This store was a pleasure to work with. I bought my second bed from Sleep Number, but was it worth the stress to change an order?We needed to change something on our order. It is a complete nightmare with the customer service department. Understanding the pandemic, but you to have to talk to 3 different ppl to change anything on an order. Even the chat service was no help. The company overall needs to change their business practice when it comes to allowing changes to orders that were placed with a month out delivery date.The customer service experience to change an order was the reason for one less star.

Great and knowledgeable employees who helped educate us on the options while being respectful and courteous throughout the process. Never pushy or ever felt uncomfortable while in store which can be challenging when purchasing furniture. Highly recommend if you are interested in their products to go and check them out here.

Patsy, the sleep number rep, was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience for a big investment in our sleep and comfort.

The lady that helped us was great went through all the steps to find the right bed for what we both needed was very knowledgeable and would highly recommend Patsy

When it was all done we spent about $3,200 but we get an awesome sleep every night. We love the Sleep Number phone app that helps rate the quality of each nights restfull sleep by monitoring your average heart beats and breaths per minute along with your tossing and turning info.

Everyone knows that shopping for a mattress can be confusing. However my first experience with the Sleep Number company was very informative and simple to understand. Pattsi did a great job explaining everything. I was recommended by a friend to purchase a mattress from Sleep Number and I will certainly be doing the same. Thanks again for your friendly and professional help.

Over rated and over priced better buying regular mattress rather than a glorified blow up bed

This place is horrible they don’t mind taking thousands of dollars from you on the initial purchase, while emphatically telling you that you only have 30 days to exchange your pillow from here but come back to do just that but you have to pay for a pillow that 1) is on sale and 2) wasn’t explained to you !I wasn’t truly satisfied to begin with and as of today I suggest you save your money and frustration and go elsewhere
