Its Auto zone so if your looking for parts or something to make your vehicle more comfortable youll probably find it here as long as in a fairly new car or truck or something basic,I usually visit for specialty tools or fluids they have better selections.the place is pretty busy most of the time, its in the middle of a fairly large shopping center, but the staffs pretty knowledgeable and quick and helpful, its in a good place to kill two birds with one stone.

Its a regular Autozone, generally not very busy. Always clean and tidy. I regularly stop in here and I have never had a negative experience and staff is helpful without an attitude. Cant ask for more really.

I think her name is Brittany omg she is so awesome she helped me out so much. And there is a Italian gentlemen super funny and very helpful. I am literally making this my home store no matter what !!!!! You guys rock 3274

Terrible customer service! The people they hire are really worthless, starting from the manager and supervisor! Every time I visit this store which is when I don’t have a choice, they never fail to upset me and everyone in line with their unprofessionalism and chitter chatter of irrelevant topics that do not speed the line or help anyone but rather waste time!

The women who works there that previously worked for advance auto. Is nothing but ignorant. Worst attiude I have ever experienced. Definitely not a people person. Cant believe manager knows how she is and continues to employ her. Auto zone off my list. 30 plus year customer lost. Expressing to all contacts.

This location in particular never has what I need on stock. I dont care if it wiper blade, oil filter, air filter, water pump. They dont have it. Staff depends on the day. Sometimes good Sometimes not. They do run sales on commonly used fluids often. Windshield washer fluid, coolant, brake fluid ect

None of the employees were correctly wearing masks, one manager with it completely off, and none seem to be bothered by a customer without a mask as well. If the virus continues we know one hot spot. Not sure if they are trying to be rebellious, or are just stupid....

I just had my first experience at AutoZone in Millville and it was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful especially a young man named Kedrian. He helped me find everything I needed, multiple times. He helped me install my windshield wipers, rang me up quickly and was very polite. I was very very pleased and happy with my experience here today thank you AutoZone of Millville NJ.

Im not very car savvy, but am learning how to work on my car. I was greeted by Ricky and he helped me get the stuff I needed to do a tune up. If you ever need advice or pointers on doing stuff with your car, I highly recommend going to him. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions.The parking lot is clean, the store is VERY clean, well lit, and the staff are professional. They make you feel welcomed and make sure you find everything with ease. They serve you quickly but without cutting corners. Like I said, I dont know much about cars and I asked a lot of questions, but I also learned a lot from Ricky.This has become my favorite AutoZone location for sure. If I could rate it ten stars, I would!

Like any other autozone you get what you need. I just wish they would get more lines and speed up the checkout process. Other than that great store and nice staff.

Nicole Custodio is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to any of your car needs. She is so nice and always willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you need even if you are not sure of exactly what it is you are looking for. She will answer any of your questions with a smile and you never feel like a bother to her. She is definitely an asset to that store and I wish there were more employees like her.

I went into advance in regards to a battery for my car and as soon as I came in I was welcomed by a lady named genovena I believe. She was so kind and she did not hesitate to help or to ask if I needed help. With everything that is going with this virus; it just felt nice. Next time I go in I am going to ask specifically for her. Thank you!!

The counter guy could not have been any more rude or cared less about his job. Not a hello how can I help you, but a what do you need? This after I was standing at the counter for a few minutes with no one else around. We had stopped at another store earlier that didn’t have the part in stock, he looked it up at this store and we came here. If the counter man has a bad attitude about helping customers maybe he should go back to McDonalds and flip burgers because he does not belong at this store. Horrible service!!!!

Well i came in today to get 3 exhaust clamps. You didnt have them. But what you did have is a very rude customer/ employee giving me the stank eye. I dont know what her problem was but she is lucky i have self control. I am an Army Vet so im glad i know how to control myself. I wish i got her name because she could cause your store some major issues.

Love this place.. Anytime I need something they was able to help.. The lines get a little too long wait time wise and I would recommend them to maybe hire more but once they get to you is worth the wait..

Customer service is usually good however, when the store manager sells you a basically dead, new car battery, its a very poor business practice. If its sitting on the shelf that long please refresh your stock.

Had what I needed, a little slow at the counter. The young men working seemed more interested in the telephone conversation one was having, than taking care of customers. Heck, she sounded cute. Lol

I purchased wiper blades for my GMC,salesman sold me the wrong blades.tried to return them a few days later. Was not treated well, not much help. Had to call some Dunkin Donuts operator . I will spend my store credit and will not set foot in your store again

Sometimes they really help you a lot. Then other times they can care less.
