So I try to buy a pinball apron on sale for 85$ online. Their system will not let me do a payment with multiple cards and a actually had a friend try to buy it for me, no luck. So I send them an email asking how can I buy it. They contact me back the day after the sale ends and say they can now accept payments online again. So I see the item is now 125, so I ask if they can honor the original price, they say hows 10% off I say yes because I need the item to complete a restoration project for a client. So I pay 112.50 for a product that was 85 a week ago. So 14 days goes by and I get a USPS package. Once opening it I noticed the package was damaged. I put a claim in. These people say send it back so they can put a claim in and have the product back and the claim money, I explain that I took the item into a local shop to get repaired. Instead of them getting the claim money and just returning my item, I tell them I would rather wait to see the outcome of the claim. A week goes by and I get a notice that the UPS, not USPS, tried to inspect the item and they closed the case. I was never informed of any attempt to inspect the item. I sent photos. And they send this email after the case was closed. This could be the shadiest company ever, and looking at the reviews I am not the only one the stiff.
