ATTENTION DEALERSHIP: Waited 2.5 hours for oil change, even with appt. I highly recommend YOUR direct line is posted online and not Atlantas since your schedules are not synced. I found this out after arriving and hearing 2 people were ahead of me. Whats the point in making an appt if you do not honor it?Customer service was great however.

The service person was very cordial and greeted me and ask the appropriate questions regarding what was needed to be done for my 90,000 mile service on my 2O13 Camry Hybrid. The vehicle was ready earlier than expected and the Adrianne found an additional discount for me for the 90K service that helped out on the pricing. My only reason for not giving five stars was there was no courtesy wash and cleaning of the vehicle which is the norm. I understand that there are Covid protocols in place, but this is a five star dealership.

If I could give this place negative stars I would give them negative 10!! Purchased a car in June and still do not have the correct registration that I paid Five Star to process for me. I have called multiple times and received no help. Taken a vacation day from work to get this resolved with no success. I will be reporting this to Toyota Corporate today! Run away and do not do business with this dealership!!

I was in contact with a member of the sales staff, Dawn Bowers, who was incredibly kind and was very quick to answer any questions I had about a Dodge Challenger on their lot. Waited two years for Ms Martha Bragg to get well and return to work. Came to store to get my last car I bought from her, a 2019 Toyota Highlander Limited when she was to send a driver to take me home because it was taking longer than planned. While lining up the driver she showed me a 2019 Lexus RX350L which is exactly what my wife had wanted for over 20 years. We talked over phone and because we trusted her so we agreed on price and she drove it to house to surprise my wife. I booked an appointment to have my brakes done on my lexus. I planned my Saturday around my appointment. I get there and the ypung lady was very nice when she informed me that they dont have the brake pads, they will need to be ordered and wont be in until next week. They called me, textd me, and emailed me about this appointment just to completely fail at providing service. I will NEVER rely on using them for my service needs again. And 5star should stop advertising that they can service all makes and models. This is just ridiculous!

Diagnosis fee was unreasonable. I told them the problem when I came in, and once I found out the price was going to be $600 more than I would pay if I I did it myself, I told them politely that I would try it on my own. Yet they still charged me $231 for a problem I told them about.... Very nice staff though even though they also called me and asked me what the problem was while still charging me $231 for a diagnostic fee. Honda dealership charges around $130 for diagnosis fee. I do not think I will be bringing my truck here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I was told my wait would be about an hour and a half. I was gone in forty-five minutes tops. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant today. One representative even put out donuts and let all the customers know while waiting to enjoy. Now thats what I call customer service.

Go see Tequila at 5 star. She is absolutely amazing. What we were looking for wasnt on the lot but, she found what we wanted had it delivered to us that night. She came back to meet us at the dealership after hours. She definitely went the extra mile!!!

I did have a decent service experience at this location previously in regards to a battery change and transmission fluid flush filter change. But a subsequent attempt for service, the service department would not perform a simple transmission software update for our 2012 Toyota Camry. Even though I was going to pay for it because the service campaign had expired which I accepted. They simply would not do it. Its all right though found a much better dealer in Macon, Butler Toyota. Incredible service department over there.

I love my 2020 Toyota highlander. Patrick Rice and Frank Smith worked very hard to make this sale happen. For 8 hours they presented scenarios until we were able to get one that fit our budget. Patrick and Frank were very patient, kind, willing to do whatever we needed. My experience here at Five Star Toyota has been a great one. Adam Marcott also worked for days via texts, emails and phone calls to get us to the store but was off the day we came for the test drive.

I have used this establishment 3 times for the servicing of my vehicles. Upon recommendation, I set an appointment to have a recalled fuel pump replaced. I was told that if I left my vehicle on a Thursday afternoon it would the first vehicle to be worked on the following day. My car was not ready on Friday. I called Saturday and was told that the car was ready for pick up after noon. I picked up my vehicle and immediately drove across the road to get gas. I noticed that after putting in $30 worth of gas the gauge read 29 miles before empty. I returned to the dealership and explained the issue. I was told that the technician forgot to replace a part. I was told to leave my vehicle. I asked about a loaner vehicle and they replied by saying they barely have cars to sell. My husband called at 3:30 on Monday. They told him that the vehicle was not ready for pick-up. I called at 3:50 and asked to speak with the manager. ( which I never spoke to) They directed my call to the service department. They responded by saying that my car was ready. I immediately left Sandersville to pick up my car. I understand making arrangements for the initial appointment, but they did not take into consideration the inconvenience that was cause due to neglect on their part. I was left to catch rides with three young children, because the vehicle they were working on was my primary source of transportation. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

Meredith Piercy was awesome, I needed to get a new van . The one I had I had been driving for 10 years old. It was a Honda Odessy and I had planned to get another, but when I found out there were none available. I thought well I have read alot abouit the Toytoa Sienna and thought let me call Five Star I was lucky to get Meredith Piercy to be the sales person to take my call. I told her what I was looking for and within an hour she was calling me back saying she had found just the van I wanted.So within 3 days from my phone call I was arriving at the dealship to sign the paper work and get lessons on all the great technology that comes on these new vechicles. Everyone at the dealership were super friendly and helpful from the receptions to the finance manager. Meredith Piercy advise me to stop by anytime and she would help me figure out anything that I could not. Oh yes, she downloaded the Toyota app to my I-phone and paired the phone to the Van. At first it was a 5 star, now its a negative 5. Had a pleasurable experience purchasing a used 2017 VW GTI from you dealership on 12/26/20. The finance department was able to secure financing for me with a cosigner. The finance dept did not state the loan had almost 6K in additional add ones that I did not need being the car is for my daughter when she turns 16 in two years. I had requested the finance paperwork since the amount financed was so high and each time it was overlooked or not given to me. Finally Mr. Chapman decided to email me the paperwork on 3/5/21. I was very upset due to the fact I was going to have to be retro reimbursed for the coverages from all the warranty companies. I unfortunately discovered I have stage 4 lung cancer and I am trying to settle all debts before they become a burden on my family when I pass. I and my cosigner have asked about the returned funds from the warranties from the dealership multiple times and I have repeatedly requested a general manager or manager call me back but I am given the excuse they are OUT OR ON VACATION. I WANT A WRITTEN OR EMAILED STATEMENT STATING WHEN MY FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED OR GIVEN TO THE LIEN HOLDER (Capital One) ASAP. My patience has grown very thin with the dealership in their VERY unprofessional manners. I am not asking for anything that does not belong to me and want this settled before I pass away.
