Great Customer Service.I had a gas fireplace installed and was completely new to propane. Everyone I have dealt with at Ciardelli have been patient and very helpful with me in trying to navigate the whole process. It was frustrating at times due to the process but Ciardelli was great. Very pleased with their approach to everything and would recommend them.

We just switched to Ciardelli Fuel and I am so happy we did. My only regret is not switching sooner!! When we bought our house in 2018 we just stayed with Amerigas because it was easy at the time. Well, as years went on we had nothing but problems. It seemed like such a process to change because we needed our tanks moved as they sit right up against our house and create such an ice dam in the winter and lots of problems. Boy was I wrong! From the first contact with Gabe I knew it was going to be easy. He was so responsive, helpful, and he really understood our concerns and challenges. Was supposed to have my account setup and was told Id have a delivery this week, but it didnt happen. Left a message With the answering service and got a prompt callback. Was never apologized to, instead they said people make mistakes. Since its an underground tank they own, I have no other choice. Bad way to start a 30 year relationship.

During a recent delivery there was a bit of damage done to my driveway by the Ciardelli truck. When I called to explain what had happened, Ross immediately sent a representative out to see what I was talking about and then arranged for Tim to repair the damage. These guys are great! They really helped us in a pinch. With this last snow storm they couldn’t get a truck up our hill, SO THEY WALKED with two 5gal jugs just so we could have heat for the night. Phenomenal.

Had some issues with Ciardelli, not showing up when they said they would (twice in a row), and their driver wasnt wearing a mask. I spoke with the manager and he was apologetic. As far as price goes, they wanted to charge me 30 cents more per gallon than the average price in the area. I appreciate that they took the time to address my concerns, were polite, and to their credit they did give me a discount.

I have been dealing with the crew at Ciardelli for over 20 years and have always had the best experience. They are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating with every service they provide. Wonderful family run business that sets the bar high and always meets it.

Customer service is friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Techs are knowledgeable and caring. Auto refill with them was easy to setup and works like a charm. They have a better idea of when we need a refill than even I do! The customer portal is easy to use and keeps me well informed of fuel usage and costs with just a quick glance. Cost is comparable or cheaper to other providers weve used. There is really no downside to this company as a provider for your fuel needs.

We moved to Merrimack this fall and ran out of oil at 4am this morning due to a faulty fuel tank gauge. Ciardelli Fuel filled our tank and restarted our furnace. We were warm and cozy well before 10am. Excellent service, friendly and above all, non-judgemental about a newbie home buyers mistakes and stumbles. Thank you for being heating angels this morning. I am an automatic fuel delivery customer due to this mornings customer service and delivery.

Our house had a Ciardelli tank when we moved in, so we contacted them for our propane. They never offered us a new customer rate (though apparently they should have), and the original woman I spoke with said they didnt price match (which was apparently not correct) even though their price was higher than other companies nearby. It seems that Ciardelli will only offer a lower rate if you threaten to take your business elsewhere, but once the season is over, theyll raise it again. If youre willing to constantly oversee Ciardelli and do research every year or so to ensure theyre at least matching the lowest rate in the area, its a fine company. But if you would rather just work with a company that you can trust to offer a fair price and not have to play the threaten-to-take-your-business-elsewhere game every season, I suggest going elsewhere.

Switched from Energy N (We-Could-Care-Less) after being whole-house-propane customer for 25+ years. Went VERY smoothly and always professional. Service has been great too. What a difference!

We are new to town. We called Ciardelli to set up our account and schedule delivery. When I called they were so nice, congratulated us on our new home and welcomed us to town. They explained things clearly and set up an appointment for someone to do a service call. Chuck came out on time and again, was super friendly. He explained everything we needed to know since using propane in a home was new to us. We are happy to be using them and would highly recommend them to others.

There are two things that will keep my business with Ciardelli.1. I just recently bought a house in Goffstown and have never had experience with oil heating. A big snow storm hit and I needed an emergency oil refill in my tank. This was December 31st. I called a few places and either they didnt have trucks on the road for the holiday or they were charging astronomical prices to bring a few gallons of fuel. I contacted Ciardelli and not only did they deliver my fuel (full tank) on January 1st, they waived the (reasonably priced) emergency delivery fee since I set up an account with them.2. A couple months later I have decided I want a more efficient system in my house. I call Tony at Ciardelli. Extremely professional from the time we do the walk through and quote, until the day the job was finished. We scheduled a full propane conversion, new furnace, new hot water heater, oil tank removal, AC coil wired in place for the future and new thermostat. Mike, Chris, and Ben did the job in 2 short days! Amazing work, fair price! Great guys, great company! I highly recommend Ciardelli!

Were in the processing of changing our propane provider to Ciardelli Fuel. Carrie was most helpful when arriving to do the site review, explaining how it would all work when the tanks are changed from one company to the next. Once our current tank is down to approx. 20%, Ciardelli Fuel will come and remove our existing tank, place a new tank, and they gave us a very nice promotional rate on propane for a limited time as a new customer. Someone recommended these guys to me. I just bought a house and was finally able to call. I dont know if they think its okay. To be rude to customers or what. Thought they were little expensive and I said it. I was told if I didnt like their prices go somewhere else. I had higher hopes for the wonderful recommendation I was given. I plan to do so dont bother asking them to deliver to Manchester. My money is just as green as anybody elses.

Just got a new Thermo Pride furnace installed by Ciardelli. The experience was better than we could have expected. They have these 2 brothers who in about 3 hours where done and leaving the basement area cleaner than when they started. Didnt realize how bad the old furnace was until this new machine went to work. Weve been using Ciardelli for 4 years and their professional performance and friendly attitude retains our loyalty.

Just had a 45 gallon water tank installed. The service team did an excellent job, very informative along the way and left everything as neat and clean as it was when they walked in the door.Sales guy even stopped by to check in on their progress. Kevin came out to a house we had just purchased to set us up for a propane account. He ran the leak test and verified that everything was in good shape. Since we had little experience with propane and central heating (our previous home was an old house with steam heat powered by oil), he took the time to explain how things fit together and what kind of maintenance was required. We really appreciated his thoroughness and his expert advice.

I had a complimentary safety inspection of my propane system today and as usual, Ciardelli Fuel was Fantastic. Jason B came to do the inspection and he was Great. Polite, professional and very knowledgable. He inspected the system inside and out and explained key points to me along the way. He answered all of my questions and diligently ensured that I was comfortable with the system and how to shut it off in an emergency. I first chose Ciardelli Fuel because they were the only ones who answered the phone with a live human person and not an automated voice telling me to push multiple buttons. This was 14 years ago and I have been with them ever since. They are always quick to respond and have always done an excellent job. I have found them to be fair and reasonable, and the service guys are always friendly and courteous and answer all my questions.I prefer to use local family run businesses when I can so that is another plus!I would definitely recommend them!

Went to call and talk about their plans, which on the website say are available till the 31st of October, and was told they dont do that. I explained what it says on the website, and it has been like that for months and they said, that they dont know why it does, but it isnt right. No offer to honor what they advertise. I would have been fine if I missed the deadline, and it was clearly posted the deadline was months ago, but to write that you have till the 31st, then you have till the 31st.

I have had 2-other oil suppliers in our 20-years living in Amherst, NH. When I had requested a cleaning from my prior supplier, I was advised that the earliest that they could schedule me was more than 3-months out. I then called Ciadelli Fuel of Milford, NH and the folks that i have dealt with have all been extremely courteous and professional. I was able to schedule my cleaning within weeks, not months. Another plus was that their cleaning price was also less. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed a minor wiring problem during the same visit. Having an older boiler, I also received a quotation on a new one from their Sales Representative, Tony, His price was extremely competitive, suggested that I do not replace the hot water tank that was with the old system and advised that that storage tank manufacturer had a lifetime warranty on that unit. If or when the storage tank did have issues, he offered to do all the paperwork with the manufacturer to help insure that I received a new one. Having been in sales for over 30-years, I truly appreciate an organization that deals as with their customers as professionally as Ciardelli has with my family. I highly recommend Ciardelli Fuel.

I came home to a 3 foot tall snow bank of VERY heavy ice/snow blocking the driveway due to the town plows widening the road. With my car left in the road, I began slugging away at it with a shovel, then a delivery man from Ciardelli stopped and helped me!! My experience with Ciradelli Fuel Company has been wonderful from the start. I called to switch propane to them. I am saving .80 cents a gallon!! They have been friendly and professional! Next I wanted a Mitsubishi air conditioner installed. It was cheaper than I thought and done in a week! Beautiful job, clean and perfect! I would highly recommend this company. They talked me out of installing Central AC explaining that they could do it but that with our mechanicals we would not be pleased with the results. More expensive than the rest and we were ok with that because we didnt mind supporting a good business. We called them for a service to come check our heating system the staff said its a $99 fee to have a technician come out and then if any additional work needs to be done the technician will let you know cost. The tech came and was very knowledgable and said that the problem was a zone valve head replacement he said was very easy and he had a spare in the truck, I asked cost he said its very small no worries, he completed the work I followed him to his truck where he pulled out a large book and struggled to find the part so he could give me a cost, then he said that doesnt look right!? the part shows a cost of 200$ for the valve head, we will check and send you an invoice They invoiced me 200$ for a part that costs 70 bucks at Lowes and took the tech 5 mins to install. Keep in mind Im a regular oil customer its not just a one time service where they wanna make their money and run. I wrote to their executive team and they switched it all around saying the $99 is just a travel fee (so why dont you call it that?) and why was I not given a clear estimate before the work was done because I wouldnt have approved that price. BEWARE!

I was with Chabott Oil since moving to Keene in 1986 and loved how responsive and helpful Tom and Ted Chabott were. Ciardelli is continuing with that kind of service since Tom and Ted retired! I trust them and know I can rely on them.

They act very nice at first, but the women in the office will look down on you if you dont buy enough from them.They came and filled my tank twice and that was all I needed for the winter because my house is efficient. When I called for more oil at the start of the next season they accused me of using another company because it had been awhile and were very rude.They refused give me another fill without upfront payment and were complete telephone tough guys to my wife and I.If you do some research they are clearly not the cheapest and with this level of customer service definitely arent the best.Right now they are about 20 cents a gallon overpriced. Do some research and Im sure youll find a cheaper option in your area. Mostly likely better customer service skills too.

We use to go through another company but switched when we called on the second for them to come fill our tank and they told us it wouldn’t be at least till the fifteenth. Called Ciardelli they guaranteed delivery by the end of the week! They were here two days after we called them. They’re personal we’re super friendly, and helpful. After 2 hours of another technician trying to fix our AC, Bill fixed it within 30 minutes. I guess he knew our system better than Josh. another appointment had to be set up to clean the condenser since it was forgotten the first time around.

I HIGHLY recommend Ciardelli Fuel! After having an extremely high bill for the 2013 winter with our old company, we decided we wanted to switch and also bury our propane tank. We found Ciardelli from an ad in the Welcome Wagon, and based on our last heating bill of the 2013 season, Ciardelli was $1/gallon cheaper then our current company! Ciardelli came out and looked at our setup, and agreed to run a new line and set a tank at no charge, since we were digging the trench and hole. We scheduled the install of the tank and then the connection of the lines, and every time they said they would be there, they were right on time. I had a special deal for some free propane, and when I got my first bill, the discount was missing. I went online and sent a note to the office, and the very next morning I had an email from the owner indicating they would get the credit applied right away. I dealt with one of the owners, Matt, quite a bit, and he was always very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Ciardelli to anyone!

Eric is always friendly and professional when he comes. He was here initially to tune our furnace but spotted a leak in a water line and pointed it out to me. But he had heard I was having a plumber come for something else and suggested we might as well have him look at the leak. When we opted against the plumber, I called Ciardelli and back came Eric who fixed the problem.The real point is this: He didnt push for the job. Thats one reason he got it.But Ive had nothing but good relations with Ciardelli over many years and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently moved into a new home and switched over my propane service to Ciardelli. I initially requested information on their website late at night, and to my surprise Matt replied in detail- at 1030 on a Saturday night. I tend to ask a lot of questions about any product I am about to invest in, and I can honestly say that every single person I talked to in different departments went above and beyond in answering my emails and calls. From discovering and repairing (free of charge) two existing code violations in my home, to sending out two different techs to talk to me about my gas furnace, to calling them for advice on the 4th of July when my gas water heater stopped working, the service has been nothing but spot on. The accounts department was flexible with my initial method of payment (since my tank was empty and the first full fill was not cheap) and the fuel price was the best I could find out of 4 other companies that I compared them with. I am a satisfied customer.

Had a problem with my burner on a Saturday evening. The on call tech repair guy called me right back, then found his way to my house in a rural section of Francestown and was there in less than an hour. He fixed what he could and made some recommendations for normal business hours (which would cost a ton less to do.) I was very impressed with the service, the response time, and the work.

They are cordial, punctual, up-front, straightforward, their crew is technically savvy, and last but not least their prices are reasonable! They do good work, they charge fair prices, and dealing with them is like having a friend on your side guiding you through any energy project.What Ciardelli offers is TRUSTWORTHINESS. Its literally the single most important quality and the only thing of value in todays cut throat marketplace. Every time Ive quoted out a job Ive experienced some of the worst kinds of contractor behavior. These experiences are pre-work, meaning, Ive just tried to get quotes from multiple contractors. These other guys just cant seem to get their acts together! From trying to up sell me using techniques designed to confuse, to trying to charge thousands more than a job would normally cost (just to see if they can get away with it), to contractors who have no idea what theyre doing technically (lack of trade skill or knowledge), to plain old lack of customer service, i.e. bad punctuality, not answering calls, not calling back, etc.This is a trustworthy company - and as long as they remain so they will continue to win my business!

Ciardelli Fule is not the company they make themselves out to be. The departures are extremely unorganized and often feed the dilivery drivers miss information making scheduled delivery take longer or not at all without a reminder. They on many occasions have filled my Nabors by accident while still charging me.Im writing this review because Matt Ciardelli has decided to take away our propane take for expressing my grievances. We are currently without heat or hot water in a home of 3. Now someone has to take off work to have another company install a new take and re-light the piolets. All this inconvenience because Matt Ciardelli is on a power trip.I realize this review will not impact sales in any way. Its my hope that Ciardelli fuel reads this review and reflects on their actions. You are a utility company, you should not PLAY GOD with your clients.
