If I could give negative Stars I would the most ignorant employees ever the man that answered the phone would not give me any information I have a metro plan and need to get a new phone and he said you come in the store and we will have this conversation here would not give me any information on the phone for replacement or the fees entailed but getting a replacement phone all I asked was the prices on the phone and the fees and getting a phone replaced he was the most ignorant I have ever seen I spoke with him at 10:56 a.m. today due to this mans ignorance I am going to switch phone plans because no other phone service that I have dealt with has ever been as ignorant and disrespectful as he is

Worst phone company ever. Just switched to them and the phone I got stopped working so i was supposed to get a warranty phone but that fell thru and I tried to get it from the insurance I WAS PAYING $6 A MONTH FOR but once I tried to get the warranty it cancelled my insurance and metro refused to do anything. Worst customer service to. No body has a clue what their doing they all say to call the 1 800 #. Switching to boost thank you.

They cant stock Sims card in the Vineland. Millville area know these new cell phones can blow a Sim card just by changing a phone number
