The manager was really helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions I had about my current plan. She also explained the benefits to their newest plans they have now. Will be definitely coming back to this location! 🤌🏻

I love this store, I first tried going to the one across the bridge but there very impatient workers. Everyone at the pats ranch store was so welcoming and had great personalities. And it smelled so good lol!! Great service !!

Kevin and Liz helped me set up phone service faster than any rep I went to before! Highly recommend this for place for some reason the one down the street was closed so I gave this store a shot and it was a really nice treat.

I would definitely recommend this location. The manager Regina knows everything and made the transferring process so simple. I was helped by Kevin who I would highly recommend for any issues. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. So short story ask for Kevin and he will get you taken care of.

This Sprint store is amazing. The staff here is very kind and courteous and go above and beyond for their customers! The representative who assisted me went out of her way to ensure I was being given a fair and honest deal, and her manager was able to assist her with making that happen. I am one satisfied customer and look forward to doing business with Sprint for a long time!!

Wow!! Was about to give up on sprint last night and this morning. I spoke to the worst people over the phone with trying to switch. Worst experience ever!!! Luckily I came into the store in Mira Loma and dealt with the nicest people. They took the stress away from it all and gave me the best plan and deal. Thank you Cathy and Regina.

This store is awesome!!!! the new crew is really good and attend to all the needs we had that day. The store manager helped me at a different location and followed him to this location for any questions or just to keep up on promotion in my plan. The new assistant manager is really nice and help a lot. we went in as a family and she made sure all of our stuff was transferred to the new devices. we did stay late but worth the wait becasue of how good the customer service is with Alfonsos team. Thanks again i will refer more people to you

Really impressed with the sales reps here. Devon at the Mira Loma Sprint Store took his time explaining the plans, price, phones and contract. Even helped with the customer care support. Appreciate his honesty. actually came in today to cancel and go elsewhere due to a bad experience prior. Im still a Sprint customer!

I’ve dealt with some Sprint staff who pretended to know things and who have sent me to many stores searching for incorrect ways of solving my problem... deferring my problem to someone else. Twice now I’ve walked into this store 15 min before closing time and asked [desperately] for help, and was so fortunate that Alfonso the store manager stayed over an hour late to get me what I needed.The store has a fun vibe and staff with a good attitude.I believe this store is what they call a “third party” store, not even corporate. And so far, no other corporate store in Chino Hills area has been as helpful and competent.

Cathy really went out of her way to help our family out. She was friendly and gave us what we needed. Definitely recommend!

These people here are liars. They will tell you that you have to pay taxes up front when u don’t. You only pay taxes when you are doing the 24 month agreement. When you are leasing the phone the taxes are broken down with your payments. They use that “tax” money and tell you oh we can work something where the money for taxes can go towards your accessories that’s a lie too. They lie so much at this store. I can’t deal. Go to a real sprint store

Sprint is Sprint so theres not much to say. But specifically at this location, the guy we were working with, took advantage of his position and used our account info and started texting my daughter. I get he thinks shes pretty, but how unprofessional, unwelcome and tacky. He even said he used to work at T-Mobile, so I wonder if he did this to other customers who have pretty daughters.

Worst customer service ever. If it’s not a sale for them they don’t care to help you at all. I do not recommend this store at all especially since the store manager changed. He is the worst of all I think his name was Alfonso. Do not trust them I heard they “charge” taxes on sales when in reality they charged you accessories. Don’t buy into what they tell you check your receipts!!!

The krew in the past was horrible at this location, i love the new staff at this site they are very detailed on what they are doing to my account i had no questions after i left and they even called me 3 days after my purchase to check on me and i think thats fantastic !!when i came in my bill was all over the place due to some one that supposably helped me out months back, sarena and alfonso both sat with me and figured it all out and got me back on track and where able to help me get my upgrade and reduce my bill they were very patient and detailed onto what i had to say and helped me at their best ability even their new hires are very polite and try to go above and beyond to make sure we are aknowledged since we walk in and offer to give me water . you can tell this new krew is out to change the perspective people have on this location .People are really quick to leave bad reviews about a place or emplooyee with out having any meaning to it, out of spite or because they are upset, they dont realize that sometimes things that we expect an employee to do is out of their hands and has to go through a higher represantitive of the company .some of these reviews i personality dont think are correct because as a customer i walked out of there more than content with the service and if these employees only cared about their sales they wouldnt have sat with me and explained detail by detail averything they did, just to answer my questions . they are constantly having promotions and charities to help the community, defenitly go check them out . !

I switched over from Verizon and I was helped by Eric he was such a gentlemen and helped me with switching over, such a great pricing im saving about $200 since i switched! dont regret it not one bit ! And the New manager Rupal is great as well !! i recommend going to this sprint store!!!

I switched over to sprint from T-Mobile, first off iam saving money. Second I have to say that customer service in this Mira Loma location is great, we had an issue with our bill and we came in to get a better understanding of the situation, and extra charges. From the start we were helped by Cathalina Serrano, and she is extremely helpful and honest.
