I was really nervous to get my lashes done because it was around my eyes. The staff made me so comfortable and the stylist explained. I recently had Robin as my stylist and she is awesome. I was so relaxed and she was so gentle and took her time that I actually fell asleep. I will continue going to her and the Lash Lounge because they have been awesome.

Mel did an amazing job on my lashes! Its been two weeks and they still look great. I got a classic set and I love them. I will be back soon! The salon is extremely clean and Covid safe. I was worried that my lashes would feel heavy or uncomfortable, but that wasnt the case at all. Totally worth every penny, TREAT YOURSELF!

I got lash extensions for the first time a few months ago and I am in love. From the moment you walk in you are treated so kind. My lashes always come out how I like them. If you’re unfamiliar with lashes ( as i was) they take their time and really listen to what look your going for... you do not need to be into makeup to feel comfortable there which I personally love! ( i go in my sweats and sneakers). My lashes last sooo long and many of my friends lashes do not last nearly as long! I have received so many compliments on my lashes and really enjoy the quiet and relaxing time I have while enjoying my fill. Katharine is my lash artist but I have had others fill in and they do just as great! 10/10 recommend! ❤️

My first experience here was excellent, the studio is relaxing, clean and Laura & her staff were so welcoming! Stephanie did a lash lift/tint and brow thread/tint, which both came out amazing. This was my first time receiving these services and she was very informative throughout the process which put me at ease. As a redhead, my brows have always been a very light shade; the tint she chose was perfect and makes such a difference in a subtle way, I’m hooked! The lash lift made my natural lashes look amazing and I’ve received so many compliments. After 2 weeks my brows and lashes still look perfect, highly recommend a visit to the Lash Lounge!

I recently went to the Lash Lounge for an eyelash lift and brow tint. This was my first time having these procedures and I was extremely pleased with both. Katharine did a wonderful job and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the experience. I will definitely be rebooking and asking for Katharine again when I do.

My usual eyebrow threader was booked so I went to lash lounge to get my eyebrows threaded and they were trimmed not plucked. There is so much hair remaining around my brows i would be reluctant to call it a threading service, had i known i would have gotten them waxed or simply gone elsewhere. I like the tinting they provided however $50 for tinting and threading when I will have to book an appointment to get them actually threaded is frustrating and unreasonable. The staff was friendly but I am not satisfied with the services I received. It is unlikely I will be back.

Where do I start? I’ve always hated the idea of lash extensions because I thought they would be uncomfortable and look too thick and fake... but my lash tech Audrey REALLY outdid herself.She gave a a full natural looking set. I’ve never had so many compliments on my eyes in my entire life. Since I’m always in a mask I wanted to start playing up my eyes. I am so pleased. I cannot wait for my second appointment. Ladies if you’re considering getting them done DO IT... and make sure you ask for Audrey. She is so professional. Lol she didn’t even comment on the fact that I fell asleep and pretty much snored the entire time!

I love this place, Shannon ALWAYS does an amazing job on my lashes. I can always count on her to make it look perfect, natural, and long lasting! The front desk girl (sorry, can’t remember her name), is so helpful and friendly. I enjoy coming in and always being greeted by her, and making my next appointment so I don’t forget - she is awesome! I thought this would be a one time thing at first, but I’ve been driving an hour to get here, all because I love the service and staff at this location!

Before coming to the lash lounge, I use to experience some sort of an allergy to my extensions. In discussing this with Laura, she explained to me that they offer different types of adhesives and sensitive glue. Laura is amazing. Very thorough with her work and assuring. My lashes look amazing and I have no sensitivity! I give all the credit to Laura! Highly recommend LL.

I visited The Lash Lounge in Milford with a spur of the moment decision to get eye lash extensions, I called and I was able to get an appointment that day! Everyone there was very welcoming and answered all of my questions! I see Shannon and she couldnt be any better! She is very knowledgeable and makes sure I am comfortable with what she is doing. my lashes stay on amazing and although its pricey I think it is so worth it!

I can’t believe this place has this high of a rating. The first time I went there, the girls working were SO unprofessional, literally talking poorly about someone in front of CUSTOMERS. I understand it’s an eyelash place, but show some respect. Also, the appointment was so rushed I couldn’t believe it. The eyelashes were placed so poorly where some on my left eye were way longer than my right. It looked unprofessional & weird. People were even pointing it out to me. I’ve been telling everyone NOT to go to this place. Also, as the extensions fell out it took a lot of my natural lashes with them. I would suggest to NOT go here for eyelashes extensions.

The Lash Lounge in Milford is hands down the best place to get your lashes done!!! Got my lashes done before a vacation and a week after constant swimming and sun tan lotion my lashes still look full and beautiful! The staff is professional and the place is super cute and relaxing! I got my lashes lifted and tinted, as well as my brows tinted this weekend with Katherine. This was my 3rd time doing this. The first was here at Milford (awesome experience), the second at another local LL (awful experience) so I came back here again, which turned out to be another great experience. I was super apprehensive after my 2nd experience but Tracey (manager I think) was so sweet and genuine and could tell I was concerned. She went out of her way to make sure I felt good about things and assured me that this time would be just like my first time. And she was right! Katherine was so outgoing and professional. She asked what sort of look I was going for, explained everything that was happening (and going to happen) and was very gentle and constantly checked in with me to make sure everything felt right, etc. She was amazing and Id without a doubt recommend going to her for all your lifting/tinting needs. I was so happy with my services I rebooked with her before I left. Not all LLs are the same...I learned the hard way. The Milford team is phenomenal. The salon is clean, everyone is very friendly and even in with all this covid stuff, they didnt miss a beat. Thank you for winning me back Katherine. You were a rockstar. 5 stars all day!!

I had gotten my lashes done (at a different place) about four months ago. It was not a good experience. It was pretty painful and the results were sloppy.I was a little nervous going into my appointment at the Lash Lounge. I was worried it would be like my last experience. Im happy to say that it was the complete opposite. Mariella was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. My experience there was very relaxing and comfortable. I love how my lashes came out. She did a beautiful job! I have already recommended the Lash Lounge to a couple of my friends and Im looking forward to my first fill!

I got the most gorgeous full set of Classic lashes, and I couldnt be happier with how they came out! It was a relaxing experience laying on the table while I got them done (a full set does take about 2 hours), and I didnt even feel the procedure really! The lashes dont feel heavy on my natural lashes, and my stylist made sure I was informed on how to care for them and maintain them until my next fill. I will definitely be returning here!

I wasn’t sure I wanted to to invest in my eyelashes but I took a chance and I have no regrets. The lash lounge is amazing very friendly staff, comfortable tables, and talented artists. They know what they’re doing and they also know what lashes will work for you. It is a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

After awhile I asked who was going to do my extensions and they told me Christie/Kristie and that she was on break in the back. What? They scheduled the time. I soon found out it was a cigarette break. I dont smoke and I dont want to smell smoke on someone who is working on me within close proximity. I was told it would take about hour and 45 min.I put on my head phone and was in pretty relaxed state until I was startled when Christie began talking loudly to the front desk in the other room about another employee who was not able to close or stay late. I thought this was rude and unprofessional, not to mention it startled the heck out of me. I had the classic and have pretty thick natural lashes. The right side looks pretty good which she spent the bulk of time on. The left side was noticeably less full. I asked her about this and she said everyone has different eye and that she put the required amount of lashes on. I have had lashes before and I never had this experience. I personally feel she spent the bulk of the 50 mins not an hour and 45 on my right side then rushed my left. I think a lash artist would have been addressed this. I felt compelled to give this review. I was not happy with the experience and I hope it helps someone else.

I went to Milford lash lounge to get eyelash extensions for the first time. I had called originally to ask questions about lashes for my wedding day/ honeymoon . The receptionist was very informative and answered all of my questions, she also advised I try lashes before my big day Incase of any allergic reactions. I was able to call and book an appointment the same day. Christie was great! I was very worried about them being over the top for everyday life, but she made them look so natural and beautiful. I will definitley be going back! Bye bye mascara!

I recently went in to the Milford location for a Full Set of Classic lashes; there was a special going on that I just couldnt pass up! The studio is extremely clean and has a calming atmosphere, the two women at the front desk were very helpful and polite. The session took about 2hr 30mins total...you fill out a bit of paperwork, talk about the overall look you want, and she starts by cleansing the lid with a solution. Overall a really relaxing experience. I just wish I had a headrest or some sort of pillow...I kept having to ask to sit up so I could roll my neck around, it definitely went into a spasm after laying there for so long. All the pain was worth the beautiful results though!! Kim did an amazing job and she was extremely gentle throughout the whole process. I have super blonde/straight eyelashes and the extensions cover them perfectly. They have such a nice curl to them and they dont look chunky or misplaced at all. I cant wait to get a fill in a few weeks!

I have had sensitivity to different glues when at other lash extension providers and have had to stop getting the extensions altogether because there were no options. Mariella at The Lash Lounge worked closely with me to find just the right glue to alleviate my sensitivities.

I got them done Saturday & they’re almost all gone. There’s maybe like 10-15 extensions left. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I also followed the instructions perfectly, I even bought the “lash cleanser” for 15$ which is probably just baby shampoo.. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in this experience. I should’ve just bought some at CVS for 10$. They probably would’ve lasted longer. I would’ve done no stars but, you have to put at least one to leave a review....

Very nice people and professional. My lashes didnt last a week. Eye Lash extension must be new to this area. Everyone is charging at least $200 and up. My lashes always last at least 2-3 weeks. I was very disappointed.
