threw in for free. Hopefully I won’t have to go back any time soon, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area for body work. Highly recommend!

I felt their pricing was reasonable. Fifi was our sales person and was very helpful. There were a couple of items missing from the vehicle and the dealer was quick to address our concerns. Promises were honored.
We found a used car online that we liked. Many places we contacted added on lots of fees or required financing to get the online price. Milford Nissan had one $599 dealership fee that they told us about up front. We drove there to see the car. It was exactly as described. No hidden fees - no games. They worked with us to remain super covid safe and did much of the transaction outside and over the phone (both Jan and Eric in financing). It was safe and super efficient. They paid attention to all the details and our requests. Very happy with this dealership and transaction. Would recommend.
