I hear alot of people complain that Starbucks coffee is terrible. I disagree. Is it a cappuccino in Italy? No. Is it a good cup of coffee (or cold brew or lattee) a excellent rewards program, great mobile app, and consistently awesome customer service? YES!
I really like this Starbucks location, I’ve never really had any problems—nor am I one to publicly post about a bad experience. On 8/3/21 this location’s lobby was closed—resulting in me having to go through the drive thru line, which wasn’t the problem. When I got to the ordering system, no one attended me. Which that in itself was not a problem to me since I was there to pick up an online order. So I proceeded forward to keep the line moving and finally got to the front. The lady working there (11:30 was the time) proceeded to lecture me and treat me very rudely about not having ordered or let someone know about the pick up order. She said I gave them no time to prepare and then walked over to grab my order. Between the time she finished lecturing me and the time she grabbed my order and handed it to me, about 15 seconds passed. Her lecture was about 30 seconds or longer. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she didn’t even have the courtesy of saying have a nice day. In fact she ignored me when I said it to her. I’m also in the service industry and it pains me to see that sort of customer service. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice a day and never felt the need to write any sort of review except for this one experience.
Always a friendly staff with smile to take care of needs.generslly are fast on weekdays. Seems like see less drive through experience.
I went in this morning and asked for an americano with lots of room. A Splenda and a little bit of half and half. I got a hot milk shake filled to the top and spilling over. Disappointing.
I always go here. They know how to make my cold brew just right. Always friendly. Always professional. 5 star for Buckeys!!
They have good coffee, but sometimes there line takes forever.
I don’t think if the barista was knowledgeable about the drinks. I asked if it was sweet and she said no. But it was super sweet. I wasn’t able to drink it because I can’t have sugar.
Most of the time this location is ok, but every once in a while I get something I didnt order .. maybe once out of every 5-6 ish visits.

Please tell your baristas to make drinks how they are supposed to come if ordered standard. i.e 50% of the time I order a drink that comes with whip (mocha), they don’t put it on there. If I order something that comes with cold foam, they stir it in. I’m not one to take a drink back, but stirring in cold foam without being asked should be a crime. I just want a salty mustache. 🥺Edit Review:Ordered Caramel Macchiato with half the amount of vanilla syrup and they decided to also not provide the caramel. What is wrong with the people who work here? You legit just made a latte instead.
Lets see here... Lets start with the cleanliness of this place. Nasty. Floors super dirty, couldnt even use the bathroom, every single table dirty. During Covid I would not come here. Had to ask them to clean and they barely wiped a table and were irritated they had to. $6 coffee that is gross, spilled all over the cup and they dont have any sugar free options. Its 2020. Unacceptable and I will not be going to starbucks again. My coffee stand has over 30 sugar free options and the coffee is half the price. They are nice and clean.
First off there should never be this much room in any drink unless asked for to Add milk or something. This a americano with steamed milk. If there’s this much room with the milk added how much americano did they skimp me? So dissatisfied. I’m an old Starbucks barista and this mistake is super unnecessary and easily avoidable. Fill drink to top... no good mill creek Starbucks.

Lately this is the only Starbucks that makes my drink the way I want it and it always tastes the same and really good. And they do it with grace and good customer service. This is a drink they suggested for me when I didnt know how to order and when I went to 3 other Starbucks they always got it wrong or it tasted different. When I went back and told them they said to make sure they were using sweet cream in the pumpkin latte part. That alone was awesome that they knew what might be the problem. I usually dont review chains unless they give great service and this one did.
Drinks are great! I would say that the drive through can take a little time to get a drink. Other than that its clean and the employees are nice..

I like the Expresso Frappuccino. Their blender is down though so I tried an Carmel Macchiato, taste like a vanilla drink, had no coffee taste, bummed. (Is it supposed to be white looking?)
If you go get very specific with the Starbucks barista you can get a decent cup of coffee but that is the only way I have figured out how to get a decent cup of coffee. Left to there own devices they burn the espresso and its awful! If you are going to drink at Starbucks remind them the espresso cant sit long as it gets bitter fast. Find a temperature that you like and ask for it. Starbucks tries but they cant seem to get any real consistency in there stores.
Two stars give to the friendly staff. Drink never full from this location (typical Starbucks amount) and new staff here always mess up with the drinks. Got bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich here all the time. Couple times sandwich has no bacon. But how hard to check the food before you serve.
The workers here are always a delight. Very social and friendly. They can eat very busy but treat each customer special.I was a little disappointed that the sweet cream cold brew I ordered tasted very watered down. It was not bold and flavorful like it normally is.

I really enjoy going to Starbucks, besides their coffee, I love their super cute cookies, cake pops, and delicious chocolate chips muffins. Everytime after I get a cup of coffee there, I feel relaxing. I know there was an incident about two men got arrested, but thats only an individual employee, not the company. And if you look back all the news about Starbucks, this is a good company. And there are no tests or ask directly to see who is not racist before a company hires a person.

I like this branch of Starbucks because it has more light coming and nice inner design to study. However, the music is a bit loader sometimes that you cannot hear your lecture clearly, in your lab-top, using your headphones. I tried to use a good headphones, still there was some noise listening to your own music or lecture.If they lower the volume a little bit, it will be a good place to meet friends, study, and do some readings. Hope they read this comment and act upon it or try to find the proper volume so people can study. Thanks for your time
Folks here are still very nice and the coffee’s great. The problem is, they remodeled and now seating is scarce and extremely uncomfortable. I find I’m much less inclined to go there in the morning. There’s a French Bakery across the street with great coffe and awesome food. I writing this review there this morning at a nice table with a comfortable chair.
The staff are always very friendly! I had forgotten my wallet one day and they comped my order. When I went back, they told me not to worry about it. Super generous of them. They located in a convenient spot and are very quick!
I love the people here, but they forget the syrups in our drinks on at least 1/2 drinks we order. We go here on our commute so its frustrating since we dont really have the time to turn around and fix it. We shouldnt have to, anyway...

This is my least fave Starbucks near my home. It’s always really dirty in this one and there are really loud kids that hang in this one for hours. Not a quiet place to chat.
The people are nice, but it is always packed without adequate parking. People are constantly parking in the 2 handicapped parking spots to just run in and get their to-go orders but they arent handicapped, which means those of us with real handicaps are left having to walk further. They need a spot or two that are for mobile orders only and their staff need to tell their customers not to park in handicapped spots.

This is the slowest Starbucks location in the area. Made the mistake of coming here twice in one week (different days, once during peak once not), and both times waited 15+ minutes for a latte. Definitely need to work on increasing staffing

Dave the barista is not a nice person. 2/3 of the time we get the wrong drinks here. When presented with the fact that he made BOTH of our drinks wrong he treated us very poorly. I am going to start going out of my way to find another store that can be a little more reliable and kind.

Not sure why this pops up for me to rate Starbucks every time Im in the Spotted Cow two blocks up the street. Hmmm... sounds fishy to me. Lol. For the record, Spotted Cow is awesome! But I like Starbucks too... just funny that this always happens.
Ive been frequenting this Starbucks a lot since I moved to the area. I love the vibe and the staff is great at what they do. I also love that there is not a seat in the entire place without access to a plug! I can sit anywhere and get work done on good free WiFi. Only downside is that its always freezing! A/C blasting on a rainy day is not very comfortable... I would bring a jacket if you plan on staying for more than a few minutes.
Every Starbucks has its pros and cons. I love the layout, seating and lighting at this location. The staff is consistently strong. CONCERN: I often have to leave because the air conditioner is blasting. It is often uncomfortably cold. I do not consider myself someone who is always cold yet I have to bring a jacket or leave. I often just leave. Unfortunate.
I like Starbucks, and this is one of the fancier locations. Individual tables with outlets, nice decor, welcoming center table. Good to sit for a bit and eat and drink.

My very first time at this location. The usual. But not so clean. Waited longer for my smoked butterscotch latte. Ask for an extra shot which I paid 80 cents with my Starbucks Goldcard for a grande cup that does not taste like having 3 shots in all. Quite disappointed for the taste and paying for extra shot. I guess the crew here are over worked on a daily basis. (Note: I do not usually give a review such like this one. Pardon my disappointment.)
So disappointed :( I used to love this Starbucks but I’ve had my drinks messed up more than a few times. Specifically today was the worst. The drinks I got for my dad and fiancé didn’t even taste like coffee. More like burnt milk or water? And they completely messed up my dads order. They put “no water” as one of the steps, what does that mean???? And then they gave me a completely different drink. I ordered a peppermint mocha and got a soy latte ugh. And the barista wasn’t very friendly, seemed as thought she hated her job and was urgently rushing to get home, her focus was not where it should have been, on work or the customers. I was thrown off by her rudeness and didn’t even think to check my drinks, because I expect a $25 order to be above and beyond. The only drink they got correct was my brothers Frappuccino.I almost never write reviews, but I was so disappointed and frustrated with how today went. Probably won’t even go back to this Starbucks. Didn’t even go back for them to fix my drinks. Took my messed up drinks to a different location to get them made correctly. Wasted about 45 minutes. I would expect more effort from staff at this location since Starbucks makes big bucks, charging $5 for a $2 coffee
2nd time I have been late because of the staff at this Starbucks. Who puts a trainee at the coffee machines during a rush, a store and drive thru full of people. The first time it was 20 min before I got my iced latte. This time I had to leave without my coffee because clearly after 20 min and 4 people ahead of me it would be 10 more minutes before I got my coffee. Both times, there were trainees at the machine. Funny how this site indicates 15 min is the longest wait.

Service is moderately fast despite consistently long lines and employees are generally fine, but I recently had a bad experience in which I wasnt prepared to order at the drive thru.The drink I ended up ordering wasnt available, and as expected the barista asked what else she could get me. About 10 seconds into my scanning the menu, this girl yells into her microphone and subsequently into my ear as my head is hanging out of my car window to get closer to the menu board, What can I get you? She was so loud for no particular reason. People in Qdoba probably heard her. I get that theres a timer on drive thru orders and speed of service is important to fast food chains, but raising your voice doesnt improve speed of service so?This Starbucks wasnt even rememberable as far as service goes, which is better than being remembered for a bad experience, but now just thinking about this makes me not want to come back.#localguides

I would have given this Starbucks a better rating, but they double charged me this morning. Ordered a grande americano and a chorizo breakfast sandwich and they charged me 8.72. Turns out the store didnt have that sandwich so I ordered a pumpkin loaf bread instead. To fix the situation, the barista rang me up again twice with the total coming to another 8.72 bringing the total to over $17. If I had known that I was going to be paying double, I would have gone to the McDonalds next door instead (would have been much cheaper). Get your act together Starbucks
The associate that took our order hot it wrong, then it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and only because I asked why it was taking so long. They forgot us.

Horrible location. I was going through the drive thru for a drip coffee refill via my gold membership. Ordering at the first window went OK, but after waiting for 10 minutes I was notified by Kendall that I was not allowed to refill. I wish this was explained to me before I waited so long in line. I was very disappointed by the service I saw today.

I dont like rating places poorly, but after theyve gotten my drink incorrect basically every time Ive been in? At one point a partner was running around with half her shirt ripped open, bra showing. She laughed and didnt seem to care. I mean you do you, but not at work. And Ive been treated like a burden at every visit. How they make money is beyond me.
