My Laptop was with Lenovo repair for over a month. I called lenovo repeatedly to receive some info. I found out that finally my Laptop was sent to Unistar Sparco for repairs. With in 2-3 days they have my laptop repaired and ready for shipment to me. Five stars for Unistar Sparco -7 if I could give it to Lenovo

Site offers consumer aspect to their buisness, but if you do not have a corporate account you are wasting your time. They will give you the run around and refuse to offer any advice or answers and Im not talking tech answers I am referring to the simple answers such as can you help me or anything
