Most product are great condition and arrive on time. However they never send tracking info. Items that are marked as in stock are actually not and can take weeks before they are even shipped. The customer service is very responsive and tries to answer all issues, but there are definitely a few minor cracks in the system. All in all I just wish there was more transparency and communication on product availability and arrival times so that I could plan the repairs and or builds accordingly

I appreciate the response from this company I will continue to use them for partsAs of now Im giving giving 1 star because I ordered 432 dollars worth of parts. I paid 29.99 for faster shipping supposed to be here Friday Oct 22. It hasnt shipped. I emailed and added 1 number to my order number accidently. I then responded with correct one and never record a response. Its unacceptable to take money from customers and no hold up your end of the deal.

They have a great inventory but you better hope they dont forget something in your order that you absolutely need. Had that happen to me and it took two days of going back and forward with the representative in order to start the progress for the missing item to be shipped to me. I need to fix my car this weekend. I call them and they tell me my parts are another week out. I know there is a global supply chain issue, but they are dishonest with their shipping times. Ive spent thousands of dollars here and have been loyal to them and recommended FCP to everyone. Will NOT be using them. They are starting to stock less parts and are just drop shipping them instead.

I have had 2 orders. Both had defective parts that I had to return. Their hassle free returns are anything but. I had to pay $12 to send the part back and pay for shipping to get replacement that you have to order from them in order to get refunded. I just ate the second return. They are excessive on shipping charges if below $50. I do like their videos but I will no longer order from them.

I must be dealing with an entirely different company than what I see in these reviews. As far as I can tell there is absolutely no way to track the parts I paid for and when I reach out to customer service, they ghost me. Their website is not very intuitive OR they dont have my stuff, nothing has shipped and there is no tracking number. Which would be even worse. Lack of transparency is a sales killer. We have purchased two Minis for our two oldest kids so I will be needing a good parts resource going forward.

Parts prices are great but DONT use economy shipping. I live 50 miles fore their store in CT. Economy shipping route took the part 175 east, to PA, then 200 miles to some place in MA where it has been sitting for a week. Been a total of 8 days since the part was shipped and I still dont have it or know when it will be delivered. For the same cost the part could have been shipped 1st class mail and I would have had it is 2 or 3 days at most. Ive received parts from Europe in less time. This doesnt do much for customer satisfaction.[edit] In response to the comment by FCP, the order number was R024011822, and I should also add that the tracking number supplied and the tracking link went to the USPS tracking when the part was actually shipped by FedEx. It was necessary to contact FCP to get the correct tracking info.

This is not my first order. Last order was nothing like my previous experience. Every time I selected free shipping I always got the parts couple days later from CT to NY. This time I need to make phone calls and after the 3rd person I spoke with finally a WEEK LATER order was shipped. If I drove there and back I will get it faster sorry but doesnt take 7 day to ship a starter. All these youtubers that are complimenting this company are getting parts for free I payed full price. Finally got the parts open the box and found one of the pcv hose broken in new sealed bag and starter box was messed up too. I send email no response and after I made another phone call things start moving they wanted pictures for investigation and finally they wanted me to drive 30min one way to drop off the box and after they receive the box I will get refunded. They offer replacement but I sad No I wanted my car done before Easter! Then another call and they agree the refund me right away. What a nightmare I will Never buy from this place again . This company needs a lot of improvement especially customer service.

OK, so Ive ordered a few times from FCP Euro, and this time they messed up. I ordered a control arm kit, it took 4 days and then they wrote: sorry we dont have that... Not what I expect, especially since they showed another manufacturers kit as alternative. But heres why this is a 5 star review: I replied hey, thats not cool (I paraphrase) and they are now rush shipping the other option.Great companies distinguish themselves in moments when things dont go as planned. Product came quick! Ask for a signature upon delivery. These are expensive parts.VDO actuators work great!You can do this yourself. Its a common issue for the s65 engine.

This is the 4th shipment that I paid for expedited shipping and the order has not arrived on time, always seems due to some sort of error other than FCP Euro. They are not updating their Shippi g times to reflect accurately Misleading the public to believe they are able to deliver according to expedited shipping times and they are not. This company used to be great with delivery but are Completly dropping the ball with shipping. Ive spoken with numerous employees in which 1 named Andre made a promise to assist with lead times if in advance I provided him with part numbers by email that he could verify if there would be longer than normal wait times. I provided the email, and rather than Andre reaching out, Hayden reached out and provided the same times listed on the website which were clearly inaccurate because they claim to be still waiting on parts to arrive beyond the times listed on the website. They are misleading the Public with their shipping times. do yourself a favor and dont rely on nothing these guys say. so far they are unable to back it up. I made a 28$ order with 6 small pieces. I only recieved 5. I emailed promptly. 12 hours later i got an email asking for pictures of the box after i had already stated there werent any issues with the box. I sent the pictures and never got a response back. If you need your parts on time DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their prices are higher then everywhere else and they hire people can apparently cant count to four with out adult help. Never again will i order from here. You llst a long time customer.

Used to be the best. Super slow lately preparing orders, have been getting wrong parts, and hours are nearly half of what they used to be. Hard to even get through by phone. Turning to be one of the worst suppliers I use for my shop. Worldpac gets me what I order SAME DAY and deliver! These guys took over a week to get transmission fluid? It’s a shame. Ive been on the race track with these guys too, but my business can’t wait 2 weeks for a transmission service, that’s outrageous.

Ordered part for my BMW 335i, got the wrong part, had to pay for the cost of return and then was refused any refund because ONE out of the 5 clips was supposedly broken during transit. The part was 400 bucks. The customer service is not all that helpful, but parts are great when correct.

Every time I have ordered from this company to fix my clients or my cars, the parts are never ever shipped before the delivery date at the checkout even if you pay for better shipping times. Multiple parts have been recieved for the wrong type of vehicle and have had to be sent back which they wanted me to pay to send back the part that was for a different vehicle and not one that I was working on. There is no attention to detail or timeliness with this company. Is the lifetime warranty even worth the headache? In my opinion it is not I would rather pay more from the dealer and get my parts for the correct vehicle when it is promised.

I’m not a first time buyer. But the last experience is the worst that I ever had in my life. So I choose my car at website and it recommend me “right” parts for it, but they do not fit. I purchased rotor brake discs for 158$ (it’s really heavy pieces) And FCP Euro told me(had email conversation with Hayden Lyle, Customer Service Advisor) that I have to pay for shipping 150$ it means that they will get back their new rotors but I will get back only 8$ in my pocket! I feel cheated. It’s not my fault. And they told you about long life warranty...? They cannot even cover shipping return parts which does not fit.Update: after my review they admitted that there was an issue with their website (it offered wrong part saying it 100% match). The company sent me shipping label and I returned parts.

Shane reached out and explained exactly what was going on with overall staff load, and offered to compensate me for the trouble, which I declined as they had already saved me LOTS of money (in the hundreds) compared to competing sellers, for a new, working product.I ordered an alternator from them on 3/25 (Thursday) - the alternator arrived on Monday afternoon with shipping damage - the alternator was mishandled in shipping and likely fell, as the pulley is compressed onto the shaft in such a way where the pulley is touching the alternator case.Unfortunately, I did not notice this defect until I had installed it on the car. The next morning, I contacted the company by phone, spoke with Andrea, and was told that the exchange would be no problem and all she needed was a photo of the alternators pulley to process the exchange with Loss Protection. I provided the photo as well as a detailed description of my process of events, and my VIN for warranty logging and vehicle specific information lookups (this was detailed by Shane in our phone call later.)There was some miscommunication between what I was promised and what I got, but this was rectified when Shane called me and explained what was going on.

This place is just a parts aggregator all orders are filled with 3rd party suppliers. Do not buy anything from here there customer service is a sham there whole website and products are inferior you have been warned. if yo udo decide to order something dont expect a refund or for the order to be corrected if its wrong.

I found these guys after I bought an 01 volvo. That car would not stop breaking down!!! Now I am restoring a 72 vw bus. This bus needs LOTS and LOTS of parts. I have been buying what I can from FCP Euro. Great prices, service, shipping, and a warranty. Why buy somewhere else, I just wish they had more parts for this 46 year old bus :)

In my search for a few replacement parts for my E90 I found FCP Euro. So far I am very impressed.My first order was just a radiator part that. Then I received an email for a Vlog on replacing the windshield seal. Looked fairly easy and again the part came quickly and easy to install.Maintaining some items on this car just became a bit easier thanks to FCP Euro.
