I spoke with Scott during a major crisis in my life. He assured me it’d be ok and it truly was. Getting to know the men at VIN and others I’ve met through osmosis, has been one of the best things that’s happened to me since moving to New Hampshire. I trust them implicitly and won’t let anyone else touch my car, but me.

Respect is a two way road and your road is closed. Lacking understanding doesn’t make your assumptions correct. I wish you luck in the future.

My friend brought her just about brand new car there about a month ago. They tried to add items to repair order that were recently replaced but they werent told ahead of time. They are taking advantage of the local community help center called Share. They help pay for repairs if your in dire straits and one of the main people at this garage are extorting money from them. Im sure it wasnt the 1st time and Im just glad it was caught. They allowed her car battery to die by leaving all 4 door partially open for a few days in a row and then wouldnt assist her in replacing it cause she brought that stuff up. Messed up service if you ask me.

Have never had any issues, they are friendly, professional and never do any unexpected work without contacting me. Schedules are on time and pricing is fair. They explain the work done and give me recommendations for any items that may need attention so I can make good choices. What else can you ask for? Been using for years and will continue.
