I recommend coming here when they have a sale otherwise it can get very pricey.The employees here are very kind and outgoing. The store is clean and well kept.We like coming here for gifts and will keep coming back!

A very average Bath and Body Works, but oh my gosh the workers were SO pushy. It was honestly uncomfortable to be in there. I left after about two minutes because I couldnt walk a foot without being followed. I will definitely never return to this location.

Website kept crashing so I couldnt get my candles online. Decided I must go in stores in hopes that they had any. Store was a bit hectic, but the reason my review is so high is because the cashiers were doing an amazing job! I didnt catch her name but a very tall cashier with glasses was directing the line, moving quickly, helping other cashiers and just being personable. This isnt the bath and body works I normally go to, but I just might have to make it my go-to.

Good variety of products, helpful staff

Loved all the selections. However, the staff here are too pushy! My fiancé and I were inside the store for 20 minutes (which should have been a 5-10 minute trip) because we where interrupted every 2 minutes. We didnt need a bag but after three times of asking us, an employee thrust a bag into our hands. Then even after we had the bag, we were asked if we needed a bag five more times just because I was holding a product. We also kept being told about the $3.25 lotion sale. I cannot use the lotion (due to a coconut oil allergy because every body lotion HAS to have coconut) and I told one of the employees that much and she still tried to push the product. We did buy hand soap and those smell infusers (which is what we came for) and one thing of lotion for my mom. Overall the products are good but, those employees should let customers f-ing shop.

For us guys going into a Bath & Body Works store can be sensory overload. They are however well staffed and usually well stocked. The Minnetonka store was both. Very helpful.

Knowledgeable staff could sales always smells great. It seems like I never have the latest coupon when I go there which is annoying so I wish that there was a way to access it easier through an app but besides that this place is as good as it has always been and probably will stay that way. The employees are always wonderful as well whenever I go into the store I am always satisfied with what I find and the information I get from them

My wife absolutely loves this place. Mostly for candles and lotions and bath/shower products. They always have good sales and deals going on. It can occasionally take a while to get checked out.

As always, I had a great time shopping.

Most of the store associates were nice, although a few were not as knowledgable about their current sales. The store was clean and had a bunch of great new scents in. The clearance tables were great with a variety of products to choose from. The store had a nice layout.

While the store was not at fault, the item I was looking for was completely out of stock. But I found something similar and was able to find out that the item I sought may be in stock tomorrow.Now the reason for the two star review today, 9/24, is because the worker running the shop was slightly annoying. She hovered, tried much too hard to sell the deals that they had and overall was unhelpful. Hopefully when I return, I will receive better, less pushy service.

Didn’t have much stock when visited - only christmas scents and a small amount of the aromatherapy line, nothing else. Was disappointed.

Store smells great. Bought some candles on sale. They smell better than Walmart candles.

The employees were all very helpful.Shelves were stocked up even though it was black Friday.Will go back next time we are in the area.

April 15th I went into the store and shopped with my momI was trying to get this Eiffel tour that holds a pocket bac inside of itWe get to the registers and of course theres no tag on itInstead of calling someone over to bring a new one she had asked me to do itOf course all the other ones didnt have tags on itI walked out without it because instead of ringing it up as merchandise in the system they told me to go to MOA I said no thanksAwful experience

The employees were very welcoming. They saw me perusing the store from the outside and invited me in. I was entranced at their display of bath fizzies. I just had to buy them!

Always had some sale on something...staff is always very pleasant and helpful without being pushy... which is always a plus in my book...I found it odd that there was no shower or bath to trial items in...and no one offered to help me put the lotion on or get the hose

I love Bath and Body Works and The White Barn Candle Co. products and buy them often but after our experience today I wont be frequenting the one at Ridgedale Mall. I watched a white female worker accuse a black female customer of stealing and when the customer responded (upset, somewhat raised voice...I would too if I had been accused). Then the customer walked away to purchase what was in her shopping bag. As she was waiting in line security showed up and she handed them the shopping bag and left without causing a scene other than to be completely embarrased. The worker called mall security because she was scared for her safety because the woman raised her voice. It was clear bias/racism that caused the fear because it barely registered to most people that she was talking loud in the very busy store. I spoke with the worker to tell her I was less than impressed with how she handled the situation and her response was to dismiss me and walk away. Not going to shop at these stores again!
