I highly recommend United Auto Body! They were able to fit me in and get what I needed done the same day so that I could get my back window replaced the next day. Doug was able to straighten everything out on my back door so that a new back glass could be installed without any leaks or issues! Prices were very reasonable. They are honest, caring and they do awesome work.

Doug is the absolute best! He helped me out by covering my tow and allowing me to pay it back on the final bill. He worked really hard to get me back on the road fast; he knew I needed my vehicle to transport my toddler to all of her therapies. Hes a great guy, does fantastic work, and is more than fair in his pricing. Hes honest about what needs to be done and what could wait. Just a real gem. 10 out of 10 would recommend him and his shop to everyone.

I dont think this will come as news to any locals here in Milford, but Doug runs a great ship. Very fair prices, great work, straight shooting and hes never going to try to sell me something I dont need.They removed a dent in my Avalon after I failed to do it on my own. They even ended up vacuuming my car just because. While I dont often need body work, Dougs shop is at the top of my list if I do.Thanks Doug. I had a fantastic experience at United Auto Body. Everyone there was very friendly and Doug turned the work around in under 24 hours. When I picked my car back up it had been washed, lightly detailed on the inside, and 2 mints had been left on a doily on my dash. These were all small things in and of themselves but they added up to one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. Doug and the lovely folks at United Auto Body are now my go-to shop.

Dougs a great guy and runs an excellent shop

United saved me $1100 fixing a severe door ding that had happened on a windy day. They noticed that while the door was dented in two places, it somehow hadnt broken the paint. They straightened the panel to near perfection! These guys rock!
