I have been servicing with Nissan Milford for some time now but I wanted to highlight an incident earlier this year where I received exceptional service by the service manager Murdoch. Back in July 2019, I had gotten new Front Strut kit installed with Nissan Value advantage parts. However after installation, the ride did not feel the same and it was getting worse. Murdoc helped me swap the parts for OEM for the price difference and handled the service in exceptional manner. I would recommend Milford Nissan for their great service.
Had a great experience with the service department. Took my 2015 Murano in since I had a recall to check out and a few other things. Ever since I bought my car certified pre-owned from Milford Nissan, I have dealt with numerous issues. Although the workers are friendly, there always seems to be a miscommunication error between them when I’ve brought my car in. I also had to argue to get a new battery although the battery was completely dead twice.
