I am updating my review because my bill is over $120 more than I was quoted. I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for over 20 years and I’ve never had a mark up this much for our upgrades ( every two years). Furthermore, because the bill did not come out until after the 14 day grace period, They will not let me return a second watch that I never asked for and then told was free nor will they honor the price I was told. I have never had trouble like this before. Please train your employees to be very clear on what every single charge will be and I encourage you to show it to them in very explicit clear writing with their signature and give them a copy so this never happens again. Does my question how long I stay with AT&T.

I had called a few stores to check availability on the pixels, as I wasnt sure if I wanted the 5 or the 4a5g. Elias was very friendly and offered to show me his personal Pixel 5 since they didnt have any in stock. I made it a point to visit his store that same day and complete the purchase so he would get credit. Normally I would have taken more time to think about it and likely purchase online to save money.

Stephanie from AT&T at the Milford mall is awesome!!! She really helped me know what I could get for discounts and about firstnet, which not one other person ever from AT&T told me about. She’s really friendly and goes above and beyond for customers!

I came in to trade in my XR for the new 12 pro. I was very pleased with my experience. Wanda made the entire process so painless! She was kind and attentive to me and my friend, who also purchased the 12 pro. The new worker, Krishna, was also very friendly and helpful!

Got an Iphone SE and some accessories for my client here and it was the easiest process. They let me know about new deals and Carlos installed the accessories for us as well. No hidden fees and it was completely straightforward. Wouldn’t go to a different At&t.

Called AT&T customer service line as I was having issues with my phone reception, an appointment was made for the same day at this location to change my old SIM card. In and out in less than 30 mins. Quick and easy. Elias was hassle-free and pleasureful in assisting me. Also gave me info on my upgrade eligibility, quite surprised that I would get a $700 credit towards iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro for my iPhone 10. Also showed me a plan that AT&T was offering, specific to my plan, I believe it was a plan that was cheaper by $10-$5 with the same unlimited plan along with 30g of hotspot and the added benefit of HBO Max. Elias always was quick to remind me that I was not obligated to change plans. Highly recommend going to him for all your needs as he is always up to date with info. 👍

The rep I worked with had integrity issues and deceptively “added” items as part of a deal, however all were actually separate additions to the bill. Unfortunate way to treat a long-standing customer.

Being a first timer at At&t I would walk past it just about every day headed on my way to work, but this one day I decided to stop in to check and see what all the hype about the iPhone 12. I was warmly greeted by this employee named Elizabeth and she was the most compassionate and willing to help person I have encountered to help me pick out a new phone. She matched me up with the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I love it it’s sleek and amazing but most of all the service was extraordinary.

Tre made my day, I had a few bad experiences earlier with AT&T. Tre respected my space and supported my request. Big Thanks and I will think about the other products.

UPDATE:I am updating this review a week post service. Note: this was a simple add one new line request to my existing service. Initially I thought Luis offered me the best package. However The next day, after confirming items online I realized he downgraded my service without Telling me a thing. After returning to the store to get things fixed he then bumped me up to the highest premium plan he had in the store - again without ever communicating just thrusting the tablet into my face to sign. After I had to return to the store a third time, (after I received an estimated bill for $450) he then admitted to never checking what plan I had the first go round and that he had limited plan options in store and that there were better options online. I was extremely irate and ended up closing out a 15 year relationship with them. I am now with T-mobile. Buyer beware: check your plan BEFORE leaving the store and ask questions. These folks are only looking to get a quick buck.———————————————Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to advise us on porting over a new line from another provider. The process was seamless and we obviously love AT&T so we’d continue to give them our business. Great service!

Elias, in the Milford, Ct store was amazing. Professional, courteous, offering hand sanitizer, making sure all precautions were being followed. There were issues with the wi fi connection in the store. He never lost his professionalism, he reassured us that he would get my Samsung watch set up and he followed through. I was here today and really liked the place. The store is cozy and very relaxing. Ashely attended to me and I must confess that she’s a very good sales person. She did everything to make sure I purchase a certain product. The staffers there are really polite and courteous. There’s also a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
