Employees were super helpful and patient with helping me switch from boost mobile. They also helped me find some extra deals and discounts to make my monthly bill cheaper. I’d definitely recommend going here!

This store location is by far the best when it comes to customer service and being treated in a professional manner. The AT&T representative, Shane greeted me when I came into the establishment and went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with my bill. Unfortunately, when it comes to customer service some employees lack the skillset to engage with the public; however, that wasnt the case with Shane, while assisting me he was also multitasking assisting other customers all the while still making sure as a customer I felt like I was a priority and Shane even thanked me for my business when I left the establishment. This particular location will always be my go to place when it comes to business matters with AT&T because everytime I visit Im treated like a valued customer.

I just switched from tmobile (trash👎🏽 Would not recommend 0/10) to AT&T (10/10 would recommend) and the support that I got from Shane was great! I was able to upgrade my phone, keep my number, and save money because I got a $700 credit for switching and because of a discount health care workers receive. He was very patient and reassured all my questions. Overall I’m very happy that I made the switch and that Shane was able to assist me!

Fraud wouldnt even begin to describe what I have gone through after using this store to switch from sprint in October of 2020. I went in to this store to open a basic account. A personal account for two phones. My phone and my daughters phone. I traded in two phones that I owned from sprint to get get promotions on both lines. An IPhone 12 fo 0 dollars a month and a galaxy note 20 5g for 5 dollars a month. I was supposed to be getting HBO Max for free along with the promotion. After I signed up and traded in my phones. I went home to set up my HBO Max account and it wouldnt allow me to. So I called at&t to find out why. They told me it was because they created my account as a business account and not a personal account. Apparently the sales people get more money when they add business accounts. So this was done fraudulently. After spending hours on the phone trying to fix this I was told to go back to the store to fix it. When I went to the estore I was told that they cant do anything about it and sent me to a different corporate store. When I went there they told me I had to call the customer service number. Everyone kept passing the buck. It was at that point that I gave up trying to fix this problem. Then I got my first few bills over the first couple months and I was being grossly overcharged. Apparently the same store that set up my account wrong stole my trade in phones and never credited my account for the promotional price so Im paying full price for both phones. After countless hours at multiple stores and on the phone with countless numbers of customer service associates, no one has fixed this problem. So to summarize, avoid using at&t altogether. And especially this store.

Great customer service. The store was very busy, but the attendant still took his time and answered all of my questions & concerns. He did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend this store location if you must handle your business in person.

Because of how they take care of business

Came in with a phone that had broken to pay it off and get a new one. Jared greeted me at the door and made the process as painless as possible. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the phone and the billing process, even hooked me up with the phone case and screen protector at a discounted price. Very professional and would reccomend him to anybody who needs to make a stop here.

Denise was very helpful:) I felt really welcome when I came in . Dinise was definitely really friendly . It was a different experience from the AT&T at Cumberland mall ( when I went into the one in the mall they basically told me to everything online, I felt like they didn’t help me at all.) I went to AT&T to get the new Note 9 cellphone and met a receptionist Rose who assisted me. ROSE was very pleasant and is very knowledgable with her job. Any questions I had she had a answer for it and no run arounds. I will recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a cellphone. She works at at the Millville at&t.

My family & I have been ATT customers since Cingular. And for the past 5 or more years we have had to deal with the WORST Customer Service from ATT .If we call or go into the store it has been horrible Nothing Ever Got Resolved Until today . Mr.Severino went out of his way to help us & actually fixed the problem for us in only one visit.The girl at the ATT store at the Cumberland Mall couldn’t be bothered with us & her Manger stayed on her cell phone talking to someone while she was trying to ask her questions about our problems (Very Unprofessional)By God’s grace we went across the street and Mr Severino took the time to make sure all of the problems with our account were fixed he went above and beyond to help us ( he is a true asset to your company)

Usually Att is a nightmare to deal with . I have to give credit where it is due . Mr Severino was by far the most polite and helpful person that I have ever dealt with from this company and I’ve been with them since Cingular. He went out of his way and made sure everything was right even when others from the same company said it was not possible. He went the extra mile and I am extremely grateful . Att is very lucky to have a rep like this and they should definitely take notice to him because this kid knows his stuff and should do more to hold on to people like this.Thanks The Berthold’s
