Andrea is the rudest barista ever !! I legit order from you guys everyday ! My drink was made incorrectly and she told me it wasn’t her problemThen got another guy who said he would make the correct one for me ! After Andrea gave me my drink she said next time make sure you check your order and order correctly! She could have just gave me my drink and stayed quiet ! Never coming here again !! Not the 1st time my daughters drink is made incorrectly at this location !

Location is good but very busy and the place is a bit dirty especially in the restroom. Super stinky and nasty. However, the customer service is excellent.

One of my favorite Starbucks store, the soy milk latte is the best taste comparing other Starbucks stores in peninsula. Only one thing bother me when entering the store is to open the door by hand during pandemic, I would give it a 5 stars if she can provide napkins at outside near the door, attached a picture of other location for a example. Millbrae please catches up.

Went in, no line. Great! 3 or 4 workers behind the counter. One was making drinks for a waiting customer(5 stars for you dude), one was on their cell phone, the others I have no idea their tasks. But I stood at the register for 2 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there to order. No one said be right with you! or any words at all. Workers were RIGHT there behind the food case, texting or doing other things. Pretended I didnt exist. Didnt say anything when they finally decided to take my order either. I am patient for a busy business in any situation, but they werent. Just decided I wasnt worth helping.

Quick and easy..

Waited for my coffee for 15 minutes while there was less than 1 customer in the place. Staff was completely rude for no reason, I was yelled at across the store for my mask slipping down (which I immediately pulled back up) and my coffee is watered down bc it sat around, again why? Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too.

Ordered a coffee and egg bites at 11:45 am on a Saturday. I got the egg bites fairly quickly but the cold brew coffee (already made) took them 16 minutes to pour. There are only two comfortable chairs and every other chair in the store had a very low back. They literally come up to your tail bone. This is not a good coffee shop experience.

Great caramel Macchiato

One Sunday morning I arrived @ 4:55am. Knowing that this store opens @ 4:30 every morning!Well, I was surely EDUCATED... No! We are not open yet! By this time a second customer was already in the store for morning coffee. He was told the same thing! Then we were both escorted to the door..., and she quickly locked it behind us.I will never spend my hard earned Uber money there again!!The Bagel Shop next door is the Bomb! They are super Friendly and inviting. Great Fresh Bagels!

Pretty convenient place! Has a nice balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun! Added convenience of being inside a Safeway! Fast service too!

In my 8 years Ive had great service here up until the last couple times they got my order wrong even when its not busy. They always make me another one though. This location is definitely better than the one across the street inside Safeway.

Always busy in the morning. If you walk in, you can order right away but your actually order has no priority over the app orders so expect to be there 10 mins plus. Itll definitely make you feel like youve been standing there forever as 20+ drinks are being made and given away and youre wondering when your order is next to be made. So I guess youll need to order from the app much sooner than you arriving to the store if you want your order right away. Never gone to this location again after this experience.

Great location, plenty of space inside. Ample parking. Sometimes you may come here and find out occupied by large groups of families chatting loudly.

One of the worst Starbucks Ive been to. They forget or use the wrong syrup consistently. (My boyfriend was once served a respberry latte??) I once ordered a cold brew blended drink and got a cup of cold straight brew...the one across the street inside Safeway is much better. The only consistent thing at this location is terrible service.

The Starbucks was nice. Stop by here to just pick up some coffee in the morning. I was able to get my drinks in a timely manner.

Food and drink was good. But bathroom was a dirty mess. I would have walked right back out but I was traveling and needed to use it.

When I move to California I knew I would have to get used to subpar coffee. I didnt expect it to be this bad. The worker attempted to make a pour-over, and when they realized they didnt put enough water through the coffee they just went over and started pouring plain hot water from the tap.

Everyone is always so nice. Id give them 10 🌟 if I could!

A small Starbucks with only one main seating area. Serves the community well though because its on the main shopping street across from Safeway. Well visited by locals. Always friendly service even when I had to ask for adjustments due to promos and payment issues.

Great location in millbrae. Lots of seating to stay and work on your laptop or read a book. Fast service.

Typical Startbucks here. Nothing particularly special here. They have about 4 armchairs, 1 large table, and other smaller tables along the walls. One thing I do like is that they offer wireless charging for your phone directly on the table itself.

The place is good... but there one of the supervisors there that asked me to get out even after 5 min a purchased my coffee.. so disappointing :/

I am a local of Millbrae and I am so fond of the barista named Jessyca so props to her! Although I am usually treated nicely today I witnessed something very unjust. I arrived around 8:30 AM, I was waiting in line and a man in front of me was having some difficulty ordering, the barista, an Asian woman, was helping him then she literally walked away from him and told another barista (the manager lazy) to help him in the middle of ordering. He had then asked the Asian girl for a water cup and she didn’t give it to him. Not only did she forget to give him his water or completely ignore, she started to talk about him to the barista named lazy! They were clearly making fun of him because he was having trouble speaking English. They started pointing and making fun of him like he was some sort of joke! This enraged me, the second I saw them laughing and making fun of him I stormed out. I come here very often and I was so disappointed to see the lack of respect. The Asian girl should be fired for treating a customer so poorly and having little to no respect. This is ridiculous and I am never coming back here I have lived in millbrae for five years and never will I ever come back here! DO NOT LAUGH AND MAKE FUN OF CUSTOMERS!!

Why do they make the order wrong then when you tell them is wrong they just pretend to fix it. I ordered a caramel vanilla bean frap... When I got my order there was NO caramel in it So I politely said I ordered a caramel vanilla bean frap and I dont see the caramel, she took it back and just put some caramel on the whip cream, really????? I did not wantto argue so I left

Always have my order ready and on point. Order ahead if you can because lines are always long at this smaller location.

I purchased a Vent Mocha Frappuccino and asked for an iced water and they said they would charge me the price for an iced tea!!! What the heck.

My drink was supposed to come with whip cream and the lady didnt give me it. I asked for it and she charged me extra. What kind of frappe doesnt come with whip cream? I didnt ask for extra? Never coming back .

This place really sucks they all suck theyre all too expensive its ridiculous the only reason I went there was because somebody gave me a gift card... People shouldnt go to all of these overpriced coffee shops its absurdity. Just an opinion..

Easy location with ample parking. The somewhat limited seating and the faulty powermat charging docks at the tables were the only issues.
