Great place to stop in for great prices on your car parts. Staff there are top notch too!

Placed an order for oil and oil filter for my my truck and came to $48 and some change went there to pick up, they had filter, no oil. Go back the next day and same thing ended up getting different type of oil and having to pay a second time. Cashier said I’ll cancel the order, still haven’t seen a refund.

So been coming to this Napa since i was 19. I do a lot of business here due to i love the quality of parts and normally friendly staff. What i dont love or appreciate is an employee telling me to calm down and to come back later cause the employee doesnt know where the deliveries or parts are put at. Will continue to do business here but will not tolerate the mild neglect of a stray dog from any employee or company for an extended period of time.

I went to NAPA Auto Parts to buy some spark plugs for my car. The employee that was there was very friendly and responded to my questions about the platinum spark plugs that I was interested in buying since they were on sale. I bought a pack for car and installed them. My car runs smoother and Im getting better gas mileage.

You pay more but you always get the right part and its rebuilt by better companies.

Actually quite shocked that they had the part but below competitors prices.

They didnt have my part in stock but the wonderful ladies took good care of me amd got me what I needed in a matter of minutes from another store. Thank you so much for every thing you do for your customers. They will go beyond the call of duty for you.
