Took My 2018 Ram 2500 with 50k miles to service to find out the ABS / HCU modules needed replaced at a charge of 2100.00. Called RAM Corp to get assistance on this costly repair that they approved for Good will repair yet the dealership service manager disapproved the repair. I have previously purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Guess I will have to find a dealer that takes care of their customers.

Made appointment for alignment and to check the air suspension in my 2019 Ram 1500. Showed up this morning, gave them my info, and they said “looks like you’re here for an oil change”. Nope. Clarified why I was there, wheel alignment and air suspension code. Was told that the air suspension code could be checked but nothing would be able to be done for at least a week. Ok…fine. Let’s do the alignment. Spent over an hour in the waiting room only for them to come out and say the machine that does the alignment isn’t working. Sorry and have a nice day. So a bunch of time was wasted, nothing got done, and I get to go find a place with working equipment to service the vehicle.

Be aware, they don’t stay behind their promise.I was shopping for a Chrysler Pacifica and found one that I like on there lot. We agreed with pricing and I asked them about taxes if they correct and final. They confirmed that it’s correct and I should not worry about it (see attached screenshot with my chat with sales person).I made a deposit to start purchasing process.But next day General Manager called me and told that they made calculation mistake and I have to pay additional $1300 to get the car. I told that it’s their responsibility to cover their mistakes. He laughed to me telling that they will not pay for it and I have to pay additional or they cancel the deal.What a great behavior with customers!!!! Good luck with your business.

Was a great buy. Out of town purchase. The manual wasnt in the glove box. Salesman said they would send it to me. 5 months later multiple calls and email i still dont have manual. Make sure you have manual or you may have to buy your own.

Had the 1st service done on my RAM 3500, and it was easy to schedule and wait was minimal for the service to be completed. One of the mangers from out in the show room ask if we needed a vehicle to drive while we waited. Advised him that the service was almost completed and would not be necessary. Experience was great.

Bought truck June 29th. Did not even argue about price. Made deal... trade my truck but get my aftermarket wheels and tires back, and I provide original ones. I was to pick mine up the following week. When I got there...wheels and tires nowhere to be found. They had sold my trade in without switching them out. I was then promised the $1,000.00 that I had them sold for. To this day have never received it. I keep getting lied to and ignored. This dealership is NOT reputable. They have NO integrity whatsoever. If you make a deal with them, make sure it happens right then and there...and right before your eyes because they will not honor it. My next step is an attorney to handle this for me.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima from here in March. It has already stalled out on me 3 times. I put the car in reverse yesterday and the gas pedal stopped working in the middle of the road. So I had to cut the vehicle of and back on. I’m not sure if they’ve sold me a bad car or what ?

I did an application online for a vehicle. I received a call from Adam who stated my application was approved by Kevin the financial manager for the vehicle of choice. He also discussed down payment and monthly payments. Note-he then asked when could they expect to see me? I replied that I could come today he said ok . I get to the dealership and he had left early told me to see Alton who did more standing around than customer service.I drove 2 hours one way to be told No they had to get approval. What a disappointment and waste of valuable time. This place is a JOKE!!!!!!

It wont let me put zero stars. I made an appointment with a sales person and drove 3 hours to look at a used vehicle. Salesman was 30 mins late. Took a used vehicle for a test drive, vehicle still had 2 full bags of garbage in the bed of the truck my guess from a previous owner. I then get into a sticky drivers seat for Im guessing a drink of some sort. I test drive the vehicle which needs major repairs, make an offer tey say no, and no counter offer.i walked out, worst dealership I have ever been too.2/8/2021I did like you asked and left my contact information, and I have not received an email or phone call from the dealership.2/10/2021I have emailed the dealership multiple times like they have requested, not one response. This shows you how great their customer service is, now imagine buying a $40,000 vehicle with no customer service.....beware buyers!!!

My used car purchase experience: Used cars are not detailed but if you purchase them they will detail them-so there was a condom pack in one and food in another Covid or not that’s just nasty. Our salesman was good but when the offer was written up they added almost $4,000 to the price of the car, they quickly fixed that but the payments were way to high- they added gap which was not needed and they also added warranty, neither which I asked for or was aware it was included in the payment. They worked hard to try to get extra money. Why would we need gap if we put $5,000 down on a $10,000 car??? So don’t think this is a honest dealership. After they fixed that they stretched the payments for 60months which we clearly and adamantly said 36months so they wasted time contacting the bank to change that once we got in the finance office. After almost 6 hours we got the car my daughter wanted but watch them! I think that detailing cars before showing them to customers shows respect and general cleanliness should be a standard.
