We’re regular customers at PCRS and while Mohammad would always take great care of us, the associate, Larson/Lason (I’m not sure of the spelling) was extremely unprofessional and his customer service skills were horrible. Just because he had to repeat some information he started being passive aggressive, is this the price to pay for a new washer? I think not.

Steve was nice and went into depth with showing us sound systems that fit our budget. A great job by him.
