The employees at this location are great! I was in today shortly after 4. I couldnt decide what to order since I dont go to Caribou very often The young lady that took my order helped me decide. She was very friendly, and the employee that handed me my drink had a big, friendly smile, Even though she was wearing a mask, her face lit up, I could tell.

The young lady that took our order was an absolutely exceptional employee. I wish I would have got her name so she could be recognized personally by her management. The drinks were made quickly & were absolutely delicious, as were the chocolates.

I very much enjoy the black sparkling tea

The guy who takes your order on weekday mornings will just make your entire day better. Great staff, good coffee. Dont order the matcha.

I feel like caribou is overly strong in their sweetness. Something in their creamers or syrups. Feel like my pancreas is going to drop out of me.

I ordered matcha green tea bubble tea . They didn’t make the matcha tea correctly. It is too water and has a weird flavor compared to other caribou shops.

Had a good experience here tonight although I got a latte instead of a hot crafted press. I told them and they were more than happy to remake it! Great coffee shop!

The Downtown location is very convenient for us. Service is great too. Its coffee...

Manager was rude and condescending and treated us like we were imposing on her to order an iced latte and turtle mocha. Then she serves us a hot chocolate instead as if were too stupid to know the difference in the taste. And proceeds to mock us for not remembering a phone number and having to look it up.

Your new process for making Hot Tea (both black and green) is wrong. I first ordered a Black tea - had a funky old coffee flavor and very bitter.Asked for a new cup - tried Green, discovered the tea is brewed ahead of time and tea bags are left soaking... which causes tea to become very bitter. (yes, the 2nd cup was very bitter.I would suggest changing your process and provide customers with a fresh, new tea bag.

Every time I’ve been to this location the service has been quick and my order has been correct. However just based upon looking through the drive thru window, it doesn’t seem to me that cleanliness or professionalism is very high on their list.

I really enjoy this location. The workers here are really nice. A couple times they have totally brightened my morning.

I went to the caribou in the ridgedale mall and witnessed a barista step out of the bar area and THROW UP into a small cardboard box then throw the box in the customer trash can and go back to work!! Ill say it again for the people in the back...he puked....at work.....not in a bathroom...not out of sight...and & then just kept making drinks for people?...I know things happen, sometimes you dont see it coming?...If we are really giving everyone the benefit of the doubt here, but Im just really out when HE WENT BACK TO WORK?! His Manager should have sent him home. The only redeeming aspect is that that was before I ordered so I could just leave and never come back again ever.

They were very slow and they kept having conversations with the people in the drive through window which ended in me waiting 20 minutes for one small coffee and they didnt seem to care at all. None of them knew what they were doing.

December 17th afternoon only one person working after waiting for 5 minutes I realized it was gonna take another 10. Also heard they were out of guacamole. I wont be coming back despite driving past this everyday

Convenient drive thru, great dark roast coffee. Went there in spite of its enviro-crusading description.

Staff are nice people regional managment is horrible. They donate a fraction of the proceeds to cancer patients amys blend used to be all. So much better to donate directly then buying overpriced quarterly profits wrapped in fake empathy. The district manager doesnt care for the employees just the sales I believe his name was Langdone who hired a terrible person/ manager who went by Jen sparkle commit.
