Went there to drop off a truck that needed to be repaired and to pick a rental truck up for my job and even though my boss called more than 2 hours prior when I got there not a single person knew I was coming.... The lady up front had an attitude at first BUT then she ended up helping me a good deal. After they figured out what was going on she got me in to the rental very quickly. The older guy in the office with her even helped me transfer the load from truck to truck. I will say the mechanics are all cool guys and seem very knowledgeable. I believe if the service guy that was supposed to take care of putting me in my rental communicated with the others things would have been much better. The whole fiasco was his fault in my eyes

Sad when you rent a truck drive 45 minutes to pick up and the nice lady at the desk says...No we dont have a rental that you made a reservation for 2 weeks in advance. No call to say hey we dont have that truck...NOTHING

Priced right and no milage charges.. four out of five for the vehicle. Good condition, plenty of gitty up when u need it, clean. It lost a star due to being OVER AIR FRESHENED!!! It was sooo bad with the windows up, you could taste it! Ok so open a window... thats great until it RAINS. GAG... The truck did exactly what I needed it to do... Next time I would double check the full status before driving away. Theres full... then theres FULL. With a tank as big as it has thats $20 in gas....
