I understand that you have to have rules but when doing grocery shopping on Saturday I needed to purchase 4 items from the meat section my husband was with me. When we went to check out my husband took one and I took three. The cashier made such a big deal of the limit. I’m buying meat for my family and my 82 year old mother who cannot come out. she insisted my mother had to be with me. I almost turned in the $300 worth of groceries I was purchasing and vow never to use Kroger again. Fortunately your customer service allowed it. Your cashier was so rude and ridiculous. She needs some training. Wish I had gotten her name so this could be a formal complaint.

The people working here seem to really care about service, and the meat department manager is worth his weight in gold!

Honestly I hate shopping here but it is so close to home. Cashiers are always messing up ringing people up. This store is really small and they usually dont have everything stocked. There is only 2 to 3 registers open at a time and not enough baggers. The wait time can be from a couple minutes to 20 minutes. Tried pickup and its not better. I have gotten rotting strawberries and lettuce. Ive called and tried to change an order. Was told it processed and I still get charged. Im so beyond done with kroger. Im a kroger customer no more.

The digital coupons, the best customer coupons, grocery list and cart options (though my Kroger doesnt offer the pick up order), the pharmacist, and seeing the total all on the app is amazing. Not to forget the receipt survey and ability to see fuel points. Love this grocery store. So many awesome sales combined with digital coupons that my family is on its way to buying a second vehicle!!

Kroger has good deals on items I buy often. Digital coupons I add on my Kroger app to my Kroger card, come in very handy. I get best customer digital coupons that help a lot with my grocery purchases. Friendly cashiers help make my visit more rewarding. The lines were long today but the cashiers were fast and knowledgeable so everything went smoothly. Therefore, the visit didnt take as long as I assumed it would. They could use more cashiers, though. 😦

Every time I come in there to shop to try and get a handicap cart theyre always dead I came in the Sunday morning Auto 31st of October at 8 thinking surely therell be some charged up they are aligned up across the front got on the first one last 5 minutes and died got on the second one it lasted about three minutes they never want to plug in the handicap carts manager needs to get his s*** together take care of the handicapped

I stopped at this Kroger for the first time today on my commute home from work. Its smaller than other Krogers Ive been to, but it was also undergoing renovations. There was some construction going on but it wasnt in the way really. I noticed lots of elderly people shopping which can make aisle traffic slow but check out was very fast. Like I said, Ive never been to this particular Kroger. But I still found everything on my shopping list with ease! Simple to find and wide variety considering the small size. Its a fantastic Kroger.

I was glad to see they have some vegetarian products, plus the fruits and vegetables are truly fresh, unfortunately the prices on the store are very high compared to Wal-Mart and HEB.

**Customers Beware** If you use their grocery pick up, your card will be charged numerous times & the order will not process. You will have to wait 6 or 7 days for the funds to be credited back to your account! This has happened to me NUMEROUS times & I have contacted management...who tells me they can’t fix it & to call corporate. They gave me the number for employees only to call & then I was transferred to someone else who says they will have to email someone else. #shitshow

Never any rubbing alcohol, too many shelves empty and out of date items on the shelves, been a customer faithfully since Atoka store opened... but their prices are higher than surrounding stores within 10 miles ...

Young man that works in produce department whose name is Derek, is a very good worker. He took out the time to make sure I had all fresh fruit that I wanted. Hope he gets recognized for being a good worker.

Could use an update, but everyone is really nice and its a very clean and quiet store. Its smaller, so be mindful if you dont like crowds. Love the digital coupons.

When in a mobility chair it is the pits! Hard to reach items that are at the top and bottom. 10 of one thing 5 of another surely there is a better way. I want to b independent but Im exhausted!

The manager of the butcher shop too extra time today and cut my steak against the grain and at an angle for use with a Philly cheesesteak recipe. You dont find this level of extra care in most places. Thanks guys!!

They are selling April 11th Horizon kids milk in Millington,be caution every one, I really dont want give them one star.

Food selection is good and staff are very helpful. Major concern is NOT to use your bank card here. My info stolen after use here and funds withdrawn. Thank goodness my bank shut down my card before they got away with more.

It was great till I was ready to check out. It was time for people to stop and shop on the way home from work so it was busy. They had 2 registers open they were lined up. I went to self check out and thats pitiful the way its set up people were everywhere trying to line up to get to self check out. It was a mess!

Small town Kroger. Super friendly employees. Itd be nice if it was as updated as some of the other stores. All in all, we get almost everything we need here.

Millington Kroger has taken a turn for the worst. Today I turned in a moldy cheese package, saw grey hotdogs in the package, & a little mouse running down the isle. Please check the products you put out better.

This location is great for fresh produce. However, the customer service is terrible. The staff is not friendly or helpful. The cashiers act as if they do not enjoy being a part of the Kroger brand (especially the older ones). I come to this location because it is the closest to where I live and I try to give them more chances to redeem themselves in the area of customer service but it hasnt changed. This is probably going to be my last visit. Ill just go to Sprouts or Walmart.

The manager on duty is horrible, once again the cashier had to call her for help and she wouldnt even call him back. He called the another manager and within seconds he called and said sorry I cant but call the other manager Mrs. Macintosh. The cashier replied I already did and she wouldnt call me back....so I ended up walking out without talking with a manager for the second time in one week!!!!

Despite the holiday crowd, the shelves were well stocked and I was able to checkout quickly. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.

When you in customer service thats what you suppose to offer. Ellecent service. I had the worst experience at this store today. Which I may add its not the first time but its the last. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Its a shame how people treat people this days and times.

Kroger #393 in Millington always has everything that I need when its time to shop for groceries. Kroger offers great sales, and rain checks for items that may be out of stock. If there is ever an issue, this Kroger has a superb management team who will resolve any issues fast.

Our local Kroger is going through a rehab and everything is getting moved somewhere else. Not the funnest experience and it adds some serious time to a Kroger run. They did this around 4 years ago and they lost a lot of shoppers to Walmart. I sure hope they dont drive me away.

We used self service check out and Kate was there to provide assistance in a very friendly and courteous manner. It made our visit to your store a most pleasant experience.

Im new in Tennessee and I have never seen a Store this Wonderful in 29 years of Living in my Third World of Baton Rouge,Krogers was Stocked very good and had plenty of Fresh Produce .Good Prices.I am so happy to be Here to Shop.

Their Fresh😱 fruits and vegetables always have fruit flies. Their fruits and vegetable selection is scarce or rotted. Sometimes its half empty. Their hispanic food aisle is a joke😡. Just a lot of taco kits and tortillas😭. Where are the Goya Products and other international brands?

I got here at there most busiest time, got my fresh shrimp steamed with Cajun seasoned, body armor drinks, great people willing to help you when asked, in and out 15 minutes tops

Employees are very much helpful. This location offers more manager specials on organic foods, it seems. It is never overcrowded.

Krogers mega sales are great but dont attempt to use coupons at this location. The cashiers dont follow same rules & half of them cant even understand rules written on manufacturer coupons.

Stopped by at 11:30 to pick up a couple of things, the minute I got in the store they were rushing me out, stating we close at midnight, I was in the store about 10 mins., and the young lady at the self check was talking very loudly to other employees about how she didnt care if shoppers were through shopping or not, that she was gonna turn off all the registers and go home. This was only 11:40, I understand people wanting to go home but this happens every time I stop in there at this time of night, and I am not intentionally going there this late, but sometimes I need something and I stop in on my way home from work. Guess I need to head on to Walmart instead, even though its out of the way.

They are remodeling so it was not greay but it will get better. Usually the fruit is good but it was having a bad day.

I walked and walked and walked around the store trying to find the fee items that I needed. They are going through a full remodeled so nothis is where it was. Well milk is. I dont understand why they dont have signs where the stuff was, with the new location of where its been moved ro.

Had to stand there for 4mins bc the cashier had to clock out at 4pm thats after waiting in very long lines. Then had to bag and load my on groceries over 200 dollars worth. Im disabled and wasnt offered any assistance at all

I prefer to shop at Krogers in Millington, because the Krogers in my neighborhood donthave the items that Ive been searching for love it wouldnt go nowhere else.

The quality and quality of this store has gone down considerably in the last year. Gave a 2 star because at least the cashiers, baggers, and meat man are friendly.

This Kroger needs to be gutted and remodeled. There is not enough organic selection and the place is depressing. The Kroger employees are the only bright spot.

Renovations are slowing going and making a mess of everything. You will stand in the checkout line for at least 20 min. Stay away untill they are done renovating.

The reason Im giving this low score is because there was a young lady who checked me out and she was really sick she could barely speak and she was coughing alot which means shes gonna make her co workers as well as the customers sick. She said if she called in it would be a problem. Thats unacceptable!!! She should be at home because shes really contagious.

I chose this bakery because the last time we ordered the lady I spoke to (she had a beautiful accent) the order process was fine (we even drove way out to Millington just for this order when our office has other nearby Krogers). When we picked up our bakeries a couple days later- boy was it the best cupcakes of all of the Krogers combine. So naturally we ordered again for our company party. A rude awakening this time, I was passed around to 5 different person in the bakery department alone. One lady even said Well what do you want to order? After a few minutes- my order was made/confirmed/and a pick up date was scheduled. After hanging up, I contemplated for about 10 mins and decided to cancel the order. Bad customer service cannot override great tasting bakeries.
