Trash customer service. Went to buy something and I called multiple times. Not there on arrival. Super disappointing. Never shopping there ever and I spend a lot of money on games. I truly hope they shut this one down. Useless staff

How to you have ps4 controllers on display but dont have them ?? Makes no sense.

I’m very disappointed that today I went to the pre-orders for the PlayStation 5 and the employee allowed a customer cut the line at almost opening time after many of us where waiting for 2 hours. Many of Us brought it up and told him and nothing was done and that kid still got his pre-order. Those are the people You hire that allow that type of unfairness. Great Job!!!

Best Game Stop in all of Connecticut! The people that work here, get to know their customers, what they like and if they are regulars often get to know them by name. Which is a great feeling to walk into a place that welcomes you like they do and are always eager to help.

A pretty small GameStop that has mostly gaming related things like consoles, games, gaming merch and figures. There was also some anime stuff but pretty small in comparison

I came in to pick up a game and the sales excellence displayed by Jared was unparalleled.

Video games aside (which there are plenty of here), theres a lot of cool merchandise you can pick up. From my experience, the merchandise stock changes a lot so you can pick up some nice deals when sales are on.

One of the best Gamestop locations and I would recommend this one along with the Fairfield one!

I take my sons to the one at the Westfield connecticut post mall and they have the best games ever for any game system

Where I get good deals and discounts

Went in to buy a headset for my Xbox one and the guy gave me directions to hook it up insisting it would work. Went home did what he said and there was no jack for controller to go into after I clearly explained which version I had. So I thought the jack might go into another plug that was on the adapter and ended up just breaking that too. To add insult to injury he insisted I take the survey which has nothing to do with his performance but is a bunch of questions to receive bs vouchers. So I have turned to Google to say employee number 415528 William should sell something other then games if he does not know his product. In the real world if you make a mistake you dont get a second chance to correct it. Dont say something will work just to guarantee a sale as well. Dont be so unknowledgable to chase already pissed customer down in the mall to try and give me back a broken piece to the headset thinking I still need it. Know your products ! You just lost a customer and I hope others read this go to a different store if you want better salesman who know their products.

Crew here is great! Cant say the same for gamestop in general, but we all know this by now.....

GameStop was the first stop on my list when I went in there I was already tired looked at the crowd and was overwhelmed and associate in the store mustve read my mind cause he came to me in like a matter of minutes of entering the store and took me to the product I needed gaming headphones gave me info on it even tho I did my research another associate was also friendly let me know about the sakes the customers were friendly helped me find controllers lol ..the cashier was lovely thank you game stop staff and customers I definitely recommend shopping here for whatever you need for your systems ! 😇😇👍🏾😍💭🤔🤔💭🎁🎁🎁🎄🎄🎮🎮💭😇😇👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

All the game stops Ive been are expensive, with poor service and scarce stock. 4 games for $ 20 is a cheat because they are only worth games of 9.99 or less and have none for that amount on the shelves.
