Great little Verizon store to help us with the best deal for my sons smashed iPhone 11. Nice personalities and pleasant to work with. Those visits are never quick but the guys there made it as enjoyable as possible without having massage chairs or cocktails while we waited!

This past weekend I finally decided to get a new phone as my old one didnt hold a battery for more than 4 hours. I was a little nervous about transitioning to a different phone, but Justin was extremely helpful which I appreciate so much! He explained the differences in the phones & patiently showed me the different features. And he transferred my stored phone numbers, pictures & my text messages to my new phone. Thank you Justin for making the hassle of getting a new phone such a fun experience! I greatly appreciate all the help you gave to me!I absolutely LOVE this Verizon. Loved the experience went in to pre order iPhone 13 pro max, switched over from Sprint, Bryant was very patient and detail oriented, funny and easy going made the experience very light and easy. Painfully slow transition for a business account. While the staff was helpful, they werent necessarily knowledgeable. Something must be done about the efficiency with which data is transferred and new devices are connected.

Purchased 3 iPhone 11s set up was quick and easy, Courtney was very helpful. When we noticed that Verizon had charged us for the Verizon care for both a partial and full month on each phone Gabriel was able to reverse the charges quickly. We also purchased an ipad using the current promotion and were very happy about how quickly we were in and out of the store. This is the second time we have purchased phones here - the staff was helpful and we didnt have to wait around for hours to be waited on.

I dont know what these people are talking about. First off the owner is probably the nicest person Ive met in my entire life, her staff are all extremely helpful and also great to work with and they will all go out of their way to make sure you are all set with any questions, whenever, you have about your phone and service and also review your plan and adjust it to make sure you save money. My entire immediate family uses them and were located in three States. Amazing place and amazing staff. 5 stars all around!
