Completely dissatisfied with G Mill as a supplier and will have them removed from my Hollander listings. My business ordered a radio from G Mill that had listed and it turns out that G Mill inventoried the part incorrectly (it happens). We called and informed them of their error and requested them to send a call tag for the part that they inventoried wrong. We were even nice enough to give them the correct information on how to re-inventory the part when they get it back! We were told (very rudely and unprofessionally) that you ordered the part wrong (which we didn’t we ordered correctly as how they had it listed) and we needed to ship the part back (we have to pay for that) and when the part gets back we would be credited less the freight on the original shipment . So this shows that you take zero responsibilities for your errors and make your guest pay the price for them.
I called about wheels and after sending them a picture and the size I had to call them twice to get information on them. Was told they couldn’t find them and called back the next day to find out they were “searching” for the wrong vehicles wheel. The third day I called to be told they have them and could have them ready for pick up the following day. Day four I received a call that the size was an inch smaller than I was looking for. They have terrible organization skills and one of the phone calls sounded like it was coming from a horse race. I don’t think this company cares about its customers nor deserves any customers.
Very unhelpful. Said he would have a part ready a week ago and when I called to confirm that I was coming he told me that he didnt have time to get the part ready.
