I really came within minutes if cancelling my sprint/t mobile account and walking across the hall to at n t. I have been with them since 2015. All because I couldn’t reset my pin. I had been to multiple stores before coming to this location. Tara and Dariel pretty much tackle the situation as if it was there own. And didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. I really do appreciate them. And as long as I can have them help me with my future…anything…I will stay a ‘happy’ customer. Thanks again!!!

I understand maybe it was busy and they might have been short staff. But at least acknowledge the people whos was waiting there around a half an hour. I wind up walking out and leaving items I intended to purchase. 👎👎👎👎👎

My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for years. I have never come across such a great store along with great associates. Dariel has been so amazing every time my mom and I have a problem we go in and hes right there ready to help. I’d say probably one of the nicest associates I’ve ever come across. I was very impressed and comforted by the customer service I enjoyed from Konrad today. I had to have a new phone activated and he made the process very slick and seamless. After decades with AT&T I made the decision to move to T-Mobiles Magenta 55 Plan. This resulted in an almost $60/per month savings and so far I am very pleased with the service.From my first interaction via phone with Mobile Expert Dariel Ovalle, I knew I was in great hands. Dariel is a huge asset to this location, and a credit to T-Mobile.He was knowledgeable on the plans inside and out and answered all my questions with ease. I observed him managing both in store and waiting customers with professionalism and courtesy - maintaining contact with everyone so they felt seen and valued. This is not an easy task, especially with pandemic protocols in place but Dariel has mastered the art of customer service and his personality and good humor shine through.I hope management at T-Mobile realize how much Dariel Ovalle contributes to the success of this location. Kristopher was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products the deals and how much everything will cost. He was very excited just as I was the receive my new phone and he was actually very nice and understanding about my questions that I created in my head. He definitely was a great sales person and if I do need any other phones or have any other questions or want to upgrade once again then I will definitely will be going back.

I went to T Mobile to purchase a phone for my husband who lost his phone again lol. I was greeted right at the door. Kris asked me how could he help I explained my situation to him and he helped me pick out the right phone for my husband he set the phone up for me before I walked out the store with case and screen protector. I was very satisfied with the service I received and my husband was very happy with his phone. The whole staff is very nice. I highly recommend if you are looking for a phone definitely stop at T Mobile in the Milford Mall! Thanks Kris!

I went into the T-Mobile store to get the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I had an amazing T-Mobile expert assist me and help me get the new phone. He was very professional And had great customer service I recommend anybody who goes to T-Mobile in Milford to ask for Kris he will make sure you are taken care of and will get you the outcome your looking for! I give 10 stars he’s the best T-Mobile expert there!

We were going to leave after we were told there was an hour wait to even enter the store. Then we realized it was because they were limiting capacity and cleaning after each customer. We shopped the mall and were called back when it was our turn. For a company the size of tmobile to care for their customers like this is amazing. I definitely wont be going anywhere else after seeing this. Awesome!

I can not begin to thank Dariel O for his patience and expertise. I have spent the past 2 hours watching him untangle a hot mess of problems that occurred yesterday when I called to change my plan. Instead of canceling insurance on 2 phones, they canceled my lines leaving me without phones for myself and my children. At every step, this young man, wise beyond his years had my back as Customer care did not. I am forever grateful for all of his hard work and his outstanding, compassionate customer service. What an amazing T Mobile has. Hold tight to this young man, he’s going places.

Tonight we visited this T-Mobile corporate store at the Milford Post Mall with a phone repair issue. After spending a few hours on the phone with the T-Mobile tech support the night before, they were unable to resolve our issue and recommended that we bring the phone into a store.Dariel was our guy at the Milford Post Mall store and he was extremely patient and reassuring during the issue. He kept running into the same thing we experienced but Dariel would not give up. He was incredibly resourceful and determined to make the customer happy and it was well appreciated. He was able to resolve our issue and went a step further by swapping the Sprint chip with a T-Mobile sim chip so the phone will get better service.I was very impressed with the service, knowledge and welcoming vibe of the store. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! Every single time I go there I’m greeted at the door and helped right away! They are properly social distancing while still being able to hit all of us customers needs. This is my favorite T-mobile. I sent my coworker to this tmobile and told him he had to go see Maira. The manager Seema was kind and helpful with getting my sons tablet working. I try to avoid the mall as much as possible but I will go there because I know this tmobile will not rush me and fix my issues. Thanks to a wonderful group of people.

I went in to purchase a new phone and spend my hard earned money and was treated like I was not a person let alone a client. I had purchased many of phones from them and a customer of Tmobile for 16 years. I asked for the manager and the assistant manager Taneka came and talked to me and through my phone and asked me to leave when I tried to explain my concerns (that I wanted to just buy a phone) I asked for her manager and Richard the store manager came out and did not care or want to listen to my concern about his yeams customer service skills. I left and called customer service and filed a complaint (first time I have ever filed a complaint) went up the street 3 miles to the Orange Tmobile and was treated great. I bought a new Samsung Note 9 and was treated like they cared that I was spending $900 on a phone. I would recommend never going to the tmobile store in the mall and just drive the three miles up the street to Orange.

According to this store a drivers license, Id card, social security card, and 2 student IDs are not enough to open an account you need a passport or military ID... Went to a different store and had no problem opening an account
