Danny is an epic stylist. I have been having him cut my hair for years and I love his work. Everyone there is professional and excellent at their jobs. I highly recommend Bravata!

This is the third time I have made an appointment and showed up to find they didn’t properly book it in their system. Extremely unprofessional. I drive 30 minutes show up, have the texts saying I have an appt, and it’s a total waste of timeDon’t bother coming here, they don’t take it seriouslyOwner apologized half heartedly and tried to make it my fault since I came even though I didn’t get an automated text confirming (how was I to know that should happen with their new system) and excuse it even though I was text with an actual human who gave me the appointment yesterday. They gave me date/time, stylist name and even said “tomorrow”

Ive always had a great experience here. I had been in Seattle seeing a stylist there while I was working in Cap Hill in 2018 and was unhappy with how my hair turned out. When I discovered Paloma at Bravata, I have not gone to anyone else. I would not let anyone else touch my hair unless it was someone she recommended within her business. She is highly skilled. Pricing is aligned with her skill and the outcome of her work. I would hands down recommend going here. Only go here if you understand the concept of not cancelling last minute and if you also understanding that you need to pay for their time if you do.Paloma is an amazingly talented artist and so is her team.

I didn’t realize how hard it was to find a good hair stylist until mine decided to pursue a new life as a mom and different career path. I started to get hair cuts only once a year in the past 5 years and never was fully satisfied with my annual cuts. Then, I came across Danny’s social media page and was drawn to his short hair cuts and styling. I set up an appointment with him immediately and was so impressed with how he knew exactly what I wanted with a couple pictures with my vague way to explaining what I wanted. He now cuts mine and my kiddo’s hair. I high recommend Danny if you are into short/length hair with an effortless “lived in” look.

What a great place! I have been searching for a hair stylist who I 100% trust (i am very protective over my hair) and I found her! I saw Paloma, and she was VERY communicative which I feel is hard to find in a hair stylist. She asked me questions, and told me what to expect. My hair lifted more then I expected it to and I am very happy with the results! I know from other people that her whole staff is great as well! I CANNOT wait to go back!

This has been my go-to salon for years now. Everyone is friendly, it’s a fun place to be. Amazing quality in hair, most recently Paloma was able to get my hair near bright platinum in one session, I was so impressed.The coffee is delicious and everything is organic!

Very bad customer service experience. I called them to make an appointment. i was just talking and asking do you guys have this service which they mentioned they do on their website. The girl just cut me out. she didn’t even let me talk like she was not wanting to talk and just hang up. Well, thank you to that girl because i will not be giving them any kind of business because she sounded like they don’t need it. You will loose more customers like me if you keep your attitude the same.

This place is great, no other words to describe it. It is very unique and well coming to for some really good drinks that you will not find anywhere I guarantee you. Staff is also very nice, the bar is connected to the salon so beware of that as well.

Best men’s stylist I have found to date and the unique coffee drinks at the bar are a nice addition.Danny is awesome. Easily the best stylist I have had. The prices are totally reasonable and color high-quality. The stylists listen to my ideas and also arent afraid to make suggestions/improvements. As a bonus, they serve delicious coffee drinks and specialty cocktails, who wouldnt love that?!

This little cafe is so lovely. The barista was very sweet and helpful to me and a few other first time customers with suggesting drinks according to how we described our preferences. I cannot remember the name of the drink i ordered, only that it was an iced coffee with orange flavor and a sweet foam on top. It was so good I could drink that every day until I die. I want to come back to try their cocktails and more coffee drinks. I wish they had pastries...i would be in heaven. Their salon looks nice also, will give them a try soon.

This is for the bar! Yes!!!!!! Best flavors and drinks. The owner’s experience with flavors and style lend to one of the best places for quick stop and chat in mill creek!! Mimosas and custom syrup flavored drinks are DIVINE! They know coffee.

Came here when my stylist moved. Danny was recommended as a hairdresser who is good with color and creative. I have to say, I am very pleased with how he has interpreted my descriptions of what I want. He is one the very few who understands how to cut my hair for its natural tendencies and I am getting all kinds of compliments on the color. I am definitely glad I took the recommendation to work with Danny.

Ive been looking for a skilled hairstylist to be able to take over my super thick bulky hair and make it look decent for awhile! Danny is one of the few ones that was not afraid to go through my hair with confidence! If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! I went in got a balayage and literally after I washed it a few times, my hair looks the same. They said it would get lighter no that was so not true. I even brought in a picture of the color I wanted I have black hair and I wanted a light light brown, literally my hair looks the same. Not only did I tip more than 25%, the service was bad, when I first walked in no one welcomed me. I am so disappointed in my hair. I would not recommend this place. I thought I was picking the right place because of the ratings but wow worse hair salon I have ever been to!!!!! I spent $200 just for my hair to look the same.

It was my first time to this salon and I loved the whole experience. The place has a super cool vibe. It really is a breath of fresh air in the sea of suburbia that is Millcreek. Coffee, good music, and laid back atmosphere.Danny did a great job with my long thick hair. He gave me exactly what I asked for and spent extra time styling it when most stylists give up half way through the blow dry.

Isabel at Bravata is amazing! Shes a genuine and sweet person. She makes me feel right at home and really listens. She knows what shes doing which puts you right at ease! I dont trust anyone with my hair other than her and am so grateful I found her! Look no further!

This salon is right up my alley. They have wonderful customer service and even better hair dressers! I was invited to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea or beer during my cut.I went in feeling super anxious about cutting my long hair (as I always do) and I felt comfortable and confident that my hair dresser, Danny, would cut my hair to my liking. Danny worked with me to cut enough off to see a difference and cut the nasty ends as well as maintain enough length to put it up if I wanted. He was respectful of everything I asked and made sure I was onboard with what he was doing throughout the process. The end result was PERFECT. Thank you Danny and Bravata!

I looked all over Seattle for clip in hair extensions to use on my wedding day that would match my hair color well, and this was the place where I finally found them! They were very helpful in matching my hair color and ordering extensions for me. They matched my brown hair color so well I was amazed!

I Love Bravata! I have been to so many salons over the years and have never found such talent. Paloma is by far the best hairstylist I have ever had the pleasure to know or have do my hair. She has spent so much time getting me to what I want without damaging my hair and while making it beautiful in the in-between stages. She is a master at what she does. Many people have a hard time letting the professional be the professional but to that I say, you dont go and see a professional so that you can tell them how to do their job. You wouldnt do it to a doctor or dentist etc. In-fact you would let them tell you what you need to be doing. Hair should be the same. When you find true talent and true professionalism you will get the best result by letting the professional guide you. I know I did and I couldnt be happier. I will never go anywhere else.

This place was AMAZING! A taste of Seattle on the Eastside. The drinks are creative and delicious. The atmosphere is fun and bright. I will be coming back soon! The bartender provides great service and is very personable as well.

First time here today and my experience was amazing!! Heather did my hair and she executed the style I was was going in for perfectly! The other staff members were super friendly as well just an overall great salon, great atmosphere and the music wasnt bad either! Definitely going back I think I found my go to salon.

The girl that cuts my hair does a great job. She is definitely a mens grooming specialist and I appreciate her skill.The coffee bar is nice and will soon be its own separate bar serving cocktails and the like.

I have been going to Bravata for 2+ years. I get a haircut every 3-4 weeks. I have had several of their designers do my hair and they have all done a fantastic job! I appreciate that they are fast but detail oriented, still giving a great service. Pretty soon I’m showing up early to have a beer in their cafe!

My favorite salon ever! I dont trust anyone else to do my hair! My favorite part is the head massages while they are washing my hair. Ive gotten my hair cut and colored for the last 7 years by Paloma. I have had my eyebrows waxed and extensions in my eyelashes. I frequently buy products and seriously no one beats them! LOVE BRAVATA!

Im so happy with my daughters hair! It is so nice to find a place that will teach her how to detangle and style her hair properly. Its a struggle to get your children to want to take care of themselves. Its nice to be able to take them to a salon that treats them like the adults. They get a full wash, head massage, cut and style. I have had several of the stylists do her hair and they were all wonderful

We were Very Pleased with the Deep Conditioning, Straighting job that “ Mariana “did at our first visit and the next morning“ Isabel” did an Awesome job braiding Kasia’s hair up out of her face and down her back . She is playing soccer this weekend in Eastern Wa. and it is Very Hot!. Great place to get your hair cut. Everyone is very professional and knows how to cut hair incredibly well!

I went in a few days ago (On the 30th of December to be exact) and saw Isobel for a haircut and a little change of look. The environment of the whole salon is very well lit and inviting. They have a bar onsite that sells delicious homemade juices and other drinks along with coffee.I have super long super thick curly hair. Isobel did a GREAT job both recommending a keratin treatment when I was asking about something to help with a frizziness I deal with and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted.She listened and was personable and made me feel completely at ease with such a huge change with my hair, which was quite a bit. At least 6 inches of length we ended up cutting off and it looks great.I really love my hair. It feels great. It is soft and feels great. It is way more manageable and I am super happy with the cut and the style. Both straightened and natural. I am looking forward to going back in a couple months to see her again for a “rainbow” dye job. I would recommend people to this salon.

I have second the fact that they do not know how to color hair. I was very clear about the hair color I wanted. All they had to do was match the color that I had. They went darker, A LOT darker. I went back to thinking that they would listen and again they went dark, almost black. They would not listen and kept making excuses. I have never been so disappointed in a hair salon.

The coffee is great! Its awesome having more specialty coffee options without having to drive down to Seattle.

They dont know how to color hair. I asked for light brown (which is went I went in with) & came out with Katie Perry black! The did try to fix it by bleaching my hair... Now my hair is still to dark & has the texture of hay. So after throwing away good money & crying many tears Im begging you... BE WARNED!!!!

This salon is beautiful! Its upbeat and bright, I love the music selection! Bravata is brand new in the town center and I couldnt be happier I found them! I have never been to a salon thats open as early as 8 am and 7 days a week too! I can get my hair done on sunday, yes please! The first cut I received $15 off and thats an ongoing promotion they have. I have had such bad luck finding a stylist that can work magic on my hair but Paloma is the queen at a stacked, angled bob! Its the most precision cutting I have ever seen, a real perfectionist she is. Her head massage is to die for. I really appreciate the time she takes to understand what I want every single time I go in. I also have taken advantage of the special on eyelash extensions, 25% off your first service. I have been going to Bravata for 7 Months now, its a classy place and I am so happy I found them.
