Great Management I have never seen or met anyone like my family. Longest as you play your role and respect others its smooth sailing. The hours are great and so are the breaks. The pay is reasonable but the peace of mind is whats setting the job and the good vibes off

DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEARBY OVERNIGHT! They will not let you park on site before your appointment time. My trailer was broken into while parked at the Haystack restaurant and according to the police and other drivers there have been a lot of cargo thefts in the area within the last year.

Appointment time is very restricted early 15 min be there . If in case late 15 min they will unload the end of the day . Fast unload.

They watch you pretty hard, if you take your breaks in your car this isnt the place for you. Almost got hit by some fork lifts while cleaning their warehouse. Dangerous job.

Man do I have some emails to share with whoever at this company cares about efficiency! You’re customer service reps like to use the word “can’t” when really they mean “won’t.” Even when all I’m doing is informing them they keep reshipping the same 71 pound box to the same incorrect address over and over. It goes right back to your warehouse, you ship it right back out, it gets to the same UPS center in Colorado and gets returned to Tennessee and you just keep doing that over and over and over lol

Dont miss your delivery appt. or you will wait days to get a new one. Driver broke down night before his delivery and he was late 2 hours.

This is a commercial warehouse and is not a retail business. I have worked here before and they have competitive wages and it is not a very stressful work environment. It is a very large building over a quarter mile long.

I hurt my back here they didn’t refer me to anyone then called me halfway through my hospital visit to tell me that I’m going to have to pay for it. They investigated me afterwards to try and prove that I was faking my injury. It took them 4 months to get my direct deposit straight. I was harassed and belittled. They are smart alecks. I went to HR nothing was done. The lead people told me I was having a bad day and he was joking. I came to pick up my check one day and the lady said the checks weren’t in and asked if I work in receiving and told me to do her job and go check and see if they were there. They wouldn’t let me learn anything but push a broom and help lift heavy boxes by myself. The worst company I’ve ever worked for. 1 year of pure hell.

I work there and I love it. Its people thats going to run your nerves and Thats any job you work but its fun everyone is easy to get along with and the supervisors are wonderful

Man this place is garbage, its some good people here who get treated like peasants and managment here discriminates and dont know anything. I spent almost two years here and was still a temporary associate. The director spends all of the company funds on things to make the place look better and not fix actual problems to make it better.

Not ok. Poor communicationscant get in touch with anybody.Customer service line is no help. Cant returnwithout penalty.

They will work you without paying you... the supervisor tarron Harris will throw away your time cards.... supervisor tameka Louis has a sexual Relationship with mr.harris if u have problems with her they both will make sure u don’t get paid watch out for them.... building 4 don’t befriend April adoris n Florence clay they don’t do no work n will try to get u fired because they only make 9 dollars n da temps make 11 - 12 dollars thank me later

They open at 5am by appointment but could get you in if they have time earlier than your appointment. so get in line or spend the night at the gate or street forming a line.

I hate this place when it comes to picking up at will call. They take forever and have nothing but the rudest security women with attitude.

People should take opportunity of walking around so that they can loose some weight.. yes security its you 😜

This is a terrible place to work. Its a revolving door bc management dont know how to run it. Long hours, short staffed, unorganized, and very unprofessional. Im sure that there are other warehouses that have better structure than ingram in Millington TN. Steer clear of this place. Its a matter of time before the warehouse is shut down.

I got a samsung 32 inch tv thru Verizons promotion delivered yesterday and my screen was busted on the inside part. Im working with samsung to get it replaced. My girls cant watch their tv shows without it..this upsets them very much and my gf and I too. To the warehouse supervisors better supervision and quality control of each truck loading and unloading would help...thank you a marine corps veteran. update got the replacement tv Im happy so are my daughters and gf

My order of blank CDs from Office Depot was shipped from this warehouse according to the packing slip. The packers are careless and clueless. These CD cake boxes need padding to prevent destruction of the boxes and scratches to the CDs. It would appear the CDs cake boxes were flung into a large cardboard box and lazily wrapped in thin paper. No padding. Lots of damage. I will let Office Depot know what they are dealing with at this distributor.
