Terrible customer service! Will not be buying anything from here again! I have bought Pandora rings from here before and have enjoyed coming into the store from time to time when in the area. However, I recently purchased a Pandora ring here about a month and a half ago. A few weeks into owning it, it broke and I just found the time to go in and see what they could do about it. When I got in, I kindly explained the situation saying that I had bought it a month and a half ago and that it broke a few weeks later, I was wearing a lacrosse shirt and the first thing the lady asked me was if I had been wearing it while playing sports. I told her no, and she asked if I had been doing anything out of the ordinary. I told her no again and that I had been wearing it and one day looked down and saw that it was broken. She looked at my shirt and again said, “well, you play lacrosse, so were you wearing it while playing?” Again I said no I had taken the ring off as you aren’t allowed to play with it on. She then went over to opening the drawer and told me to go to a jeweler to fix it!(I had purchased this at a discount so I understand that it may be more expensive to replace but I still bought it and it broke) I had bought the ring here and she didn’t even consider replacing it, it has literally been a month and a half since purchasing! I would expect a replacement if you sell me a product that should last quite a long time and is supposed to be good quality. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
Fantastic shop with beautiful items tucked into every corner! Always a wonderful shopping or browsing experience. Any purchase is always packaged so beautifully, and extra attention is given to gifts. Kudos to a lovely shop and a job well done each and every time!!
This place is great. The people are very helpful.
I can not say enough amazing things about this little gem of a shop. I walked in in search of a gift for my sister, and from the moment I was greeted until the moment I left, I felt as though I was shopping with friends. The owners were so helpful, they really LISTENED to what I was looking for, offered sale items, stayed within my budget, and chatted with me about so many different topics I felt as though I could stay for hours. The store is clean and comfortable, everything is clearly chosen by hand, I could go on all day. If you are not shopping here, you are shopping wrong.
If you have not been to J.M. Princewell you are missing out. It truly is a find. Lots of different treasures to the best selection of Pandora in southern NH. You wont be disappointed. The owners are genuine and helpful. It can be one stop shopping.

Great family-owned business on the Milford oval, carrying unique gifts. I always enjoy going in there.
When I need a special gift I go to JM Princewell first. I can find the hard to find items to the Pandora I love to collect. I am grateful to have fine shopping so very close to home. I highly recommend JM Princewell. Thank you!
Usually I buy all my Pandora here (lots of them). I drive special to make sure I buy from a small local company. It always feels good to help out the little guy, unfortunately, I bought on Small Business Saturday and was told I could place an order for an item they were out of stock on. I waited to hear if the item arrived - I need it for Christmas - so I called them. Good thing I did - they dont do orders. Never did I get a call - Kinda Real Disappointed in them today. Will I stop buying from them - yes for a little while anyway.
J.M. Princewell is a gem of a store! I have purchased most of my Alex and Ani from them because of their excellent selection and great customer service. Milford is fortunate to have such a great business right on the Oval.
Terrible extremely bias if you bring your children our baby was well behavedbut got rude looks from the grey haired old lady with glasses.our child saw a stuffed elephant and got excited we were told get our ridiculous child outawful people awful place terrible service
Always great service. Where I buy my Pandora gifts.
Nice folkys store, enjoyed the people
Friendly, smiling faces always! Fun, pretty, eclectic... they have it all!
Ive never written a review before for ANY store ( so that should tell you something) mainly because I usually let things go however, I had such a terrible experience at J.M Princewell I feel it is completely necessary to warn other people. I drove quite a distance with my daughter to meet my best friend for lunch (who lives in the area) and specifically to pick out Pandora charms and Alex/ani bracelets. We walked in and the lady who was working at the time clearly never learned proper customer service or manners in general. Along with not welcoming us in the store she gave us a cold stare and a huff. I believe she was judging us right off the bat based on the fact I brought my child (who was strapped in a stroller versus a child running around). She seemed uninterested in answering our questions. As my friend was looking through the Pandora charms this lady kept her eyes on me with a rude expression as I was just strolling along. I dont think I ever felt so uncomfortable in my life. I was walking around because my daughter was getting a little fussy and this helped her settle down! As any parent would when a two year old screams and cries we remove them from the situation such as restaurants, stores, etc. However, my daughter literally settled right down after minor fuzzing and let out one screech( because she saw a cute stuffed animal elephant). The women scolded at me and told me: I quote “Your child is ridiculous and Im going to have to ask you to leave. I just politely nodded my head in shock and said okay fine. First off, my child was not even that bad (because as a considerate person I know the limits and would have made the call to leave if I thought it was necessary) however, I understand you have a business to run and dont want us to disturb your other customers. BUT was it appropriate to call her ridiculous? And that tone was so harsh and rude. Almost as if I was beneath her. We were about to easily drop $200+ at your store and I would have appreciated it and respected this place of business if she asked me to step outside politely without using negative connotation towards my child. I got to the door and that’s when I told my friend Id prefer to take my business elsewhere. It was then when the lady legit screamed “CAN I JUST TELL YOU SOMETHING, YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. I feel like the proper way to handle it was to just let it go and say” Okay that’s fine, have a good day”.I just feel like it could have been handled in of a professional manor. To call a child ridiculous is uncalled for even if they were screaming loud never mind minor fussing. In addition, the one other customer she had in the store was super friendly to my child and even threw her compliments. Therefore, it was clear that your customers did not mind having a child in the store. You dont know any ones personal struggle. I was there to pick out specific charms for my daughter who is a heart baby and just suffered open heart surgery. As well as best friend charms for the one person who stood by me through it all. I hope they learn proper customer service and realize that people are people and should not be looked down upon or treated so poorly. I wouldn’t shop there again and I strongly encourage others to not shop there as well. I felt harassed and stereotyped judged as a mother. ACT PROFESSIONALY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY ACT HUMANE
Love this store an everyone who is a part of it!!
